The got over half of our order wrong. It was 2AM so they weren't exactly busy. Also their new boneless chicken wings are the saltiest things I've ever eaten in my life. I would have given it one star based on this experience alone but I've had good experiences here in the past, their burgers are usually pretty good.

Ie came in right after the breakfast rush ended, even after all that it was really clean, the staff were polite and attentive to. Our server Wandida was considerate and patient while we decided on what we wanted to eat. Everything was affordable and reasonable priced. Definitely will go back again.

Ordered grits as part of the "make your own" grand slam breakfast. Totally undercooked! But the staff were super nice and quickly replaced this with hash browns.

Service was just okay and slow.....of the boarder of terrible. Tables were full of dishes and no one sitting at them. Had the siracha burger and instead of a creamy sauce it had lots of straight siracha on it. Almost inedible to hot. Also my fighters food was missing a topping that was advertised and they were out of the cold brew featured coffee.

Me and my mom come in Christmas Eve night. It was busy but we stayed because we love the food. As we walked in we was greeted by the manger Maurice. He seated us and was very polite. As we was sitting there waiting we notice how he was going from seating customers, to cooking, to checking ppl out. It was a mad house but he did a very excellent job. Not to mention he came back to get our order and it was DELICIOUS. I give this man 3 of these stars because he DESERVES it!! Very well- handled SIR. We will be back!!

I have always enjoyed my visits to Denny's but this location was just not able to deliver. I went with my fiance' we were heading home and decided to sit down and eat. When we went inside we were seated and told someone would be right with us. We waited for at least 15 minutes before we were asked about drinks. While we waited for our waitress to return with our drinks we noticed you could hear the cooks in the kitchen cussing and being extremely loud. We ordered our food my fiance' ordered the Cinnamon Crunch Pancakes with cheese eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns. I ordered the Tbone and eggs with sourdough bread and wavy fries. We waited for about 45 minutes and the waitress started to bring out some food. My fiance' received her eggs sausages and hashbrowns first. The hashbrowns turned out to be undercooked. I recieved my Tbone steak first and she refilled my glass of water. A few minutes later see brings out my eggs but the orders were still incomplete. We decided to continue eating but were still missing some of our food. After 15 minutes my fiance' receives her Pancakes which turned out to be way too sugary. We continued to eat but I was missing some of my order still. At this point we are both almost finished with our food and the waitress comes over and apologize for the missing items and says she will discount our meal. I requested that the fries be made to go since I was done eating and did not see a point of staying. We finished and payed our bill we tipped the waitress and left. After that experience I do not plan to return to that location. I have never received service like that. The kitchen seemed to be unorganized and again you could hear them no matter where you were in the restaurant. I'm very disappointed and hope that this matter can be addressed.

It's been a number of years since I've been to a Denny's, listening to my fiancée we came here to have dinner. Let's begin with the odor of a dirty mop and trash invading your nostrils upon entering. Wet floor signs confirmed those suspicions for sure! So against my disgust, we were seated and passed a table, patrons gone but waiting to be cleaned. Waited 12 minutes for a waiter, 3 of which were roaming around and looking at the dirty table next to us. I went to the restroom & it smelled better than the damn restaurant floor did! Once a waiter did arrive, we placed our orders & the food arrives, no one has utensils. We took them from another table nearby, everyone was satisfied with their meals for the most part. My fries arrived cold & I requested a fresh batch of course because I don't do cold fries baby! We got to enjoy the scent of a seriously overdue mop replacement usage + dirty dishes for 40 mins. First & last time for me guys, thanks!

Despite being super busy, the wait staff was very polite and accommodating. The kitchen and managerial staff worked incredibly well together and managed to be efficient and organized during the rush. Our servers name was Ashley and she was probably the nicest server I've ever had. Overall a good experience, great employees. Food is good too.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was good. It was not busy at all and the food was made exactly as requested. The only issue we had was they rung our check out under another customer and we had to wait 20 min for them to figure it out and fix it. I left a tip anyway because after all it wasn't the servers fault.

