I want to give a good review for Casa Blanca, but there are two things standing in the way. The food is amazing, but the staff was so unresponsive I had get up to walk to the greeter (who visibly struggled to stop talking on her cell phone long enough to roll her eyes and fetch our server) before we could get a drink refill. Also the tablecloth was grungy, and they didnt get my order quite right. Still, it's where I met my wife.

This place is a rip-off and disgusting. We asked for a SMALL side of queso and they brought us a watery white... Sauce. Our kids had already dipped into it before we could say anything so we kept it. My chimichanga had barely any meat. The salsa was flavorless. When we got the bill, the disgusting sauce was $6.50!! We got the bill and told our server about everything and he said he couldn't do anything and to ask the manager. We told the manager, who barely spoke English and he offered no apology. Told us it is what it is. This place was empty for a reason. Food was gross. You couldn't pay me to go back.

We went on Father's Day evening! It was not crowded at all and I am sure the action all happened during the day and maybe the reason why the food and service was pretty bad. Margaritas were served in larger glasses then we are used to, and were reasonably priced. Too bad the alcohol content was very skimpy and was totally drowned out in the margarita mix. Overall the food lacked any kind of flavor. Everything was extremely bland and covering everything with melted cheese only serves to give warning to us that the ingredients are less then fresh. The steak fajita platter was a huge serving with a nice mix of onions and peppers but not seasoned at all. The taquito platter had a fresh mix of guacamole and sour cream but the taquitoes themselves had steak that was fried beyond being edible (it was crunchy) surrounded by a fried flour tortilla and covered in bland, salty cheese. Since the meat inside was crunchy it was hard to say that it had any taste! Service was non-existent for the most part. After we were seated we had to chase down anyone we could find to get refills of chips, drinks and silverware. Prices were reasonable if the food had been better but too much for the kind of food we were served especially as a Father's Day dinner out. I looked at reviews of this place beforehand and our experience does not equate at all to the posted reviews.

Always like this place. Great service and a comfortable atmosphere. A high top table by the window in the lounge is one of the best seats in town. Great spot to enjoy a Margarita and they do good job with a wide selection of Tex-Mex food.

It is very nice and consistent with the other one in big cove. They have fresh food and the salsa is good with some chunks of onion and cilantro which means that some of it didn't come out of a can. That gets an extra star for some freshness

The worst thing I ever spent money on, salsa was all water the tres amigos dish the steak was cooked wrong and it was no thicker than a piece of cardboard 3 pieces of shrimp and the chicken was ok $22.00 that's as joke price online said $18.85 but they don't update. When I order a dinner with steak and I expect to get steak not cardboard and done shrimp for the price.

This place used to be good. Not so much anymore. The staff was very friendly and always checked on us while we were there. The chips and salsa used to be fresh and homemade. Now they seem store bought and not as tasty as they were before. The fiesta platter seems to have changed, as it lacked the flavor that I recall before. I have been going to this place since they opened. Very sad to see it go down hill, as it was one of my favorites.

Very disappointed, air was on in the winter time, food was not fresh, sour cream was warm and the service sucks. Our waiter walked clean past us without asking if everything was straight. Once receiving our checks all of the crew member began to watch us as we tried to finish our drinks. I also asked for a Blue Margarita & they did NOT ID. I will NOT be returning until they get better service and learn ENGLISH!!! The hallway to the bathroom is very disgusting and the smell is OMFG terrible. This is OUTRAGEOUS.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The food was good. Almost as good as the Mexican good in Texas. The margarita were a pleasing site to the eyes and tastebuds. The hosted had me worried when we walked in because she seemed super spacey and surprised to see customers come in. I was releaved by the great attention from the waiter. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. The food prices weren't bad either. We'll definitely be back for food and drinks again.

One Star is too much. Placed an order for pick up off of the lunch menu. All three items in the order were wrong. I have a severe allergy to onions and my plate was loaded. One of my co-workers orders was so wrong she refused to even get it and the last order was almost double the cost of the menu. When confronted in store we were told "This is exactly what you ordered". When called in to file a complaint the manager hung up on not one, but two of us and now that he has received a nasty message has called my cell phone 7 times in 3 minutes. Would not recommend this kind of service to anyone.

