Our party of 3 were seated at 11 am, waitress got our drink order, took our order when the drinks were brought out and that was the last time we seen her during the entire dining experience. She did the same to another table. I had to ask other waitresses and cooks to get our refills. Aubree really needs a lesson in serving. I doubt we will ever go back to this location.

Very big, nice & delightful corporate governed Hard Rock Cafe as they all are. However, it would seem as if though the employees are happier than at most corporate run restaurants. Our server was cheerful, comedic, and outgoing. It’s also a museum, not just a restaurant/bar, with memorabilia displayed throughout the space, a Rock Shop to be able to take something home with you to remember the occasion.

I was there a couple of weeks ago on vacation. I have been to 30 plus Hard Rocks around the world and this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I expect it to be busy and over price and very much a tourist trap, but I go because it is my thing to have one meal and buy a shot glass or beer glass in every city I visit with a Hard Rock. I went with my two children midafternoon (after the lunch rush and prior to the dinner rush) although we got a table right away the actual service time took forever, and our server seemed to be very stressed out and unable get to all his tables. Once we finally ordered and got drinks refills did not come, food arrived but we had no napkins, silverware and needed drinks. I had purchased the beer with the glass and in my past experiences (I have over 30 shot glasses in addition to beer glasses) the server brings a clean glass to go with a bag at the end of the meal. When I asked, I was told after I paid, I had to go to the gift shop to exchange, not convenient but fine. I got there waited in line to exchange a glass I had already purchases and then got told the paid receipt was not good enough I had to show the detail receipt which was at the table (because I guess the obviously used glass with an paid credit card receipt was not enough). Lucky the service was also slow to clear the table so my son was able to go back and get the full receipt so we could do the exchange and get out after a 2-hour lunch stop. I mentioned my frustration to multiple staff who seemed not to care. I saw other customers complaining about the slow service, but no one seemed to think it was an issue. This is one Hard Rock I would recommend skipping on your next trip.

Look, you can get a less expensive burger for sure, but you're paying for the ambiance and the location. More than that, you are paying a few dollars more for a genuinely amazing burger, club sandwich, rack of ribs, fajitas, nachos... a chain restaurant is tough to convince someone is good, but it is. And can we talk about the staff? A#1. Friendly as can be and eager to help. Real people with real genuine care for the customer.

Went here for dinner on a busy Friday night. Was sat in a booth seat closest to the kitchen. Overall meal was pleasant. Gabby was an awesome waitress. After we paid and tipped, we sat a little bit longer to enjoy the rest of our beverages and I could swear I heard a female yell a profanity. I'm sure whoever said it didn't realize that you can hear the staff from that seat. It's the only thing I heard from the kitchen all night. So she must've been really peeved about something.

Was easy to make a reservation for a party of seven. We went for a walk along the walk of fame while we waited. It took around forty-five minutes when they called us to let us know our table was ready. The food was tasty and the portions are quite big. I recommend the Texas burger and some onion rings.

The hard rock cafe is a great place. I was in Hollywood for the day, I was going to the bt21 store. I decided to make a fun day out of it and the hard rock is just across the street. I ordered delicious grilled chicken. Great service. The waitresses were so kind and on top of things. it was a little more expensive but totally worth it. Super cool decorations and you get to watch music videos while you eat. love it!

A nice place to eat, that restaurant is big enough to sit all people on hollywood Bd (It's a joke). The staff is really kind, we waited 45 min before to be seated. I didn't get a reservation but we can drink a glass at the bar. The guy who showed me the table was really cool and the waitress was fast and kind. I have never been dissapointed about hard rock cafe. I will rate 5/5. When I will go back to LA, I will return there.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is horrible! Had a reservation for 7:30. Front host was rude and sat us next to a door with freezing draft (other customers complained about this as well). Took at least 20-30 min to get acknowledged. Put in food order when we ordered drinks and all tables around us - some came in after we had - got their food. At 9:38 still no food. We left. First time in Memphis - 17 yr old daughters birthday dinner totally ruined.

Went to see Kash Doll at hard Rock live...VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! We had vip tickets not knowing we had to stand up even tho the tickets said seating ...and to get a table you had to get bottle service...crown Royal was $420 a bottle! We couldn't even get a refund... guess it was just a $100 and a very hard lesson learned... will never go back!

