All in all it's a Burger King. They are very much the same no matter where you go but this particular one has fantastic staff that are incredibly friendly. Service is quick and with a smile. They even have some healthy options on the menu.

Ordered my double whopper but they put onions on it. Went in to get it right and boy did they get it right!!! EVERY worker at this location was so polite and helpful. Highlight of going in instead of drive through was the interaction with employees and customers. I met a 94 yr old gentleman that could hold his hand straight in front of him and kick his hand!!! He told me he has a problem driving though,,, he can't discipline himself enough to drive under 90mph...

Best place to get fast food in the Montgomery area. Always kind, patient, and my order is always correct! Not to mention, when I order multiple meals for a group of people, it's never a bother to them. They even redid five meals when I had to respond to an emergency call and come back for our food. Fast service. Never have we been given the wrong food twice in the same visit through the drive through. We ordered three sandwiches, two orders of fries and one drink. Nothing special. Straight off the menu. Paid with a coupon at window. Lady gives me a single sandwich and small drink. I asked her to check our receipt. She says OK. Window opens again she hands me four big bags full of food and says to have a nice day and shuts window. I try to get her attention and she blows me off. We leave and enjoy parts or most of our eight sandwiches, two drinks, two pies and a partridge in a nice pear reduction sauce.

I'm a huge Burger King fan, so I'm heart broken that the one from my own home town sucks so badly. It's supposed to be open 24 hours, but often times you go by there after 12 and they always say "our system down". I'd say they need a new system but I know this is just bs for we wanna get paid for doing nothing, so we won't be taking your order tonight. Our family and another couple used to go there every few weeks and let the kids play in the little play area while we ate. It had a smell that got worse each visit. The last time we were there it was obvious that there was a full scale roach infestation in the play area. I asked to see the manager and told her that I wasn't mad, and wasn't looking for a refund, just thought she needed to know about the roaches if she didn't already. She said she had told somebody about that a few weeks ago and didn't seem real interested in what I said. I don' know if they ever fixed it, couldn't stomach going back in there to see. I doubt it though. It was a good place to eat, and I guess if you go through the drive through before midnight while their system is up perhaps you can get a roach free meal provided the roaches are just contained in the play area. I didn't find any roaches in the food, just running across the floor, the walls, and tables. Gamble if you wanna, I'm done with em.

Yes I am one of those who has a special order but....how hard is it to make a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. I got what I ordered ....a burnt small piece of meat, unmelted cheese, half of 1 piece of undercooked bacon and a drop of ketchup although the bun was fresh! I stopped at this store well into the lunch rush. Even before I had my change, I had my food in my hand. The burger was hot and fresh off the grill. The french fries were good and hot, and not too salty. The seating area was spotless. As were the condiment and drink stations. The trash had apparently been emptied not long before, as it was nearly empty. Even the parking lot was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed. I want to give this location a negative stars. I went in yesterday evening and wanted to get something to eat. I am white and I was being profiled and there was EXTREME racism towards me. The power had gone out prior to me arriving but the power was back on. I was waiting for the register to come up and then the manager Samuel had become extremely rude towards me.