The service was very good.. The food was excellent.. It was very hot and fresh when it came too the table.. And it was a lot so come hungry.. My only issue would be the drink. I had a vampire margarita. It was like drinking a soda. It wasn't good at all. I could barely taste any alcohol. I almost sent it back. I will go back for the food. But not for the drinks. They are terrible. My friend got a bad mixed drink as well.

I visited Casa Blanca Mexican restaurant during my lunch break. This was my first visit and I did not know what to expect. The restuarant is much larger than it looks from the outside. I started with the complementary chips and salsa and I ordered a burrito from their lunch menu. The food came out pretty quick and it was not as tasty as expected. The burrito was not wrapped well and it immediately fell apart. I had to eat it with utensils. I will probably not return as there are plenty of lunch options in the area.

Pretty good Mexican food. They've got a pretty extensive menu, which includes some good options for the kids. We have been here several times as a large (12+) group, and are usually happy with the food and service. Our last visit (Haverhill) left something to be desired service wise, but I guess that's luck of the draw as far as what server you get. It is a chain, so the menu will likely be the same at each location. You will also notice some of the pride that comes with a smaller private owned restaurant is absent here. Overall a good place for dinner, just not a 5 star gourmet type spot.

Seems to be dropping in quality. I've been here probably 6-7 times. It was one of my favorites for a while but Saturday night I had a Ranchero Avocado Salad with shrimp. The shrimp was way over cooked and aside from the Avocado which was good it was little more than iceberg lettuce and 12 or so black beans. My friend had tacos which looked to be 1/2 full with water dripping from them. I think that was my last visit.

I love Casa Blanca, it is one of my go-to places. I love the food and have never been disappointed after many visits, plus the drinks are always good and never cheap (in the sense of LQ to flavoring/ice ratio). I have gotten to be a regular and so I always sit at the bar and have a conversation with the bar tender who is a really cool guy and a hard worker. This place has great service and haven't heard any complaints so pay this establishment a visit!

My wife loves Mexican food, we lean toward the Mexican restaurants. This place has great food and even better service. I have been going to this restaurant for many years. The last two times that I have went there I got violently sick, throwing up all night and sick for days. It has happened TWICE now. I thought the first time was a fluke and went back. Same thing. Our waiter both times that I’ve been sick was Francisco.

The atmosphere was ok. Spacious and enough room for groups to enjoy. We had a birthday event of 15 people. We had one waiter. Several tickets had extra charges on the receipts. Of course gratuity was included but it seems when so service lacks. I placed a to go order and was charged a to go fee. I don't mind this if knowing up front. Advise me of extras and let me decide. I had a strawberry daiquiri and it wasn't good. The only thing that I liked was the salsa and chips. They do give a lot of food but left the flavor out. I won't be back. No apologies for the incorrect added items on my receipt he just grabbed it and fixed it. Maybe a communication barrier. He didn't seem to know a lot of english.

Waited forever to get menus at the table??? Honestly it was a lot of waiting for everything here. I thought it was a one time thing last time. When our waiter finally came to our table we ordered drinks apps and our meal at the same time hoping we wouldn’t have to wait anymore. Instead eons later our appetizer came with our meal & we weren’t that hungry anymore & had to wait forever again to get boxes & forever again to get our check. Spent a total of 2 hours here but ate for maybe 20 min Not very efficient or good service even when there’s no one else here..... the foods good though and that’s why I wanted to try again. Next time I’ll just call in

Amazing food and awesome staff. They are very professional. The only thing I could complain about is the plates are old and beaten up, they need replacement. It's a very lovely atmosphere and yummy food of course.

We were the only party in the dining room at 6:30 ,on a Wednesday. We had a bit of a wait for someone to give us menus and take our drink order. Food came in an average time...portions were good. Food was just ok. Prices were a little high for service and food quality.

Been here 3 times, first 2 times no problem but last night i was told they were closed but there were still people dining. They were friendly in the past but that was unprofessional to me, not wanting to serve more customers because they were closing soon. The establishment wasnt closed yet or time even so my denied service triggered 2 stars