I wanted a frozen BlackBerry flavored drink, so they made a smoothie and added tequila, yummy. I was weary about the coleslaw and apple pull pork sandwich, it was needed or it would have been too dry and it worked well together. Onion rings were big juicy onions, they were very good. Was not too packed on a Friday afternoon. Food and drink service was very fast. ALL employees had a sense of urgency in everything they did. They smiled a lot have a stage for bands, food was amazing. Drink selection was great. If i could rate them a 10 i would. Great location near a nice parking garage. Can take elevator to the main street from there.

A great option, but the front desk attendant is very poor. We almost gave up the restaurant because of the lack of sympathy from the official Mark. But, walking away is terrible reception, the restaurant is great. Food good, location good and the attendant of the waiters is great. Our table was serviced by the waitress Nancy, very attentive and friendly. Do not be impressed by the bad service from the front desk, otherwise you will miss a great visit in this hard rock unit.

We were looking for a place to host a lunch for a friend that was leaving state. We called to see if we could make a reservation and not only were we welcomed to do so but they were going to open early for us to have our lunch. This was my first time ever visiting a Hard Rock Cafe and was really looking forward to it. Our food was good and came out pretty quickly. Our server was great and the manager stopped over a few times to make sure everything was ok. I'll definitely return next time we're in downtown Anchorage and looking for a place to eat.

Sorry to be so negative towards Hard Rock.... but as a brand it Must Do Better !! Food ( breakfast was ok, herb fries burnt ) service was poor. I asked for refill on my coffee the look from the waitress was to behold. Waited ages for the bill. The saving grace here was Papa Smurf in the store. Good advice and laid back.

I have been to several Hard Rock Cafe's both in the US and International. This was by far the most disappointing HRC. We are an early dinner (4:30pm) before heading to a concert. We weren't in a hurry or I would have left. The HRC was relatively empty because of the time but service was absolutely horrible. We waited 15 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. Since it had been so long we gave our appetizer and food order at that time.15 more minutes and our drinks arrived. 30 minutes later (which was fine for the main dish) our appetizers came out with our dinner. In that 45 minute time of arriving to dinner, no one checked on us for refills. Thie service and atmosphere is why we go to HRC's. Both were horrible. 2 stars because the food was on par with other HRC's - but we don't go for the food - it's normally for the atmosphere and service.

Service was not only bad, but the food was too. We asked for plain steamed broccoli for a side and got garlic moldy broccoli (see pic). Our server was busy doing her “side work” to get out of her shift instead of filling our water or asking us about our food. We actually overheard her at the bathrooms about finishing her side work unusually fast to the head server. Hard Rock needs some new management from the top down or they will go out of business. In short I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here.

I don't usually visit chain restaurants when out of town but $18 bottomless mimosas were too good to pass up. The food was as expected. Nothing exceptional but definitely adequate. Decent value as well. Mimosas were free flowing and I don't think anyone at the table ever got to the bottom of their glass before another fresh mimosa was placed in front of them. Nellie was our server and she is the main reason we will be back. Friendly, funny, attentive, and just all around a great server. We had a pretty gross experience while there. A cigarette butt flew from the upper level and landed in the coffee cup of one of the ladies at our table. Nellie handled it without skipping a beat. Having worked in restaurants for over 10 years, I've seen my fair share of great servers. She is definitely one of the best. Thanks Nellie...we'll be back!

We arrived at 2:30. There was only 3 groups in the dining area for a total of 6 people. My soda glass would be empty and it would take Latasha over 10 minutes to get me a refill. This happened 3 times. It took almost 1 hour to receive our food. I don't see how it would take that long to receive our food as slow as it was.

Food (buffalo wings) was average but the service was out of this world. Christian was our server. When I asked for Coke he told me they serve Pepsi so I requested water. He brought our drinks took our order no big deal. He came back maybe 5 minutes later with 2 Cokes he ran next door to purchase. This was a whole other level of service! I was speechless. The experience we had at your restaurant was the worst by far. The bartender who was a young female left four times without asking anyone if they needed anything. Once I saw her walking through the shop next door on her cellphone, people got up and left the bar from lack of attention. She was gone from five minutes to ten on each occasion. As I looked around people were waiting for their waitress. I saw one table had a spill and the gentleman had to go looking for help. It was not busy when we first entered but became busy at the door when we left. Your restaurant needs better management of their people!!!!

