We were there on a Friday evening around 7pm. The place was packed. We waiting at the bar for a table. About 5 mins. The waitress was very nice and even let me customize the vegan meal to include meat. The food was excellent! We will be going back very soon!

Wonderful staff. We had a surprise birthday party there and our waiter did an an amazing job waiting on a table of 12! The staff made the day extra special for my mother and the food was (and always is) terrific!

Credit card information was stolen and replicated. Then fraudulent charges were made in Pompano Beach fl. Personal investigation suggest information was stolen here as this was the only place my card left my sight (to pay the bill). Seems this is quite common in mexican restaurants. Google it.

For s Mexican restaurant is very clean and I love the atmosphere there's always somebody serve you. I love their Texas fajitas which comes with steak chicken and shrimp. Besides there is always something going on a lively crowd or just be it you need to stop and get something to eat, great place to go and something I would always recommend.

Quick service and grear margaritas. But the posted hours are incorrect. They say they are open until 10, which isn't right. At 9:15 my dinner partner ordered another margarita and was told that he couldn't order another because they closed at 9pm. A bit disappointing.

So i'm from Texas and not only do I know good tex-mex I know good, authentic Mexican food. Durango's serves neither and it's sooo confusing to me how this place got 4-stars on yelp. Possibly because "Alabamians" have the palate of steers and eat cud on a regular basis..whatever the reason this place is crap. The salsa was straight from a jar out of the fridge and was ice cold. It was even sweet. WTF? The chips fresh out the bag. That's not so bad but at least try to fool me by providing good salsa. I ordered the diabla Cameron. I was expecting large succulent shrimp atop a bed of hot seasoned Mexican rice and maybe even some warm flour tortillas..I was served frozen spicy shrimp served with mushy brown rice. Not a tortilla in sight! I should have known something was wrong when I walked in a didn't smell anything cooking but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt..I shouldn't have. When I walked to the restroom I saw one of the line "cooks" sitting down playing candy crush on his phone..he was obviously not busy cooking. The margarita was a sweet mess and I had to pinch my nose and chug it just to keep from wasting it.. simply Awful. Luckily my cousin ordered a bucket of beers and I washed everything down with a Sol. You may ask why I didn't just send it back if I wasn't happy and the reason is because I would have had a hard time explaining to them what was wrong with the food and beverage as it has 4 stars on Yelp Apparently there are people in this world who could care less about quality food and you can find those people at Durangos. My family and I were up all night with heart burn and the bathroom blues. I hope to save at least one person some heartache with this review.

Very dissatisfied,have visited this restaurant on several occasions ,but today will definitely be my last...party of 15 plus and spent between 700.00 and 800.00 dollars on food and drinks,bug was in one of the strawberry margaritas and the owner refused to replace a 8.00 drink to accommodate a continuous customer laughed and advised me that they can't control the bugs outside, which they can't but as a continuous and high dollar spending customer it would have been very courteous to replace the drink that was still filled to the rim,Definitely my last visit.

This place was fantastic. It was clean, fast, tasty, and had vegetarian options. The food is familiar mexican style with combination meals that you can order by number. I felt like the quality of the ingredients was above average as was the service. I was just passing through town, but will definitely stop by again on future trips.

The rice was the worst rice I’ve EVER ate in my life!!! So dried out, bland, and just nasty!! The refried beans were the same way.. My quesadilla was also very bland. There wasn’t a single customer in there when we walked in or left... I also noticed the salsa was very watered down. I’m not a fan. Really overpriced to be so disgusting. And no I will not be coming back.

This was a great meal and delievered in a good time. I came with a group around 2pm, so after the main lunchtime rush and they were quick to get our meal out to us. The chips didn't seem too old, but definitely weren't hot. The salsa was hot, which several at our table weren't a fan of. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

This is the worst excuse for Mexican food I've ever eaten. Well, I will admit the Guacamole is good and so are their top shelf Margaritas. I will never order anything with ground beef again! The burrito I had made me violently sick. I've never had a reaction like that to Mexican food. The service was slow and the server kept forgetting things until she got back out to the table. How hard it is to forget a basket of chips when your customers have waited a long time for their food?