Came to Denny's for Father's Day today around 1pm. Got seated immediately. Our waiter didn't even introduce herself so I can't even tell you her name. We ordered 2 coffees and a o.j. only got one cup of coffee and the cup was dirty. No utensils were given at the beginning, we asked for them after the coffee was served along with extra sugar. We get our food, we both had pancakes, and no syrup. I had double sausage with my meal and was missing 2 links. We had to ask multiple times for what we needed and even though we got our food fast, some of it was cold.. Waiter was in her phone. We also waited for our check. It was not really busy. IHOP is looking so much better at customer service. I might not return to my childhood restaurant because of this experience.

I think this place needs new management, food was poor at best, two people working ...period, one cook and one server/cashier..no one got all their food..we got bits and pieces of our meals at separate times.. no condiments, even when asked several times. This was truly the worst restaurant I have ever been too.

I was in here tonight and I ordered a mango smoothie and the lady asked me if I was interested in trying something called a green smoothie. I asked her what it was and why I didn't see it I the menu she explained the ingredients and stated that it was coming out in the new menu and only asked me to see if it was going to be good. I accepted the green smoothie offer and it was amazing and the conversation with the lady about the ingredients and how she just simply asked me if I was adventurous and wanted to try something new. I always come here for the French toast slam in the mornings and look forward to adding the green smoothie to my future visits

Terrible country fried steak, they changed the gravy and it is soo nasty.so the manager didn't take off the uneaten meal just a discount for a nasty meal I paid 10.00 dollars. You would be better served going to McDonald's. Sorry denny's but you were the WORST meal I have had since Iraq and the manager made me pay for it. I won't be back

Immediately when walking in to the restaurant you could see how dirty and unkempt this establishment was. The Staff at this particular Denys was unprofessional, loud, and uncaring of conversations they were having while being in ear shot of customers. When we finally received our food it came out piecemeal with around 10 total minutes before we received our full order. By this time our food was cold and almost inedible. When i got up to pay i was never acknowledged, the cashier grabbed my ticket while simultaneously talking to to another customer on the phone.

I ate here the other night & the country fried steak was far from freshly cooked the cook shouldn't be giving people old food that's been thrown in the oven for a few minutes to appear fresh. I informed my server about it & she apologized & said it's on us I said no this isn't about free food for a screw up. So she brushed it off when I said I didn't want it for free. I think it's more important for a issue like this to be resolved than free food just handed over. She said she would come right back she came back asked if everything was alright I said no not really she started laughing. I talked to the manager, told her what the issues were & she was great about it. The 4 stars are because the manager & the other server were really sweet & genuine about resolving the issues than just handing me a free meal.

I come here because my three year old daughter absolutely loves it. The waitresses have all been really cool with her. Personally, it is not my first choice for breakfast. It's kinda hard to order breakfast without getting way too much sugar and carbs, but if that's your thing, you'll find plenty of calories here without spending a ton of money.

Everyone knows breakfast at Denny's. What makes the difference is the great service our waitress was so good I left her a huge tip. Service was timely, we got all the extras requested without having to ask twice, and everything came hot and together. We try out all the other breakfast joints around town, and while we like a change of menu now and again, no one meets the level of service or just-right personalities of the staff at this Denny's.

They don't care about serving the customers. Let's at least hope the food is ok. Wish me luck. I don't recommend this Dennys as you will leave disappointed and depressed with all your time and money spent.

I have come to Denny’s several times, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. But, I truly have a special love and ADMIRATION for the manager ( Justin) professionalism. I can remember I had a problem with my food 1 time and Justin made sure not only did I get another fresh plate but HE WENT TO THE BACK SND MADE IT HIMSELF. I also, am very impressed with his staff... they all seem to have the same mannerisms as he does. There is a scripture in the Bible that says,” THE ANOINTING FLOWS FROM THE HEAD DOWN, “ but so does respect and honor. Third shift isn't always great. Had to flag down the waitress several times. Food took FOREVER when there were only a few other parties (it was about 10 PM) and a man who came in long after us got his food about 20 minutes earlier (and I understand that he was only one person but we had a significant wait and I was painfully hungry after a long day of working). My burger had no sauce at all, making it rather bland. I like the food when it's made properly but I often have issues like the veggie burger being rock hard, not getting the toppings I ordered, not getting sauce, not getting the lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, etc.