I went in for lunch to try out their burgers. The place was fairly empty as it was in the late afternoon, after normal lunch hour. I was sat down by the hostess after which one of the waiters came over and rebuked the hostess rudely in front of me about where she had sat me. After that I waited for about ten minutes until a waiter eventually came up to me and asked if I had been helped yet, to which I replied that I had not. She then left, presumably to get my drinks, but instead came back a few minutes later and rudely informed me that she couldn't bring me anything because I was holding a coffee purchased outside, and outside drinks where not allowed, so I needed to get rid of it. Since my lunch hour was almost up at this point, and I had not even gotten my drinks yet, let alone ordered my food, I thanked her for the information and left the building.

You definitely won't have to worry about lunch or dinner the next day, just have what you had at Hard Rock and you'll be solid! Their little gift shop is really cute, they have a clearance rack, but not a lot of selections.

Do not waste your time. The service was terrible on a weeknight. Took about 10 minutes before hostess even acknowledged our group, and once seated was another 10 minutes before the waitress came by. Mixed drinks took another 20 minutes to come out. They were out of stock on some dinner choices, and the meals were sub par. The Salmon was under cooked to the point of sushi like. The whole ordeal took about 2.5 hours for a party of 6. The service was so bad the manager came out and apologized and gave everyone in the party $5 off. Go somewhere else...

Really good food and drink. The rock and roll atmosphere is really nice and even for a weekend it wasn't very loud. The Hard Rock cafe has a built in Hard Rock store where you can buy rock memorabilia and Hard Rock branded items. Being able to pay a bit extra for your drinks and getting a souvenir glass is a nice touch. Prices are reasonable given the ambiance, it's not dirt cheap, but it isn't a bank-breaker either. Only real downside is being located right across from the Talking Stick arena, and as of the writing of this review, the construction going on downtown the parking situation is pretty bad. If you don't want to have to walk a little bit to get here you're going to want to make this a late lunch-early dinner spot. My wife and I had to pay to park in the Chase Bank parking garage off 1st St. and Van Buren and walk down because there was absolutely no parking around the Hard Rock Cafe. I'd definitely go here again, a good place to eat and absorb the rock environment.

When my sister passed away years ago and I worked here they each personally threw in funds to get me a ticket home and pay my bills that month. This was in 2012 and I still remember my time there and the love that was given. They care about the guests just as much always doing things for special occasions and partnering with make a wish. I went here today and I am very disappointed in this visit. I usually never have a problem with Hard Rock. First thing was minor; I asked for a sweet wine and they recommended Pinot Grigio. I never had that before, I usually go for Moscato or Riesling. The wine was dry and not sweet at all. I settle for the Blue Hawaiian. Then going to the food I had the calamari which was the most disappointing calamari I've had. And lastly is my bacon cheeseburger I had. That thing was so undercooked I shouldn't have eaten it. (posted is a picture) The burger was supposed to be medium well. Well both bacon and steak was pink. Disgusting. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant before.

We had horrible experience here. We were supposed to catch a boat but we missed it, so we had to find a place to celebrate my birthday, it was very busy at the pier and most nice restaurants had 2 hours wait or even didn't take any new customers for the night. Hard rock cafe had only 30 minute wait so we decided to give it a try, well.... big mistake! First we waited for a server to just come say hi for about 40 minutes after we hot sat! Then finally a waitress was sent to our table, after complaining to the hostess. She took our order and the food came out BEFORE our drinks!!! It was just ridiculous! By the time our beer and even water arrived the appetizers were already cold and the main entrees had just been brought as well!. Horrible , horrible experience. They ruined my birthday dinner and our experience at the pear as a whole! Wouldn't reccomend to anyone to dine there! Very poorly managed!

