I was staying next door at the Marriott and asked the concierge where I could get a good burger, he promptly pointed out BurgerFi. So, after a day spent on the beach I walked over to the BurgerFi and as I struggled looking at the menu trying to figure out what I wanted to eat, an employee named JASON immediately offered to help me navigate the menu. After figuring out what to eat, I was very happy with my selection and will be returning again. Thank you BurgerFi, I found a new favorite place, and thank you Jason for the great service, I will be returning.

A friend and I stoppped by BF to get some shakes after dinner. We sat in the restaurant and enjoyed our shakes, talking for hours. The shakes were amazing! But i also wanted to leave a review to compliment the team at this location! I watched the manager and team members interact for awhile and they all worked like parts of a well-operated machine. If there was an issue the manager was quick to correct it and the team members seemed to be on top of their game. I feel like you never see good customer service in chains like this so I definitely commend you Burgerfi.

Franchised chain of burger restaurants, but definitely a step up from typical fast food. Burgers are great! Good variety of toppings and styles. Buns are soft and fresh. Chicken sandwich is subpar; don't waste your time ordering. The chicken tasted hard and rubbery, almost processed. The veggie burger is good though for those who don't eat red meat. Awesome self serve soda machine which mixes dozens of different types of both regular and diet soda. This is a better choice from McD's and Burger King hands down.

Stopped by this location yesterday for lunch with my family. It was pretty busy, being sunday and all, but everything was super quick. We ordered quickly and got our food within a few minutes. The manager working, Ryan was running things really smoothly and efficiently. Our cashier was very nice too. We all tried different burgers/sandwiches and everyone was happy. Chocolate custard was great too!

Honestly really disappointed because I had such good expectations given I pass by there a lot and heard so many good things ... However, after trying the impossible burger (the only vegan options I could taste), I got really nauseas. I could only take three bites before gagging and getting nauseas. Anyways, when I complained to the manager, he didn't seem to care much but only tell me it's not their fault because the burger comes prepackaged. That's an obvious, I'm just mad I wasted $9 on a burger that I only took three bites of. What makes it worse is that I had been working all night, barely make enough to splurge on a $17 meal, and ended up barely eating anything but my fries. I don't expect things and am not an entitled person, but I just wish I could have had some sort of compensation because I was really nauseas and the burger was expensive.

Awesome place to take a load off from your beach scenery. Have a nice Burger, there are quite a few varieties to pick from, and a nice cold beer in their open platform interior. Wood covered walls provide a cozy feel with an industrial ceiling flare. Over all clean facility with an order at the counter system. No table service. Parking is what it is at the beach.

So there stars seems harsh, but hear me out. The food, the service, and the restaurant were all really good. Staff was friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. Our meals were cooked well and tasty. Here's the thing-- two burgers, two drinks, chicken fingers, and two orders of fries came to over $40. Very pricey for what you get, and just not worth that kind of money. Of not for the price, would have given it one more star.

Stopped by the other day with my 3 kids. All of my kids were being particularly difficult on this specific day and were not cooperating with me. Ryan was so incredibly patient and even joked with my kids to try and calm them down. It was a really tough day for me but after we went to this location I really felt as if the day had turned around thanks to Ryans kindness and helpfulness. My kids and I will definitely be visiting Ryan again sometime soon!

If you have the time drop in! The place is a little pricey but we'll worth it. About a week ago I read a review on an employee so I had to stop in Friday. Now in my experience I haven't had the best of luck with friendly cashiers. Taylor on the other hand takes the cake. She's very polite and knowledgeable. I have specific allergies and I'm glad she knew how to answer them, if not she brought a green binder that had all the information! I will have to come back to this location more often!

This place was amazing. The burgers were probably the best we've had anywhere. A stranger we met crossing the street suggested we try the onion rings...and boy was she right! They were absolutely amazing! The fries weren't my favorite style but the burgers and onion rings more than made up for that.

I had the NY hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard (good), onion rings (very good), the bacon cheeseburger (a little dry), and a veggie burger (very good). The ordering procedure is like a typical burger chain restaurant, but you can pick a table and wait until they page you when your order is ready. They also offer a variety of draft craft beers of which I had an IPA (very good). The food is a little pricey, but I guess you should expect that next to the beach.

Great spot for burgers and fries. The walls at the front of the restaurant slide open admitting ocean air and providing an al fresco vibe. I'm told the veggie burgers are great. Be sure to try the garlic parmesan fries paired with one of the beers on tap.

