Nice staff but way too slow, had to wait 30 minutes for two eggs and four slices of bacon. Kitchen staff didn't seem interested or working with a purpose...frequent breaks, eating and drinking in the kitchen while serving food to the public was a no go when I managed a restaurant. They can and have to do better.

I took my grandson there for breakfast. He got the waffles and I got pancakes. My grandson said this is the best breakfast restaurant he has ever eaten at. I have to say my pancakes were the best I can remember eating. Our waitress was also very good. I highly recommend this place and looking forward to returning soon.

The food was amazing. We had calamari, I had the eggplant parmesan. My daughter had shrimp scampi. The staff was very helpful in helping us decide and the desert was also delicious. If you've never been make.it a day trip. Spend some time walking around bridge street and stop in for a bite.

This place use to be good when they first opened. The staff has gone down hill since, every employee I’ve come into contact with seems to not want to be there. Food is usually on point, but I’ve stopped going here because the service is painfully subpar. Our last experience we were sat at a table outside and forgotten about for 10/15 mins, we ended up walking next door to river.

The food was fairly good. I had the Eggs Benedict the ham that was on it was extremely salty and had to take it off to eat it. My husband had a waffle and eggs he said was alright. The service was a bunch of young girls that didn't seem to care if you were there or not. We had to keep asking for more coffee our drinks to be refilled, extra napkins. We probably wouldn't go back.

Really good food with delightful menu choices. A perfect location and interior is clean, fresh and inviting. Also one of the few open on a Sunday morning. The downside is the wait time. It seems there is not a good handle on turning tables. There are three to four wait staff hanging out at the reception desk at any one time. As our party sat waiting for an open table, and watching several groups exit during that time, it struck me that perhaps a few of those staff might be put to better use busing tables and reducing wait time.

Excellent food variety. Great coffee. Good ambiance and a nicely lit space. HOWEVER - I knock one star down because every time I want to eat here, there's a 2h wait, easily. Even if you use the NoWait app like they suggest, I've found myself waiting 40+ minutes AFTER the hour and a half NoWait "wait time". I usually plan on heading to the local farmer's market close to the restaurant, and do a 1h walk along the river... and I still end up waiting. While I get they're busy, I've waited a half hour inside the place while seeing, easily, 5 to 6 empty tables and nobody sitting people in them. I get that probably the kitchen is overwhelmed, but you guys could sit people when tables are available, let them know about the wait, and leave them with some coffee so they can at least sit and relax instead of keeping the entrance overwhelmed with people waiting. Other than that, food is excellent, service is great.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant on 6 17 . I had a supreme omelet , my wife had the veggie omelet . Both omelets were overcooked and very dry . Coffee and tea are 2.99 . We were very disappointed .

Wow. That Donovan. Such a good server and not hard on the eyes either. He is so well informed and gave such magnificent recommendations. Man should be modeling for Calvin Klein but is somehow serving breakfast on the weekend. If you're lucky enough to have him as a server get ready to enjoy top notch service and endless positivity. Even if the food was made of play dough I'd still come.

Incredible breakfast. The food was fantastic. I was ther on Sunday around 830am and was seated right away. Savanna was great going over all of their specials for That day. Skillet was full sized and full of food. The biscuits and gravy was tremendous as well, fluffy and the gravy was very flavorful. Will be back next time I am in town.

The food here is really versatile for a brunch spot. They have fantastic beignets also! They also serve the standard variety of breakfast options and they have very good quality coffee. They get very busy in the morning through early afternoon on the weekends though so you need to come a little bit early in order to get a seat without a long wait.

Have been to many ABE and realizing this one is new I would probably wait a few more months, the wait on food was Almost an hour the other 3 in our party was done eating before mine came out and the only thing they got correct was the waffle of my order of waffle, eggs with cheese and sausage, and our waitress barely came to check on us until it was time to pay then she was by 3 times

Between the 3 of us, we ordered: crab cake Eggs Benedict, the Lobster & cheese omelet and bacon & cheese Grits. Wow! Everything was delicious. Even the coffee. Served in unique, pottery mugs in different colors. (We took home a purple one) Also, our server, CeeCee, was friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely eat here again when passing thru Huntsville.