I work downtown Denver and tend to avoid the "chain" restaurants like this on 16th Street Mall and after today, I will continue to avoid them. Dined for lunch with three older female colleagues of mine. We were originally planning to have lunch nearby at a fast-casual food establishment, so I brought my re-usable plastic, clear water cup with water in it so that I wouldn't waste a plastic cup at the other fast-casual restaurant. I didn't think bringing in water cup to a sit-down restaurant would be a problem, but before we were seated, the host insisted that I couldn't bring in "outside beverages". The drink was clearly just water and was not in a disposable cup I could just toss, so I don't know what they expected me to do... leave and not have lunch there after all? The host reluctantly allowed me to keep my cup IF I put it under the table (gee thanks... sounds sanitary). Meanwhile, the table next to us had a disposable coffee cup on their table. Server greeted us quickly and was friendly explaining the decor around the restaurant. After initial greeting, everything seemed to take a while including orders and receiving food. I asked for burger with no lettuce or tomato and a side of ranch and it came with none of these modifications, but food was fine otherwise. Server never refilled our water and we left with empty glasses. Server kindly split our check four ways (which he checked with us about before ordering), but didn't remember who ordered what to individually hand us our checks and credit cards/receipts. I used to be a server, so I'm not very forgiving when it comes to lack of memory in these areas for better customer service. Overall, service was really slow considering it was not busy inside. Would not recommend if you are looking for a quick lunch.

My experience today at this restaurant was terrible. We sat on the second floor. Our first waitress was very rude. We ordered appetizers first. The meat on nachos was red, and the dip was cold. When our meals finally came, everything was awful. The chicken was hard, and the fish was dry. Ribs were not good, no seasoning, and burger horrible. We did not eat it, and left full plates of food. Our server did get the manager. He took 30.00 off the bill, and gave us a free entree. They had children bands singing. Music was so loud you could not hear at all. Worst experience ever...

My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for a week from Iowa. We had so much fun we decided to review everywhere we went. Good and bad. This is one of the good ones. I was hesitant about eating here as I was in NOLA to experience new foods and local cuisine. However, after a busy day we decided to end our evening here. I was impressed. In Iowa we know beef and the burger I ordered was just as good as the ones we get straight from the locker.

I'm giving Hard Rock 4 stars, only because it was an "as expected" experience. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday, so we knew it would be busy. Thankfully, we had made reservations, so they seated us right away. They were telling walk-in customers that it would be a 45-minute wait. I had the Tupelo chicken fingers with seasoned fries and a Hurricane cocktail. The chicken fingers were barely edible. Clearly frozen. I honestly didn't expect much better than that. The fries were your average fries. The Hurricane was a disappointment. I had some Hurricanes in New Orleans last year, and they were twice the size with more hard liquor. The Hard Rock's Hurricanes were slightly larger than a mojito, and as weak as Kool-aid. Oh well. The vibe was the mellowest Hard Rock we've been to. We visit a Hard Rock in almost every state we visit, only by coincidence. I'm used to a DJ and a lot of energy. This place felt relatively mellow, in comparison. Come to the Hard Rock in Memphis, or don't come. If you want traditional American food, you're okay with coming here. It's the Hard Rock. After your mediocre meal and watered down drink, visit the gift shop and buy a t-shirt or magnet, just to say you were there. I think the average person isn't expecting a gourmet meal. Just work on improving your Hurricanes, Hard Rock!

Not bad and not great. We stopped just for a good cool spot to grab a snack and cold drink. Our 1st time here was last year food and service were GREAT. This time was just so-so. Service was slow, appetizer portion was noticeably smaller than last year too. Will we go back again?? Yes, maybe. But it's definitely not a 'must-go-there's spot for my husband and me.

They kept me waiting for a while and then they took me the the back and there was so many tables open.. they had kept me waiting for nothing. They switched my waiter twice, the first one was really sweet and on top of his game.. the second one was horrible. His name was “ nay nay “. First our food was cold, second he never brought us our refills even after we asked TWICE. But he had no problem taking refills to the white couple next to me.. we clearly saw how he was treating them so nicely and my family and I so poorly. He not once came to our table( only when he brought our food). We had no napkins even after we asked for some. I had to go to another table and grab the napkins from there And the only way we got our check was because we were standing up and calling him over. HORRIBLE SERVICE.If I could give this 0 stars I would .. the restaurant itself was beautiful but “ nay nay “ made my experience horrible!