Don't get me wrong, I love this place and the people that work there are super nice. I actually always feel bad for the people behind the counter because there is only one line and management doesn't seem to help them when they get overwhelmed. Tonight however was a disaster. Check out my moldy burger....sigh. I don't know if I will be back.

I am a huge burgerfi fan so when I found out there was one close to my job I was very excited. I placed an online pick up order for the ketofi burger and went to pick it up. It was ready on time however the bag and burger were super oily. The bag, box that burger was in were completed soaked and the burger was covered in oil and was a mess will eating it. I had to use stain remover on car to get the stain out of the passenger seat.

With only a few options for for on the beach, BurgerFi sure has you covered for grab-and-go. And it's not just meat-based burgers! If it's a veggie burger you're after, or salty boardwalk style french fries, they have you covered they're too. Plus, wine (albeit in a sealed plastic cup) and beer! Here's the rub: the food is HEAVY. And if you're thinking of bringing it with you to the beach..... just be prepared to eat some greasy food.

Love coming to Burgerfi generally because there is a blend of indulgent choices and healthy ones, all free from extra hormones and antibiotics. The selection of beers and wines is often a plus when I bring friends here. This particular location consistently has efficient and friendly service, as well as a fun, modern industrial atmosphere.

Very casual sports bar styled place. Burger options here are creative, not too many fast food places out there offer bacon tomato jam on a burger (and I recommend trying it if you haven't). They have burgers, concretes, and beer and a free style Coke with their specialty mixes. It's super clean here and the staff is eclectic and up beat.

First time I was disappointed in my favorite location. Due to franchising and various corporate restructurings, the ambiance and feel of BurgerFi is gone. The food is still good, even though my burger was cold (a first). But everything I would go to this place for is gone. No more concretes. No designated dessert/bar area. Cashier wasn't bubbly like I'm used to. Just an underwhelming experience and it really is because corporate has sold out.

Wow, that’s all I can say WOW!! Everything was great. Food was amazing beachfront view was the best. My server Haley R. was so sweet. She made sure we had everything and went with out anything. She even explained what everything was being that this was me and my family’s first ever visit to burgerFi. She had a smile the whole time and was willing to help and answer so many questions. We went for my son’s 5th birthday she even sang him a little happy birthday song. (That he will not stop talking about). He will remember that for years to come. She went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. Will definitely be back!! Hope to see Haley again. Hopefully by this time she is promoted. 5 stars from me thanks to Haley.

I love that they have an amazing veggie burger selection... not that I eat them lol, but my GF does n I’ve tried hers, they are really great. My family and I dined here this evening. It was kinda late and not real busy. I was very pleased how nice the staff was with us coming in so late. This is not the norm for most restaurants in this area. Juan was very pleasant taking our order , even brought it to our table. The manager stopped by to check on us and we talked at length. She showed interest in my daughters college choice. This is a top notch place. Highly recommend. I always have the Beyond burger vegan but my daughter eats meat and loves the cheeseburgers. Great place!!

This burger joint is amazingly good! It more like a restaurant to me. Staff here is very friendly, they came to asked us how's everything? Making sure we are satisfied with our food. I had the all day breakfast burger which was exactly how I imagined when i read the description of it. The large fries was a lot for me, my wife, and 2 kids, I can't imagine how the Family size would be? Which is a huge plus, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Burgers. Also they have beer.

Not consistent, over priced food for what it is and that's likely due to its bad choice in location. The former sears mall is now charging more rent to its tenants so I suspect the prices are going to go up. This is very slightly higher quality of a burger than McDonald's or Burger King, but it will cost you at least $5 more per meal. Over all, the value is just not there.

Not bad. Fries were amazing and hot. A family size fries is great size for a couple or a family with small children. Burger was not bad. Should have gotten bacon on it because bacon makes everything better. Staff was friendly enough. Ate at another one in North Carolina and it was better. So know there may not be a consistency between franchises, not like 5 Guys. But still a good experience.

I took a client I was training here and the menu is diverse (nice selection of Vegan, Vegetarian, and traditional food) enought to allow for everyone in my party to grab a bite. This was great because I had a Vegan and a Vegetarian as my guest. The service was quick and they took that extra second to ensure my order was correct. However, the location has a one way driveway. So back into your parking spot to help you leave after you have a great meal.

