Excellent food, first time here and loved it. Definitely coming back. The vegetable spring rolls and spicy Thai basil fried rice we're great. Also came with a small ginger salad. Good service too!

The “Crab angels” are not real crab wontons If that’s what your thinking. They are mustard yellow and soggy I’m not sure what was put inside them but it was not edible. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll looked gray. The lucky sushi roll was soggy with chunky imitation crab meat flopped onto it. The chicken in the Thai rice had spots on it. Overall the meal wasn’t that great and it was very overpriced for what we received.

Excellent Thai food in the Mobile area. Everything I have tried has been amazing! My favorite things to order are the Tom Kha soup and the Bama roll sushi. Not only is the food good but the service is outstanding. Shoutout to my waiter, Kam (he’s always there when I go) he does an excellent job !

Much better Thai elsewhere in city. Meal last night was fishy, shrimp not deveined. Noodles looked and tasted like they had been recooked. Recommend someplace like Siam over this restaurant.

I just moved to West Mobile so I wanted to see what Sushi places were in this area. I found this cute little restaurant in a very convenient spot. I had to try it since the reviews were so great. I set at the sushi bar and ordered Summer Rolls to start with and the Bama Bama roll for my dinner. I received an amazing salad, some of the best dressing that I have every had, makes me want to lick my bowl!! The summer rolls were really good and the sauce was just as tasty. My Bama roll came out and it was a whole fried roll so I expected it to be hot but sadly it was not. All and all, she food was good service was great and I want a whole jar of that salad dressing! I'll be back

Charm is great. Polite and knowledgeable staff, good atmosphere, GREAT food. The food was so good, in fact, that I didn't complain about being served Pepsi instead of Coke. I had the curry chicken. The beingnet are excellent. Charm is kinda like rice for west mobile, so the menu is similar. Our waiter was wonderful, charming and right on point. Just go, you'll love it.

Great staff. My waiter helped me with picking out the great curry and chicken satay I had for lunch. Only problem with the curry was it was a little thin on the meat. But good flavor and nice quiet setting

My wife and I dined outdoors because being surrounded by blaring big screen televisions while eating thai food wasn't our idea of atmospheric authenticity but then again a landscape of Zaxby's dive through didn't "charm" us either. The wait staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The food is pretty good but at five star spicy it could of held more heat. Over all I would suggest it again to anyone who doesn't mind the realities of West Mobile. If Bangkok Thai and Charm would compare notes- we could have two quality Thai cusines in Mobile.

First I would add the restaurant to TripAdvisor stat. Wife and I dined here last night during happy hour. We had the chicken satay appetizer and some wine. I think the chicken had a curry glaze to it. It doesn't matter because it was delicious. We also had the house salad with ginger dressing. In my opinion it was better than sushi9s. The wife had 2 sushi rolls but I don't remember which and were equally as good. For my entre I had the chicken pad thai. It's offered on a spicey scale of 1-5. I took 3. It was very delicious and had a lot of flavor. Service was exceptional and from my view the ambience was fine along with the restaurant itself very clean and updated. 5stars.

The food was pretty good. The service however, was the worst I've had in a couple years. We went on Mother's Day so I can understand somewhat. However, I have also been a server in the past and the service we received was inexcusable. Every single thing we got we had to go and ask for instead of the server coming naturally to our table. We were ready to order for about 40 minutes and kept waving at our server, who pretended not to see us. Eventually we got up an asked another server to take our order. Then we had to ask another server for utensils, and for refills of water. Literally the server never came to our table, we had to keep asking random servers for things that we needed. I'm sure this place is fine on a dead night, but maybe avoid it on any busy days.

My daughter was really adamant that we try this place and she was not wrong. The customer service was great and so was the food. The Tom Yum Soup was delish , and the level 3 Red Curry with shrimp was sneaky spicy but so good I couldn't stop eating it! Cant wait to go back!

Wife and I ate here tonight! Everything was perfect. Had to wait for sprint down the road. They turned it into a positive experience. Had the firecrackers for app. If you like jalapeños then you gotta try it! Staff was very friendly and quiet atmosphere. Wonderful dinner! Everything was perfect. The food is low quality. No Bangkok Thai is so much better. The waitress ran my bank card twice but brought me a ticket that said cancelled. However, they still charged my account twice. I don't recommend this place at all!

It was great! Food was amazing and overfilling portions! The charm punch was so good and we luckily just happened to stop while looking for a new place to eat. We lucked up even more because we came during happy hour for apps and drinks! I will recommend to everyone I know. Its a small local place and I really would love to see them in business for a long time.

They have an excellent atmosphere in this place. It's always a relaxing experience: good ambient songs, great service, comfortable environment. The food is outstanding, and you have to try all the curries that they have! They lunch special is definitely a good deal, the soup and the salad add a lot to the package... Oh, it worth trying their alcoholic drinks too! They often have some special deals for those too. Charm Thai Kitchen is simply the best Thai place in town.

Had not tried Thai food before coming here. This place has made me a Thai food believer. Everything I tried, from the Tom Kha soup to the Thai donuts was delicious. My favorite was the Pad Thai. New food must have. This has joined my list of must eat when in the mood for Asian restaurants. My husbands wheelchair was able to fit in the door with no issue and he had plenty of room to get around the tables. These issues, along with their excellent food, make this a place I will visit again. I enjoyed as well knowing that it is a family owned and operated business, everyone plays a part and it just makes the atmosphere enjoyable.

West Mobile's best Thai/Japanese restaurant. My fiancé and I really enjoyed the yellow curry and I liked the chicken larb which not many people probably won't be very accustomed to the shrimp paste they put in their sauce. Overall, a great experience. The staff are very friendly and service and food were excellent.

Lovely place beguiles strip mall locale. Fresh. Clean, quiet, cozy. Nice servers. Outdoor strip o' patio w/beautiful plants n flowers. Summer rolls are favorite, can't get everywhere. Extensive sushi menu. Plenty of the traditional rice & noodle dishes. Very patient w/questions about ingredients. Among what is an airport blvd-like section of commerce, stuffed w fast-food & shopping, this spot is true to it's name, quite a charming restaurant.

Love this place! The food is awesome and the service is always great. We eat here regularly and they don't disappoint. I either get the grilled teriyaki chicken or the pad Thai and I've always been so pleased. The salad dressing is really yummy too