Food quality is sub par, and massively over-priced. Service is not good. Got a warm milkshake, dirty plates sat at the table for well over 15 minutes, only saw our server when he took our order, dropped off drinks, waved him down for the milkshake, and when we paid. Didn't really check up on us in regards to refills, additional cocktails, food satisfaction, etc. Very basic. Oh, and the greasy floors made for a slip hazard throughout the dining area. Definitely here as just a tourist trap/cash grab.

I ordered a classic club. It didn't have tomatoes. Didn't have much mayo on it either. So I had the waitress to bring me tomatoes, onions & pickles. I paid too much for that sandwich. I also had a side of shrimp. The only thing good on that sandwich before I spruced it up was the bacon. Everything seemed so artificial, even the shrimp. It wasn't quality. I'm a local and eat on the strip quite often. The food we had was very average. I had steak fajitas, friend 1 had chicken fajitas and friend 2 ordered a steak (medium). Both varieties of fajitas were decent, nothing to rave about and nothing to criticize. The steak came out so rare my friend had to send it away and made a different choice. They did take the steak off the bill and even took his second order off the bill which was very generous. So I have to take away one star because of the overall quality of the food. Other than this everything else was exceptional. The service was great, the view from the outside balcony is great, the music was great. For me the menu selection seemed rather limited but then again it is a "Cafe". I might could see myself going back but I would consider other options first.

After our order was taken, we were left alone for over one hour. The waiter brought us the drinks and then literally disappeared. We saw him again after 20 minutes, when he gave us refills for the drinks we got (refills he didn't notify us were available). Next time we saw him was after another 25 minutes. We asked him updates about our food, to which he answered "In 5 - 10 minutes it should be out". This exact same thing, with the exact same questions and answers happened 10 / 15 minutes later. We then got to talk with the chief waiter, who was very understanding about our issues. She didn't procrastinate and called the manager, to whom we explained what was happening. All he said and kept saying was "I know" or "You're 100% right". The food came out, I mean, sooner or later it had to, and it was HRC - quality. But there's some fun to it: I ordered Nachos, who don't come with guacamole, and being a big fan of it I asked to have it on. After we talked with the manager, the waiter told us our ticket was the next coming out. But my nachos were without guacamole, meaning they had rushed our order forgetting about details. If I had asked to remove something that would have caused severe allergic issues, in the same conditions as last night, I don't want to think of what could have happened. The manager paid for the drinks. Though we appreciated this offering, we are highly upsetted by the service. They clearly forgot about our order, this assumption because people who got seated after us got served before.

The places is really fun, my teenage daughters love 80s Rock so I thought this would be a fun place to go for lunch. Kendra our server was great but the food wasn't as good. The bankock shrimp was pretty bad, not sure how you get shrimp to taste like cigarettes. I spent $72 on lunch for three and no alcohol. They can do better! If the kitchen changes I would come back

Rock café is my favourite place all around the world. In SF the waitress forgot one meal we ordered so she offered us coffee for free as an excuse. We unfortunately found all coffee's on our bill to pay. Anyways that girl was really nice and I believe it wasn't her fault.

It does not seem like the are many options to be gluten free in downtown Anchorage and it was nice to have this place come to the rescue. The rest of use enjoyed the above standard pub fare, fantastic service and tacky atmosphere.

As expected, the Hard Rock Cafe did not disappoint. I didn't even know Phoenix had one, but with their amazing downtown location just off the light rail and near Chase stadium, their great atmosphere (including what I would call an "electric guitar chandelier"), attentive staff, and delicious food, then this one is a great destination for locals and visitors alike. I got the burger that came with edible gold leaf and a delicious steak sauce, which they offer as a gimmick, and some amount of the proceeds go to a local charity, which is a nice touch. They were out of the milkshake flavor I wanted, but they were willing to adapt a non-alcohol shake into an alcohol shake to suit my request regardless. I intend on returning. The best part is that you can make a day of it--just go to the Musical Instrument Museum and then the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner and you've got yourself a musical day!

The wait staff was always there to get what we needed, and even the bar tender came around to give us are drinks.Customer for life all over the world!! We went when there was a change in shift between day and night time. This was approximately 425 pm. The front staff (a lady) told us there is a 25-30 minutes wait when there were clearly plenty of seats in the restaurant! I think this is ridiculous to stop seating for as long as 25-30 minutes. I received a text 8 minutes later but by that stage, I'd had already gone shopping because I was told 25-30 mins wait..... What a waste of my time. In this day and age, the changeover of shift should be seamless. Food was standard for hard rock cafe.