First impressions, I thought this place was going to be pretty good. I ordered a veggie burger and a regular fries. When I got my order, the food looked good but when I picked up my burger, the buns were cold. The only warm thing was probably the patty. The taste was pretty decent, until I found a strand of hair stitting on my cheese. I completely remove the whole slice of cheese off my burger and I completely lost my appetite. Don’t get me wrong, my burger was pretty good. The fries though, to see them all brown like that, I would think they are suppose to be crispy but a little on the burnt side, which I don’t mind. But some of the fries are hard and not warm at all. Yeah their sign said their fries and onion rings are all home and handmade, but even the fries at my middle school was better than this. Burgerfi, more like burger lie.

The staff here is amazing! Emma greeted us with a huge smile and made us very welcome. Dwayne not only helped this exhausted mom order the right thing but also was willing to go get a pencil from his binder so my daughter could work on homework while she ate and he told her to keep it (which made my little 8 year old feel very special). Great pop and 80s music was the perfect background to our family meal and homework session. AND the burgers and cheap wine were delicious!!! A total hit. My picky eater ate everything including the fries. All for less than $20. Made my day. Thanks Emma and Dwayne : you rock!

I went yesterday to have lunch. The music was extremely loud, so much, as soon as people grab their food they would sit outside or leave the place. Few people were inside, I was one of them. I ordered my food to eat in there. While I was waiting I went to the counter to kindly ask a gentleman if they could turn down the volume a bit, he literally turned his back on me, then a girl who witness the situation came and I asked her, she laughed like if I was telling a joke and she went to tell the chefs or someone in the back about my request. The result : my food took forever to be deliver, all people behind me got their food and I didn’t , so I went to the counter again and asked for it personally, they had packed my food TO GO!!!! when I specifically needed to eat there cause I didn’t want to eat in the car, since I was picking up someone later. Such rude team of adults working here, acting like rebels without a cause, unable to understand if a customer is feeling annoyed but the extreme innecessary volume and horrible music they play. Food was ok, the place close to my office is 10 times better. Very unpleasant experience here! Train your team on customer service and pleasant environment techniques! -10 stars!

Another thing is with them selling "premium" meat, they still slap American (fake) cheese on the burgers... weird. Positive is that the meats are highest quality to be found, veggie burger is outstanding, and their shakes are amazing. I'll keep coming back. I just stopped ordering the fries and cheese.

Burgers are excellent , service is good, they run out of stuff, I wanted hard cider they ran out, wanted a mocha coffee shake ran out, but they eventually were able to make one tasted more like a chocolate shake than coffee/mocha, fries would have been great, too much salt, they should let people salt there own food next time I will tell them no salt on my fries,make a fresh batch., I will wait.

Never disappointed. Love that they have vegan and vegetarian options. Hand cut fries are so good. My only complaint would be the onion rings are too wide. But the fries don’t let you miss the onion rings. I eat here at least once a week. My favorite burger is the CEO, a single patty usually fills me up.

Been here twice and so far consistant quality. Burgers are smaller than they appear on the menu noard but delicious non the less. Young man at the register was extremely patient with the large and complicated order of the family ahead of me. I kept mine simple and service was quick.

Burger meat tasted good but the single patty burger was the same size as my kids burger. Couldn't even see the meat in the sandwhich it was so small. Lettuce tasted unwashed. The fries cost an extra five bucks and they were soggy and bland even with cajun season. Give it 3 stars only because the staff was extra friendly and helpful.

I cannot describe how amazing this place is. We were in Alaska on a work trip and this place is just the place we all agreed to go. Best decision ever made. I chose to get The Ceo- ingredients in picture. It is the best burger I have had in my entire life, not joking either. The waygu and brisket blended pattie was super juicy and just melts in your mouth after each bite. All of the ingredient put together makes the burger though. Thank you BurgerFi for such an amazing burger!

Can't comment on much else because I'm hooked on that, but my wife was happy with the bacon cheeseburger on more than one occasion. Oh, one time my son's hot dog was burnt. Could remove a star for that but IMO the breakfast burger makes up for it. Besides, that was a one-time thing, not some permanent flaw with the place.

With only a few options for for on the beach, BurgerFi sure has you covered for grab-and-go. And it's not just meat-based burgers! If it's a veggie burger you're after, or salty boardwalk style french fries, they have you covered they're too. Plus, wine (albeit in a sealed plastic cup) and beer! Here's the rub: the food is HEAVY. And if you're thinking of bringing it with you to the beach..... just be prepared to eat some greasy food.