Ate there for dinner with my fam today. Paid almost $12 for 4 small chicken tenders which looked like they've been cooked in some old oil, some frozen broccoli, & a small amount of fries. My husband's scrambled eggs look & tasted like they came from Mc Donalds. Yikes haven't had Dennys since I was a child, but after today no thanks.

We got into town late last night, at least late for many of the restaurants we normally frequent. We decided on Denny's. The food was very good and well prepared to order. Our wait was minimal and the staff were very cordial. The store was clean and being open 24 hours a day, made this eatery a good choice.

Denny's food quality but the waitstaff was not so good. We waited for 1/2 hour for our order to be placed and waited another 1/2 hour for our food which only half the table received and the other half had to wait another 20mins. I enjoy Denny's but the crew has to pull it together there. I saw one waitress running the front and then 30 mins later I saw two more pop up and help other customers but our waitress was now MIA. If I owned this Denny's I would take more pride in how my front was being ran.

I am consistently provided excellent service at this location. I work every day until 1 AM, and sometimes I need a nice, warm meal to end off the night. I love to take my book and chat with the servers and staff. They've always been incredibly friendly, and they provide top-notch service! Sometimes it can be difficult to run on an active mind when you work so late, but they always treat me with kindness and respect, and there have been numerous times that they have gone above and beyond for me. I would like to specifically give props to the Waitress working Tuesday, August 27th at 3:00AM. You truly made my night, and I wish I could have gotten your name. Your kindness is deserving of a million thanks, and it won't be something I forget. It WILL be the reason I come back!

One of the worst restaurants in Anchorage. Service is terrible. Most food is served cold. Takes forever to get your order. Waited over an hour. The air conditioning doesn't even work, so it's over 80 degrees. I can sweat at home, where the food is better.

It's hard to write a review for a place you already know what your going to get as far as food quality. It's not the best but it's good and for the price it's great. What's different here is the staff is always polite and treat you well. Theres always a little delay for your food but not to where its annoying. The staff set this place apart from other dennys. My son loves it there as they always make him feel special. Great place to go its clean and welcoming.

The server was doing her best but was the only one on duty so it took longer than expected to get to place our order and then it took quite sometime to get the food the steamed broccoli was still frozen in the bowl so it got sent back and replaced with hot from the microwave broccoli.

There was just so much wrong with our experience at this Denny I dont know where to start. Food was cold by the time it got to our table. Also, I ordered a lumberjack slam. My toast and pancakes never made it with my cold eggs/hasbrown/ham etc. As everyone on my table almost finished eating their food, I decided to walk up to the counter to ask if my pancakes and toast were still coming. When she finally brought my pancakes (my toast never made it), my husband asked for more butter. The next time we saw her she was delivering our bill. As she reads the bill while placing it on the table she tells us that shes going to make the milkshake in a "to go" container in case we to take it to go. SMH....I forgot to mention that we overheard a discussion between our server and another server, maybe if our server didnt steal her fellow coworkers big table she might have been able to give us better service.

I suppose it is possible the day I visited this Denny's was an off day for the entire staff. Sat for 15 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress for drink order which had to be returned, broken glass. Took another 20 minutes to receive my cold Mushroom Burger and fries. When I say cold I mean cold. Customer service was in need of more training. When customers have a visual of staff socializing with one another instead of refilling drinks or picking up food before it gets cold, not good. Think Waffle House is sounding pretty good next time.