Atmosphere is typical hard rock, My concern is your host stand, there was a girl with dark hair and an olive skin tone, i didn't catch her name as she didn't have a name tag. Upon entering i was completely ignored, and when she finally seen me i wasn't greeted, i was told i can go to the bar, and treated like an inconvenience. She really needs to be retrained in customer service as she's the first face you see, and sets the tone of level of service. Hopefully management reads this and takes action.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. The service was horrid. The server didnt greet ys for the furst 10-15 minutes there then said he would be right back and it was another 10 before we saw him... then we ordered everything at once...I ordered a margarita and was brought some fruity sweet tropical drink with rum. Then we both ordered the Original burger and i told him several times i cant have tomatoes... so he took the tomatoes of my husband medium burger and put them on my well done burger. Then when i asked for a salad it was covered in tiny mushy chopped tomatoes.... we have only seen our server twice and we have been here an hour. We had to flag him down from other tables and that was the twice we saw him... maybe he should focus less on his half ponytail and more on his service. My drink made me sad. :( The reciept shows our server as Caleb... yeah dont request him

Not sure of it was an off day or what was going on. Service was terrible. The one and only time we got a refill was as he was giving us our check. Three of our party ordered items that needed syrup. They dropped off food and no syrup. Took several minutes to get syrup. Chicken was nearly burned and very dry. Potatoes were dry. No apologies. Certainly not worth $140 for 6 of us.

Here for lunch and the place was packed!! Did a reservation online before coming and Shane had our table waiting and we were promptly seated and served. Ribs were AWESOME!! I tried to take my husband to the Hard Rock Cafe on Pier 39. He has never been to Hard Rock Cafe and probably never will be now. I have usually enjoyed Hard Rock Cafe, but not this time. We walked in and went straight to the hostess stand. While we stood there waiting, three employees had several personal conversations with each other while they continued to ignore us. When one of the employees finally acknowledged us, she was rude and acted like we were interrupting her. Eventually she grabbed two menus and walked away. At that point, we knew that our business was not wanted and left to go somewhere else for dinner.

We went for lunch. It was not particularly busy, our service was good. It took a bit longer than what I would have liked to prepare our food, but not ridiculously long. We went here on our 5th day in Memphis after eating our way from one barbecue spot to another, so we were looking for a reentry point to "normal" food. I had the burger which was very good. Cooked to my liking and flavorful. The cost was reasonable. I would go here again.

I must say that it was a unique experience. I've never been to a Hard Rock before and we decided to come here as a group. The server takes our drink order and when my wife asks for a rootbeer and a water and was told they are short on glasses and to choose only one. Huh??? I go to the bathroom and the urinal overflows onto my feet. Then our server turns us over to a different server who redeemed our experience. The food was really good though!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off it took over 20 minutes just to be greeted by our server, Emily. Another 15 minutes to get our waters. Plus another 15 for my mixed drink. I would like to point out that it was not busy at all. Our food took a long time as well and my sister didn’t get her food until 45 minutes AFTER everyone had gotten their food. Emily would have known this if she had ever come by our table to check on us. I ended up having to go up to the hostess stand to get service because Emily could never be found. We never got refills, never got an apology. We would have been more understanding if she had apologized or offered an explanation but we got nothing! We asked to speak with a manager twice, never had a manager come to the table. Completely underwhelmed with the service. The only good employees were the hostess who brought us our food and the buss boy who cleared our table.

Waitress offered free desserts to make up for the delay but all we wanted was to get out. Yes we should have left after a much shorter time so that was on us but really this was not good same as everywhere else chain restaurant food, so maybe it was an off night but my poor rating is fair.

Nice atmosphere. The restaurant is upstairs and has indoor and outdoor seating with good views. We went for brunch and had endless mimosas. Our server was fantastic. Super funny and kept the drinks coming. A guy was there playing acoustic guitar and was great. Not too loud, had an amazing voice, and played a variety of different songs. Would definitely recommend this place for brunch for sure.