Wow! I am not one to usually write a review but I promised this catering crew I would. Being in the movie business you find that everyone is a critic and learn that everyone has different opinions. That is their prerogative. Being a former server and bartender from Louisville KY to the movie business I must say this was one of the BEST experiences we as a whole have ever had on the set. This crew was full of energy and happy to serve. (Mind you this was 12am in the morning.) Burgers were mouth watering ( I had the CEO) This is what we needed after a long exhausting shoot in the woods. Thanks to you all and I hope they bring you back soon! ♥

First time I was disappointed in my favorite location. Due to franchising and various corporate restructurings, the ambiance and feel of BurgerFi is gone. The food is still good, even though my burger was cold (a first). But everything I would go to this place for is gone. No more concretes. No designated dessert/bar area. Cashier wasn't bubbly like I'm used to. Just an underwhelming experience and it really is because corporate has sold out.

They offer very good all natural 100% Angus burgers. They are free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. The burgers are cooked to order and are very delicious. They even offer a plant based burger for vegetarians. All of this goodness does come at a slightly higher price. Prices are comparable with Hardees (Carl's Jr.) higher end burgers. They do offer a military discount.

I went in today in search of the vegan burger. I pointed to the picture with the wheat bun. When I recieved the order I opened it and it had 1/2 piece of lettuce (not even a whole piece). I asked if more lettuce could be added like the picture. The girl at the front got an attitude and sent it back. She returned with no bun and lettuce only. Told her that I wanted the wheat bun also. She looked at me and said " Do you want it or not"? My first experience was not a good one . I was excited to try something new but she wasn't helpful and it made me not want to be there. For an $8.00 burger I would expect a bun and lettuce along with a smile or good customer service. This confirms my belief that I should just cook at home.

Clean industrial setting, fast friendly service, Ron's bacon burger was tasty as were the onion rings that were as big as my head (we ordered the combo onions and fries, onions fried perfectly but the oil for the fries needed to be changed). Great price on beer, watched part of a baseball game - all in all, pleasant experience. We visited mid-afternoon on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. I have walked by after 5p and observed the place is crowded.

Not sure why this place is such a hit. My burger was not seasoned. It taste like beef. I had to return the fries because they were hard and over cooked. They did replace them after I asked. Actually, all the fries and onion rings were over cooked in old cooking grease. Their food is pricey therefore I had a higher level of expectation. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time.

Cabin feel environment with sports such as golfing, Nascar, football on a few screens. Burgers priced right. A bit greasier than I prefer, but it's all natural and never frozen fresh beef. Would recommend help on their bunless burger... Ordering to-go, then opening up to find one piece of lettuce to eat the burger with is impossible; needs to be wrapped in lettuce! We've experienced mostly friendly service.

This is my second visit to Burgerfi, both times I was greeted by an amazing staff upon entering. Today I happen to get their CEO Burger and was delighted to fine that there good service was mirrored by amazing food! My partner also enjoyed there Conflicted Burher which has the vegetarian and meat patty which was divine, particularly there vegetarian patty which I found to be really delicious definitely something I’ll get next time! To finish this place was amazing and a great place for lunch or dinner! (They also have craft beers on tap, must try next time!)

The service was friendly and relatively quick. They answered my annoying white lady questions without any eye rolling. I would definitely eat here again but there are a few things that I would change. I got the VeggiFi Burger with the lettuce bun. The burger itself was very very good, but there was a lot of some kind of sauce on there that pretty much tasted like 1000 island dressing and really took away from the flavor of the Burger. I also opted to get cheese (which I normally don't eat) but aged white cheddar sounded so good. It really wasn't. It was very bland. Next time I will probably get the same thing but with sauce on the side and no cheese. My husband got the beyond Burger The way it comes and it was very good but maybe the outside could have been cooked a little longer though as all kind of soft and he felt the same way about the American cheese it was pretty flavorless. My daughter got a grilled chicken, she said the chicken was great but again there was too much sauce. She said the sauce was tasty but overpowering and took away from the flavor of the chicken. The fries were great, the onion rings are great and HUGE. I wish they didnt have meat hooks for lamps I was kinda grossed out when I realized they weren't calipers.

BurgerFi on the mainland in the Chicago area is bomb. This one in Alaska was disappointing. I asked for Cajun Fries and they served me regular soggy fries (not fresh at all). And it was no where near as much as you get in Chicago. They did however remake my burger which was not made how I ordered it.

