We have been there several times in the last few months. The food has been ok, but has taken FAR to long to get it (22 minutes, 17 minutes, etc...). And that was just for 2 sandwhiches and 2 orders of potato cakes. It has never been crowded when we have gone so I can not understand why it would take so long to get the food.

It's made into a Loves truck stop right off I-10 so it can be busy at certain times of day but the food is as good as ever and the staff seem to be friendly and expedient.

Restaurant has been recently renovated, the whole location looks now modern, neat and clean, management still the same, in the past 1 or 2 mean staff members think they own the place, and although new staff got better attitude some still rough. Men restroom now can only be occupied 1 person at the time, so you need to time and pace your needs.

Drive through service is so slow here. The one time I take me kids to "eat in" the staff was so rude. All the drink machines were out and no one said a word. Several things were left out of the bag. Had to go up to the counter twice. Each time I had a longer wait than the last. The place wasn't busy. My kids love Arby's but I don't think we will be eating at this Arby's again.

Very poor service. Used drive through. As I drove home I kept smelling a burn smell. I was shocked when I got home and opened my sandwich wrapper. The bun on my sandwich was burned black on both the top and bottom bun. Unmistakably burnt. No way the employee didn't know bun was ruined. Totally unacceptable to have been served to a customer. Will never go to this particular Arby's ever again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and found out from a friend that all their chicken had gone bad. He heard them tell another customer that while I was in the bathroom, but they decided not to tell me. They gave me my money back and a free roast beef sandwich which tasted good.

The food was ok, but the employees are rude and make you feel unwelcomed. We were not greeted when we walked in. We waited 15 minutes for our food even though we were the only ones in the lobby (only two cars in drive thru when we arrived), and when our order was ready he sat the bag in front of us and walked off. I now know not to return to this Arby's to spend my money.

Omg really great place to being the family fair prices and a bunch of options to chose from. Sometimes it can be a bit croweded so u may wana check the time you head out but overal ot was a wonderful experience and i will be going back again. The kids had a great time as wellm and there was plenty of stuff to keep them busy and not board. The food is always good and fresh but the service is really slow - which kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. I've never been here when they're busy, I usually wait in drive through for 10 minutes or more. And typically there's no more than two cars in front of me. One time it was about 9pm and there were 4 cars in front of me, nobody inside, and I waited for 30 minutes.

Came into this arbys and didnt stay longer than 10 minutes. The roof is almost falling in, the tiles are coming off the sides and leaving debris all over the floor, and the drink foundation had mold underneath it I was disgusted. They didn't even have a/c running there were bugs everywhere. Ordered some French dips and some shakes. The shakes came out like straight milk. Theyre so milky so we told them we didnt want them and the girl called katlynn popped off at me as soon as I walked up with them. The manager jarvis was also rude. I dont recommend eating here whatsoever. No telling what the back looks like they take no pride in where they work to let it get that disgusting.

The worst experience in my life today at Arby's at 3:44pm. This big idiot named ARIEL even rang up the wrong total for my food when I ordered 4sliders and 2shakes. I asked to substitute salami for pepperoni on my pizza sliders not only did she not do that but she took away the normal count of pepperoni so my 4 sliders we're one piece of cheese and one slice of pepperoni I calmly and politely go inside to ask that she remake them. As soon as I come in with my bag she has a sour look on her face to match how she look like she may smell. After showing her why I want a remake she looked stupid again like "what's the problem it's supposed to have 2 slices"... FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE EACH SLIDER HAD ONE SLICE.... Secondly I COME HERE FAITHFULLY EVERYDAY AND ITS 3 SLICES.. EVERYDAY UNTIL TODAY I MEANT AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN YOU IS THIS LIKE YOUR FIRST DAY?!?! ..... So at that point I ask for my money back please. " So do you want a remake or do you want your money back" , with an attitude.... The rest of the staff has always been great my family and I go here quite frequently and today was my first day encountering an issue. Which hurts me to do this review because the rest of the staff has always been great all these years.

I only give it a 3 star because I once wanted something to eat at 10:30, and there's just so little open around here so I sped on over to Arby's. Got there at 10:35 when they're supposed to close at 11 and no one would say anything over the intercom or was at the window, even though their cars were still in the parking lot. I guess I get it, it's late and they just wanted to go home. Just wished they would post some accurate hours.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And regrettably, I took the one that leads to Arby’s. The bread I was given was as stale as their customer service. I’m astounded that they even keep roast beef that looks this atrocious. Drenching the sandwich in cheese wouldn’t have saved this tragedy, but that “weeeee” size amount of cheese was straight up stingy. Oh yeah, I can’t forget to mention the undercooked cookies that resembled dog feces.They must have paid the health inspector for a food score of 99 because clearly, this distasteful service wasn’t reflective of a score of that caliber. To be frank, I’m surprised such a disaster reached the customer's hands, but I blame the upper management for their lackluster efforts in employee training. Also, shout out to the supervisor that was eating their chips in the food preparation area.

No greeting when you come to this place and it happens all the time. Arby's could lose allot of business that way. People don't have to shop at a place where they're spending their hard earned money and can't even get a friendly welcome.

While I was visiting your establishment, waiting for my timely order at the drive thru, I happened upon a missing red tile (of which is an accent on the right side of the building) this unfortunate misplacement of the tile abruptly disturbed my aura.. inevitably ruining my experience. The fish patty was long and slender so it stuck out both ends. This looks good on TV but in reality it was insufficient amount for my normal appetite. The location put heaps of lettuce and mayo on it so the sandwich slipped and slid so I had mayo on me plus could not keep sandwich together. AND I asked for a senior drink so I got a small cup and charged me $1.86 for that. Will not return!