The server said, “it will be out in a minute, the dishwasher broke, the manager sent the hand dishwasher home so the manager was doing dishes by hand.” After we asked again for silverware and napkins we decided it was time to start timing them. It was another 10 min. probably 15 min after our food was delivered that we were given silverware. By this time the salads were soggy. Before we left we went upstairs to go to the bathroom. Every table upstairs had silverware set. There was not a single person at the tables upstairs. I asked why we had to wait for silverware when there was plenty of it upstairs. She said, I don’t know that’s what the manager said”. We came very close to leaving. The server was doing all she could but management needs to be replaced immediately. I wish I would have gone to the bathroom sooner, I would have just taken the silverware off the tables upstairs which is what they should have done. We will not dine there again! Bazaar!

We needed to wait and queue even when having reservations. The seats were on bar tender chairs. The steak cuisson was not medium but over well done. A petty for the good meat. The burgers were fine. The atmosfere as in every hard rock very nice. Being a very frequent visitor all over the world, this was an average visit. I hope San Fransisco and Hollywood are better.

Walking in we were told that without a reservation it would be a 45 minute wait. I turned around made a reservation for the next available time and we were seated in 10 minutes, we had to wait because they forgot about us and seated other reservations for the same time as ours. The server was cheery. The entrees tasted great. The drinks had virtually no alcohol and there is nothing they will do about that. The dessert was disappointing. That's the last chance I give this Hard Rock location.

We went when there was a change in shift between day and night time. This was approximately 425 pm. The front staff (a lady) told us there is a 25-30 minutes wait when there were clearly plenty of seats in the restaurant! I think this is ridiculous to stop seating for as long as 25-30 minutes. I received a text 8 minutes later but by that stage, I'd had already gone shopping because I was told 25-30 mins wait..... What a waste of my time. In this day and age, the changeover of shift should be seamless. Food was standard for hard rock cafe.

We stopped by real quick before heading to a museum nearby. I guess we entered through the wrong side so they made us walk to the other entrance just to be taken all the way back where we started from. That made no sense at all but ok, I guess I would understand if the place was packed but it wasn't. We had a little issue with one of our dishes but it was fixed right away. Our waiter was very nice and helpful, Charlie was great. Apologized for our issue even though it wasn't his fault. He definitely gets 10 stars for service. The food wasn't bad, the jumbo combo had a little bit of everything. Turns out we got more food than we could finish for two of us lol and it was only appetizers.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Hollywood where thousands of people come to visit the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater and Wax Museum. This venue has it all! First off the location can't get any better as it is smack right in the middle of the action on the Las Vegas BLVD. The two large second floor and third floor patios give some of the best bird's eye views of ALL the action along the Las Vegas strip. Second the food is delicious and always evolving with the season. Lastly the music venue is intimate and every spot in the venue is a perfect view of the stage.

My opinion may not be note worthy but it's honest. I found it to be somewhat over rated. The atmosphere was nice; a nice place to meet, drink, and chill a bit. The menu selections were over priced and low on variety. The taste was somewhat bland, although it may have been my selections of chicken club and salmon, on the 2 occasions I 've been. The waitress service was lacking but the manager did stop at the table to check on our party. That being said, different places appeal to different people. Hope it's the experience you want it to be.

Probably the worst hard Rock Cafe I've ever been to. The ribs were good, but that's about it. What was worse though was the service...When we first walked in, we had to stand there for a long time because nobody came to seat us and we were totally ignored even though we made eye contact with the waiters several times. Finally we just had to seat ourselves and wait to be given menus. After going as far as waving at waiters several times to indicate we needed service and being completely ignored again when they clearly seen me waving at them, I finally had to get up to get the menus myself. Took forever to get our drinks refilled and when it was time to finally get our check, again I had to walk up there to even get it and pay the bill. I had almost thought the food was free given how long I waited on that check and was about tempted to walk out lol. Anyways, I always leave the tips that I feel are fair and deserved. That's why on my first and last visit to this place, I left for the tip a much deserved big fat $0.

They have little to no accommendations for people with allergy’s and dietary restrictions. For me myself, I am allergic to onions and apparently everything on their menu has onions down to the bbq sauce, the seasonings everything. When asked what I could order that doesn’t have any onions they said nothing and got upset when I said I was going to leave. If I can’t eat anything of course I’m not going to order. They were very rude and made several comments about how “difficult” I was being when I literally was not. Get better management, customer service, and menu items for all people.