Having younger children, Burger Fi delivers good burgers and the fresh cut fries are good. Now mind you, their palates are mainly for salt and sugar. So primarliy it is just the fries and yummy strawberry lemonade they focus on. The kids meal price is high as well as the burgers, but Tuesdays kids eat free.

I have been in Anchorage for three summers in a row. Both previous summers BurgerFi was an amazing experience. The burgers were big and juicy, the onion rings awesome, and if so inclined the custard was also great. After visiting today, I would only go back for the onion rings or the custard. The burgers this year were noticeably smaller. The toppings on the burgers were also noticeably less abundant. And, the past two summers, kids ate free on Tuesdays, which when a kids meal is close to 10 dollars was a great deal. Given that the prices are more on par with a sit down restaurant, that significantly decreases the eating experience. Next time I want a good burger, I will definitely go elsewhere.

The food is just the icing on the cake to this beautiful experience. The meat is nice and juicy (NEVER DRY!!) and the fries are always crispy and crunchy. Was back home in anchorage for a few days for annual military leave, and I heard about this place for the past few years but never tried it. I ended up getting the CEO burger with the onion rings and I have to tell you! I’ve never had Japanese wagyu but that stuff is amazing! The burger was so satisfying you actually want to have smaller bites to enjoy it! The onion rings were too big though, and didn’t have much flavor, get fries instead. The pricing can kill you in the long run if your on vacation and want to eat here often.

I had a horrible experience at this location. Decided to visit to get a Beyond Burger and fries. When my food came out, my burger was pinker then usual. Come to find out, it wasn't done! Completely cold in the middle. So I take the burger back and they make me a fresh burger. Burger comes out quickly. Cut the burger open and it's literally cold and frozen in the middle. I just don't understand how that could be messed up twice?! Thoroughly disappointed.

Arrived in Alpharetta July 3 and we were trying to figure out where to eat so my son said let's try BurgerFi. I wasn't feeling it at first cause I didn't want a burger but glad we went. The food was good and customer service was awesome, especially from Teka. She was super friendly and nice. She was giving samples of a custard dessert which I had to purchase afterwards. She made me a bigger version even though it wasn't listed on the menu but she made sure I got it. I will definitely go back again the next time I visit Alpharetta and for anyone going, check to see if Teka is working!!

I have come to this burgerfi A LOT over the past few months since I began a job on Atlantic and it is just a short walk from where I work. I used to come in for every lunch break and get a Veggie burger green-style and a kids sized fry. Within the past few visits I feel like the service and quality has gone down hill. Either my veggie burger is mushy, or its coated in grease. And the fries are always limp and almost under cooked. I used to really like one of the managers who worked here, he was always very nice to me and even remembered my name from coming in so frequently (I don't think he works here any longer.) I've had a few interactions with the manager, Maggie and she is always super rude to me when I say something is messed up or doesn't taste right, which normally I don't say anything unless it is exceptionally messed up. I work in food service, and I know that when people complain it can be frustrating but when the food is consistently messed up or bad then maybe take some responsibility and try to at least fake a smile. I was shocked to see that they have such positive reviews when I have consistently been given bad food. I tried to give this place a chance because I once loved it but I think ill be spending my lunch breaks elsewhere. Side note: a lot of my co-workers who have come here have similar complaints.

Oh my god. I have been anticipating to eat at this place for a long time. I came in and the staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the design and atmosphere was very nice and had a lot of resemblance to the "idea" of the place. The food was stunning. If you are planning to go to burgerfi do not waste your time on any burger and go straight for "The CEO", this is their flagship burger made with the finest of materials and has a hefty price but it is 100% worth it. I really don't mind the price because it is so good. I will go back soon.

I don't know what other regions of this country enjoy their burgers with "spread", but I'm from the Pacific Northwest and most places include spread on their burgers there. I've missed that greatly being here in the south and after searching the internet we decided to drive an hour just to get a burger here because they had a spread of sorts! We loved everything that we tried. Burgers were fresh and presented very well, milkshakes were delicious and thick, and fries were hot and wonderful as well. They have a neat little rewards program. We will definitely be returning.