Staffing seems to be an issue, always new faces. The food also reflects a change in cooks. I can always expect to get service and hot food. I order carry out often and like to order from the value menu. The training for staffing must be needing an upgrade as some know what s classic burger is and some dont have any idea about the value meal offers. Confusion here for all involved diner, cook and server.

Truly better food than the instant English muffin with eggs from a carton, and other with tortillas that are not even cooked properly. Better watch out Anchorage you let these restaurants that have been in business since the 50s close, most likely to be replaced, by an instant tortilla eggs from a carton and undercooked by robotics. My family and I had a wonderful experience here! Our server, Keekee was so sweet. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Also, she did not try to turn over our table super fast like most servers do. She really wanted us to take our time and enjoy our limited time we had with our brother on his family day. Excellent environment and food; very budget-friendly. Spouse and I are both AARP members and Denny's gives 15% discount! Shanna, is our favorite waitress and we adore her. The manager is also extremely friendly and busy (and not afraid to put on an apron to help in the kitchen). Since I "eat" with my eyes before I eat, the nice clean environment (inside and outside restaurant) and hot, eye-popping pleasant food brings about a thorough and completely positive experience. We're always thanked for being there (and it's sincere).

Decided to stop in for lunch and may not go back to Denny's again. The entire experience left a lot to be desired and it started the moment we were seated. As we walked toward the booths we noticed the floor was slippery (greasy not wet), after being seated our server disappeared and was gone for 30 minutes before coming back to take our drink order. My wife suggested we should leave as this visit was not starting off well but I insisted we should stay as Denny's was one of my son and my favorite places to eat. When the drinks arrived we noticed my son's lemonade cup had left over lipstick on it, my drink had stuff floating in it, my wife was brought an odd combination of tea and lemonade despite ordering just tea. Despite this we decided to stay as we had already ordered and were pretty hungry. When the food arrived we were once again disappointed as nothing was quite the way it should have been. We all ordered the Super Slam (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausages, 2 bacon, and hashbrowns) but it was not good at all, my sausages were cold, scrambled eggs were runny, pancakes were burnt and crispy (how do pancakes end up crispy?); my wife was eating her pancakes when she noticed that there was chocolate on her plate, we hope it was just left over chocolate from the griddle and not from the plate. When we received the check we noticed an additional item on the check (an extra drink) but they did correct it after we brought it up. Normally Denny's is great, but I think this one is the exception to the rule, I would highly suggest avoiding this location.

Horrible service and Food I came here for my grandmothers 66 year old birthday to have a good time but it was like a horror movie in restaurant version. 1. I got a burger and the meat tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way. 2. They didn’t bring out any of the sauces that was shown on the menu for the meal. 3. My girlfriends egg came out scrambled when the burger on the menu showed other wise which is false advertisement. 4. My nana then puked all over the bathroom because the food got her so sick she couldn’t handle it. 5. They then told us all they could do was take off the drinks and my grandmas meal which still made us pay $30 for food that made us sick The night shift manager was a little bit nicer then the waitress that was serving us she and I quote said “well I’m sorry you didn’t catch my attention” then stormed off, everyone else was very mad about the service also. I hope our waitress gets fired! She not once smiled, not said a damn thing except rude smug comments. I will not be back there. There goes my 66 year old grandmas birthday. Now I have to take her to the hospital. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENNYS

Should be no star. We were there June 26th, while checking out the girl kept saying she was having problems with our card. Our waiter tried to help and she informed him she knew what she was doing! She was attentive to my needs, resolved another customer's problem when he misread the menu, and still had time to ensure that the other empty tables were clean and ready for the next customers. She interacted with everyone at the table to include my 4 year old niece and 15 month old nephew. Had to ask for utensils and napkins after food was served, and waitress walked away. Got my toast after finishing my breakfast, and even then only because I stared down the waitress. To add to it, they squirted liquid butter on the toast that didn't even cover a quarter of it not even actual butter. To top it off, the cash register had issues processing debit/credit cards - we chose to pay with cash. The redeeming part - the omlet was good.