We went last week, wait time wasn't too bad, about 30 mins which gave us time to see the Chinese Theatre right next door. The food was not great. Onion rings, chicken nachos, steak fajitas: all flavorless. The veggies that come with the fajitas were drenched in soy sauce. The New York strip steak is served with a huge side of broccoli unless you upgrade to a pricey premium side. Skip this place altogether if you can, the place is difficult to get to and parking outside the garages is hard to find. If you are still keen though, no need to make a reservation as the place is mostly empty even on a Saturday.

It was a great atmosphere but, i was disappointed with what I ordered. The 2 side dishes Mashed potatoes and the Broccoli were COLD, the salmon was perfect how can 1 thing be perfect and they ruin the meal with cold sides. Our waiter did bring me fresh hot side dishes but, I was just about done with the Salmon. It wasn't the waiters fault . Fun Hard Rock Cafe location on the Las Vegas strip. It is down near MGM. I went with a group of 10. Our server was great and the food waa very good. Of course the music was great. All the memorabilia was cool. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive meal while you're in Las Vegas I recommend the Hard Rock Cafe.

Amazing experience at Hard Rock in Memphis, Tennessee. We were quickly seated and greeted by our waiter. We had our drinks on the table within 5 minutes and our food within 20 minutes of ordering. The food was amazing and one meal turned into 3 small meals since the portions were so large -- definitely worth every penny. The walls and atmosphere was your typical Hard Rock Cafe vibe, yet this location had a huge touch of Memphis to it. My family and I had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

If i could give a zero i would. I know this review wont mean a hill of beans to them but it is what it is. If the food was average i wouldnt say anything. Its terrible. Chicken flatbread, burnt. Mac n cheese for 21.95, chicken cold n noddles undercooked. 3 hamburgers, all burnt. 3 orders of fries, they all tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for an hour. Fajitas were ok. Nachos.... just ok. Asked fof a craff beer and was directed to a place that in our servers words was not so corporate and had a good selection. He was right, there is a terrible selection here. To top it off our check was screwed up 3 times. My family is moving away from the corporate restaurant model for this very reason. Hi priced without the quality. They simply dont care. Mass produced food, nothing fresh, nobody cares. Glad to say ill br spending my dollars at local craft food and mom n pop restaurants.

My order came out wrong and she argued with me about it before finally taking it to get it fixed. We asked for waters and never received them. Then, when everything was said and done, she charged us for an extra drink and side and expected us to pay for them! After again arguing with me she finally got her manager, but it was absolutely the worst dining experience!

Not very busy when there are no events downtown, but if things are going on around the area, be prepared for a wait. No big deal- grab a drink at the bar and strike up a conversation with one of the awesome bartenders. Shelley will change your life with only her laughter. Burgers are on point, and that bruschetta... Oh Lord the bruschetta. Don't miss that one. Atmosphere- epic for any music lover. Music memorabilia is truly authentic, great variety of music played, and they very rarely will put sports on the tv. This is a different experience than a sports bar- and that's refreshing.

Watched solo guitarist performing, she was great. Atmosphere was fun, food was good. I enjoyed my time there, kids liked their kid meals. We will go back!

French tourists have come to the hard rock comics Vegas. the welcome is great with a very friendly staff. the burger with the salad caesars still delicious as well as the french fries. we recommend this place

The food tasted pretty standard here. Nothing to write home about. I decided to order the Smokehouse combo and it wasn't quite as good as I expected considering the name. The ribs didn't fall off the bone and the fries/pulled pork were just okay. I have just heard many good things about Hard Rock Cafe over the years and it didn't fully live up to the hype. Beale Street sure is beautiful though!

This is an essential restaurant on your visit to Hollywood and Los Angeles. Right in the heart of Hollywood with the pulsing beat of the area literally outside the front doors. Upon arrival and notification of our reservation, we were promptly seated a great table on a terrace with a great view of the entire restaurant. Our server was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was awesome. Parking was easy to find in the parking garage. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I am only giving this place two stars because our waiter was pretty good. The restaurant was completely empty on a Sunday evening and I quickly realized why once our food arrived..... The food was very bland as if it wasn't seasoned with anything at all! If they start seasoning their food and keep it fresh, they would probably do much better.