Food was good, wait time was what you would expect on mother's day. Service was excellent on the hostess part, but we have a feeling our waitress forgot to put our order in since the table that sat after us got their food WELL before us. The beignets are a MUST TRY here.

Our server kept impatiently yelling down our table of six adults and two babies while taking our orders instead of walking around to the other side (there was plenty of walking room) and kept making us pass down the drinks and food instead of distributing them herself. (Again, there was plenty of walking room) It was just weird and she was kind of rude about it. I don't think all of the staff was like that, as I did see another server who looked very nice and cheerful, so I would hate to give them a terrible review based on our server.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was magnificent, service was horrible. The young server seemed totally inexperienced at serving and even after I expressed my displeasure, she made excuses for being busy. Please note, this was the day after Christmas and the restaurant was not busy at all. My coffee cup went empty for several minutes, even after getting up from my table and asking for more coffee. Not once did the server ask if we were okay or if we needed anything else. I was so disappointed, such good reviews...which I did not receive.

I was very excited to try Another Broken Egg. I came in around 1pm for brunch with a friend. I ordered the Lobster and Brie Omelet w/ grits and a 1/2 order of beignets. My friend ordered the Southern Benedict and country potatoes with a side of French Toast and a mimosa. We waited about 25 mins or so for our food. It was very unfortunate. The mimosa was sent back first. It was basically watered down orange juice. The French Toast was literally rock hard, but not burned, so just seemed unfresh. The grits were not seasoned at all. Although the Lobster Brie omelet, was flavorful, I would more than likely not order again. The beignets were initially served cold and replaced well after I had finished the other portions of my food. The worst of it all were the flies that swarmed the food at our table. This was my first time visiting this location and I probably won’t be returning. They did discount the bill about 30-45%, but the cost of a poor experience is irreparable.

With that being said, the service was pretty slow and the place wasn't jam packed but there was a wait. It might be a good idea to hire more help until the "newness" of the restaurant wears off.

Visited that place last weekend during breakfast hours. It was the second time having breakfast there. First time I was very happy with the food, drinks and service. Service still very good and friendly. But this time it was very disappointing when the service told us that they got rid of the espresso machine and now they can not serve any italien style coffee any more. On top due to the missing milk foam there is no hot chocolate any more and that was a real treat for the kids. So I am not sure if I will come again. A good coffee is a must for a perfect breakfast....

These hostesses are a new kind of incompetent. There are three at the stand at any given time, yet only one does any actual work. When it inevitably becomes too much for them to remember, they fail to put people on the actual wait list in the order they came in. I have been here before and had a great experience, which is why I came back. However, I will not return. Our waitress was so rude and gave us smirks when we wanted to add/take away from a dish. I got gluten free avocado toast and it was awful. The bread tasted stale and the avocado was smeared on like it was butter. So thin. It was also brown, avocado is green!!! I had to return it and ask for something else. I am never one to not like my dish at a restaurant. There was also a large grasshopper on the ceiling so we told the waiter and her response was 'well our door is closed'. That is not how you should treat your customers.

Well I went to get some breakfast and I can say I was not disappointed. The waitress from the bar took my order, she was very nice and always made sure my coffee was topped off. I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast with scrambled eggs with veggies. The eggs were very good, the bacon was thick and crispy and the French toast was amazing with just amount of sweetness and fruits. The coffee was good as well.

I am the president for a UA alumni group. Over the past few months we have been working with the restaurant to schedule a brunch meeting. We confirmed the reservation one week ago with management. Upon arriving an hour early this morning I was handed off to a manager (red headed guy) who bled incompetence before he even opened his mouth. His first words were “I don’t know...”. After I made the situation clear and showed him the email we used to confirm, his response was “We must not have written it down.” He did propose a solution to provide us an area that would not accommodate our numbers with no telling how long of a wait which was not a solution at all. Sheer incompetence. Luckily, Legends restaurant at Hotel Capstone accommodated us short notice.

Our visit was a couple days after UA graduation, so I suppose you have to take that into account, but they were out of two items my wife ordered: crab cakes and champagne (for a mimosa). My lobster and brie omelet was decent, but not as hot as I would have liked. Maybe it sat a little too long after it was plated? You'd have to look hard to find much lobster in it too. Waitress was friendly and apologetic about the items that had run out. For a place that wasn't so busy, it could have been a little cleaner. Overall, it was OK but not a definite "go-to" place to frequent.