So this happened not too long ago, but it’s always touched my heart when I think about it because it was such a nice deed. I’ve been to BurgerFi only a few times and all the staff at each one I’ve been to have always been so nice and friendly. I went to this BurgerFi by Delray Beach and my friend was paying for the food. He was short a dollar or two and I didn’t have my wallet on me so we were contemplating what we were going to do. The cashier went ahead and put the full order in no questions asked. She smiled at us and said it was fine no need to worry. This kind act was so generous and so sweet. Most restaurants wouldn’t even do that for a few dimes. I believe BurgerFi has a whole different vibe. When you walk in it’s a very happy and chill place to be. Plus their food is amazing! Their burgers and fries are delicious and filling. They offer great service and I’d recommend anyone to try their food out because you won’t be disappointed. I give them 5 stars hands down.

I've heard of people trying then returning the Burger , First of all ITS NOT BECAUSE ITS A VEGAN BURGER THAT IT Taste Bad...It's because THE COMMON Food Chains have zero clue how to Cook Vegan Based foods properly. They must have had ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING On his to Cook &Handle Vegan Burgers. I've cooked The Beyond Burger on a Grill at home various times (IT TASTES AND LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE A MEAT BASED BURGER) I'LL NEVER RETURN , ME NOR MY VEGAN GROUP WILL EVER RETURN. THIS Place is All Hype. I can't be more disappointed. The Vegan BURGER CAN BE GRILLED AND SLIGHTLY THICKENED TO Give a Meat Base Burger Consistency , They have zero idea what their doing. We came into this burgerfi tonight after a little club hopping looking for a bite to eat. It was a little busy and they seemed to only have a small staff so we were expecting a wait. We ordered quickly and sat. Within 10 minutes we watched Ryan ring out our food, go behind the counter and make it and two milkshakes, and bring everything out. He had a smile on his face the whole time! He was so nice and got all of our food right. Everything tasted delicious and fresh.

Scrumptious! The CEO, in particular, is a great burger. Downside is the expense which is substantial but comparable to other burger places in its class. Thankfully, their fry portions are also substantial if dining in. The fries are thick-cut, well fried, lightly crispy, and a bit greasy. In other words, ideal. Staff are always very kind and generous to boot. One of my favourite burger restaurants of all time!

First time with ordering Beyond Burger. It was really good! I had it Green style and added tomato-bacon jam. Really tasty. HATE those fries (most anywhere so not specific to BurgerFi) but the onion rings were on point. Just so expensive. Over $30 for two - 2 hamburgers, 2 sides, 2 sodas. I get it, but I can't do that too often.

The atmosphere in this place is very homey and lively, perfect for family or friend reunions and get-togethers. My whole family is vegetarian and we were amazed. They have enough vegetarian options to satisfy the family and the options themselves are DELICIOUS. I basically inhaled mine. So I'm assuming if the vegetarian options are this good the meat options will be good as well. They have amazing food for everyone!

Just let me tell you about how awesome the recovery experience was at this BurgerFi. We are working next door through the parking lot across the grass all week. Took us a hour and a half to order online because postmates kept kicking us off. After a long days work and had to work into the evening hours we were hungry. We called the store and let me tell you "WOW"! Who would ever expect a burger place to have such exceptional service? Well, lesson learned. After speaking with a gentleman trying to figure out what was going wrong with our order he had a lady get on the phone. She was very sweet and accommodating. I never would have thought she would deliver the food herself. It was her pleasure! She told us if we ever needed a delivery to please just call the store and they would make it happen. We don't get this kind of treatment in other cities! We will be back :) Everyday!

By far my favorite "Fast Food" burger joint. All of the burgers have great flavor, and their fries and onion rings are some of the best around. The only issue I have is that during rush hour, the food tends be slightly oily, however, I still feel it's one of the better options around. Service is also good, and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for food to come out.

So this happened not too long ago, but it’s always touched my heart when I think about it because it was such a nice deed. I’ve been to BurgerFi only a few times and all the staff at each one I’ve been to have always been so nice and friendly. I went to this BurgerFi by Delray Beach and my friend was paying for the food. He was short a dollar or two and I didn’t have my wallet on me so we were contemplating what we were going to do. The cashier went ahead and put the full order in no questions asked. She smiled at us and said it was fine no need to worry. This kind act was so generous and so sweet. Most restaurants wouldn’t even do that for a few dimes. I believe BurgerFi has a whole different vibe. When you walk in it’s a very happy and chill place to be. Plus their food is amazing! Their burgers and fries are delicious and filling. They offer great service and I’d recommend anyone to try their food out because you won’t be disappointed. I give them 5 stars hands down.

They may seem pricey, but they are definitely worth it. If you order the CEO it's a bit too messy Green Style (wrapped in lettuce and no bread) but is delicious. The onion rings are crispy and very good. The staff were great.
