I hardly ever give five stars for restaurants, but from the minute we walked in, we felt very welcomed! The staff was great and seemed to enjoy being there. Our waitress, Dominique W., was attentive and friendly! Our food came out perfectly, and the burgers we had were delicious. Great job!

Best loaded fries I have had in a long time. Never had a staff that everyone takes to you asked where you were from and just were good southern hospitality. I swear this was the best experience I have ever had from a sports bar style restaurant. Definitely going back of I pass through Alabama again.

The food, atmosphere, and service is great. I had the Hot Bama Brown and it is very good. Their wings are cooked exactly how I like them, with a crispy skin, and the buffalo sauce is exactly what it should be, plus it is available in different spice levels (mild, med hot, etc.).

Service is awesome. Food delicious. I'm on a fitness journey and I dine there quite often with my trainer. It's only out of formality most times that we are asked what we want to eat. Our regular servers know what we want - large bowl of wild rice, and 2x each sauteed mushrooms, onions, jalapenos on the side plus a half potato. I'm a stickler for great customer service and you guys have nailed it. The food is delish.

This was our go spot on Tuesday evenings. But after such poor service and a 45 min wait to get our food, we will not be returning. Not to mention our order was wrong and incomplete. We asked to speak with a manager and it took him about 25 mins to come. When he got to our table, there was no apology offered, no offer to accommodate us.

Ordered the WingFinger Bowl and was disappointed to find out that it only came with 2 chicken fingers. And the fingers had way too much salt to start out with. Prices were decent enough,Surely won't break the bank. Definitely is a good sports bar type setting with a lot of tvs and a good assortment of alcoholic beverages. Top marks on the staff being friendly and helpful.

But last night serve was almost sub par and the TV's were so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation with or hear anyone at your on table without almost yelling. Our waiter would literally disappear and we had to ask another server for silverware/refills and then another server brought our order to us. But the food was great as always. Just the service and the volume on the TV's were the only bad things

Super fun sports bar - great (though not healthy!) food, and plenty of TVs to watch your sport of choice. We went for the gooey fries and the Final Four games and were not disappointed! Sat at the bar and had an order of gooey fries (totally awesome!), coleslaw (delish with awesome dressing options you add yourself), and a huge burger with fried egg on top. Really really good food. But not for light eaters! Servers were friendly and helpful - we were newbies and they explained all the options and gave great suggestions. Didn't give 5 stars because the place was a a bit dirty (specifically the bathroom and bar area). But otherwise, a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

Sitting at a bar, you expect great service. If it's busy, I get it. Tonight it was slow. 1/4 of seats filled with two bartenders. I got my drink quick and my food delivered quickly, however I received no silverware, no napkins. For the 25 minutes after I received my meal, no one came to ask if I needed anything. I waited for eye contact at every chance, got none. So i ate my French fries with ketchup with my fingers, got up walked to an empty table to get a napkin and paid my bill.... I'd guess that Baumhowers will stay in business, but the bartender staff is not helping the bottom line. I'd usually have a few drinks and tip well. I had one beer and left 10%tip which is my Absolute lowest tip that I ever give. Hopefully Baumhowers is not falling into the cycle of horrible service then shutting down that I've experienced time and time again in Montgomery... haven't taken a bite of my burger but the French fries with ketchup were good.

Drove late into town from Texas right at 5 minutes til close. I asked if they could still serve us so close to their closing time and the manager eagerly welcomed us, without any hesitation. I must say the service we received was excellent! The wait staff was super friendly and extremely patient and the food was delicious! I highly recommend you to stop in for a bite if you are looking for great customer service and delicious food!!

The chicken and waffles is incredible. Perfect amount of sweet and hot (they drizzle some syrup on the waffle and put a hot sauce on the chicken). Also it's the perfect amount of crispy for both the waffle and chicken. Comes with a little fruit cup on the side. The portion is huge though so you better come hungry! My boyfriend got the artisan power salad with grilled shrimp and balsamic dressing and that was great too.

We were promptly seated...with a little bag of popcorn to eat. Waitress was soooo friendly...maybe because we were both from Illinois. Hit the happy hour time, too, so that was a bonus. Food was good...although $9 for a small order of curly fries with some cheese and bacon was high. I would go back again..and hope we get the same server.

Great selection and wide variety of food options. Their hamburgers are a must have. They use specialized seasoned beef that tastes amazing and eats like a gourmet restaurant. They also have a decent selection of beer and drinks. The atmosphere and the wait staff are fun and friendly; even coming to tables to sing and clap for birthdays. Great place for a stop going though town or visiting again and again!!

Our food was great, minus one dish of wings being spicy when they weren't supposed to be. Only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke on the waiters and I also witnessed an employee walk out of the restroom stall and then the bathroom without washing his hands... Gross.

This was the first plate of mozzarella sticks they sent out, CLEARLY burnt..I could smell the burnt crust. They sent out another order not as dark...but still darker than they should be. I order a well done burger, but it came to the table medium well, I didn't complain much about that.. Service was not up to par by the server we were given, BUT the server that was in training did things for us without asking. So we tipped her instead.

The place would be so much better if it were a sports bar and not a day care center. I don't know if there is a viable solution to stopping families with screaming babies from coming in to these types of restaurants. I really wish that those with toddlers would quit being rude and bringing their babies to BARS where people are drinking and trying to watch sports. You'd think that would be easy to understand, but apparently it isn't. It's rude and certainly not the best idea to bring children into this type of restaurant.

The management of this place was terrible stay away. The server we had was excellent. The waitress told us the soup they had and my wife ordered the CUP of soup and sandwich. The waitress came back and said that the manager told her the only soup that was chili. My wife did not want chili so we said fine just give us the salad on its own and a CUP of the soup my wife wanted. The waitress came back again and said the manager said they could not sell a cup of soup only a bowl. They had cups and they had soup but they could not seem to put them together. This was absolutely insane. STAY AWAY.

Wow! My first visit to this place was amazing. The atmosphere was great. Our server, Tiawanna, was the best server that I have ever had anywhere! She was professional, polite, attentive, responsive, and fast! She definitely took care of my group and made our experience a great one. The food was great. It was one of the few times anywhere that my burger was correctly cooked to order! Truly a great experience!

We (2) went at 5:30pm and was seated right away even though the place seemed to be full and there were people waiting. They were waiting for larger tables I found out. The guy helping us to night was KC. He did a good job in making sure we had everything we needed for our meal. The food was very good as always. I had the OMG Burger & it was very good and cooked perfect for me. We also had the Wings that are always a must when you come here, with the different flavors. It doesn't have to be Hot and Extra Hot all the time.

Here from out of town never heard of this place. We had a party of 8 our server took all orders at the same time. One of the Managers came by our table to see if everything was ok. He should've waited until we had our food. Needless to say our food came out cold, but was good. I wish I would've known that my food was going to be cold, I would've told him to come back and check on me later. Our sever never came back to top off our drinks. It took her forever to bring the check. When it was time for the she had to go back to get bags, condiments and drinks to go. We were late to a softball game at ASU, I'll reason for coming. So I had to go up front to ask for my condiments that I never received. Who do I see just standing up front both managers, so I asked him for what I needed. If I ever come back to Alabama I will NOT go back. The first is a lasting impression, note to management check on your tables after they get their food, not before

Menus, tables, floors, bathrooms filthy. Toliets omg, gross. Makes me think unclean hands. Some waiters hair needed to be tied back in my food. Waitresses walk around flipping their hair. Gross. Light bulbs missing, fixtures over head heavy in dust and timbers over bar are white with dust! Restaurant needs major cleaning and repair. On a positive note...service was very good and food also. Preparation a little to long with only three tables sitted at time of service.

Some of the best food in Montgomery! Chicken philly sandwich is a favorite. Hot lips are one of the most popular items on the menu. Love them! The Only complaint I have was the other servers were rude and ran their mouth everytime they went by our table about other customers. Stood at the front door saying ugly comments about other people and about my sister not knowing she was with us. Note to those servers.... If your gonna run your mouth, find somewhere else to do it besides at the front door. There is Only a wall that separates you from the customers at those booths near you. Went there last night for wings and beer enjoyed it but went there today hoping to watch the Yankees game then the gator game after ( probably about 6 1/2 hours) and they said I couldnt watch baseball on one tv at a sports bar. The bar was about half full and a few tables were occupied ,the bartender asked the mgr about putting on the yankees game and he said his receivers wouldnt let him put it on FS1 ,so I left and found another place called corner pocket with about 15 TVs in it and they were more than happy to put it on for me,i found a new bar and you can smoke in there too also drinks are much cheaper and they're serving free food in here too,GO YANKS AND GO CORNER POCKET! ,also thanks Baumhowers!

Not a chain fan in general but I make a huge exception for Baumhowers. I make sure I get to go to one of their locations anytime I'm fortunate enough to be around, they all have great sports bar atmospheres and terrific fresh food. It blows my mind that I can come to a sports bar in Alabama and they are featuring melts in naan bread. It's brilliant and unexpected and perfectly executed. Most recently we popped through the Eastern Blvd store for a late lunch on May 29 - our group of 6 had a perfect experience and received maybe the best service I've had anywhere, ever, from Laura M. I'm 45, I've eaten out a lot, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. Keep it up, Bob, Laura and team and BRING BAUMHOWERS TO ATLANTA PLEASE!!