I always have a great experience when dining here. The servers are awesome and the food is incredible. The wait may be a long time if it's bunch time especially on Sundays and Saturdays. The menu is pricey but the food makes it worth it. They have the most adorable mugs that you can even buy to use at home. Waiting area is very small but there is more seating outside with corn hole set up so you can play while you wait.

This was my first time coming in. This is quite a drive from the house but my brother who lives in south Florida recently went into the location there and wouldn't stop telling me how good the place is. The wait staff is absolutely amazing and so are the greeters, as a first time visitor we received a complimentary Mason jar with a card inside explaining how the another broken egg got started. With this on our table it signified this being our first visit and the manager came over introduced herself and offered a complimentary basket of biscuit beignets which were amazing along with a apricot sauce to dip them. Definitely a great first visit and for sure a repeat for me.

We've visited other locations in FL multiple times and always had a great experience. We first went to the Auburn location on opening weekend and understandably service was slow as they had no idea how many people to expect. We waited a good hour+ for our food. We went again after almost 3 months of opening and there was an hour + wait to get in (we said ok we'll go shopping and check the app for updates to our waiting list). Once we got seated after an hour+, the server took our order and we had him check on it after 1/2 an hour and he told us our ticket was not even in the top 10 orders. We had to leave at that point since we had already spent a good 2+ hours and it was close to 1 pm by that time. I am not sure what the service issue is in the kitchen but I hope they find a few more cooks to help out in the back. Ideally they should bring out the sides if those have been ordered while folks are waiting for the main meal. When we visited the chains in FL, it was always packed but the food would be out within 20-30 minutes max and they would always bring our pancakes etc. out first because those don't take a long time to make. I am hesitant to go back again even though their food is really good. :(

The only reason why I'm even giving 2 stars is because the food was pretty good. BUT the service absolutely sucked, and it was very pricey. If I'm paying $40+ for food, I expect to see my waitress at least twice. I sat with an empty drink for almost the entirety of my meal, and eventually had to flag down someone else to get me a drink. Our waitress, Jenna, took forever to even bring out the menus. And after 20 minutes of waiting, she eventually remember to run my card and bring our receipt. The place was not busy at all, but our experience was terrible. Do not recommend unless you like over priced food and wasting 2 hours of your life.

We looked around, and several people (2 person parties) had been seated that arrived after us. We will definitely go again, but hope to have a better wait time experience.

My fourth time coming to this location. Previous visits were great and the food is always awesome!! However, today was a different experience. I ordered the carrot pancake stack which was good, but it basically tasted like a carrot cake with so much sauce (not a fan, but my kiddo LOVED THEM). That’s trivial, compared to the experience. Literally every 30 seconds we were swatting off gnats that kept circling our food. The entire experience was rushed due to this cumbersome task (gnat swatting). I’ve never understood why gnats existed, or what they feed on, but hope they can get this under control.

Unfortunately, I’m not quite sure if I want to come back after today’s experience. First off, this restaurant is a dog friendly establishment. They allow people to bring their dogs to sit outside on their lovely back patio. I have brought my dog here a few times and have never had an issue with signing in for the reservation. We typically come here for brunch over the weekends and really enjoy the outside atmosphere. Well, today when I walked through the door with my dog, the hostess was incredibly rude to us. Our initial encounter was her panicking because the dog was inside. Mind you, the dog wasn’t roaming the entire restaurant. He was standing 5 feet from the door for a total of a few minutes. She seemed a bit overwhelmed already and was complaining to the other hostesses that there was a dog inside and she was having to deal with that. I’m sorry, but if you can’t handle a hostess position at a restaurant, then you’re probably not going to make it very far in life... She made it seem like it was the end of the world because my dog was standing in front of the hostess stand. Again, we were nowhere near people’s tables or food.... Let me just make a point here, if you’re going to be a dog friendly establishment then every employee needs to be thoroughly trained on how to act towards costumers who come in with their dogs...or just don’t be dog friendly. Easy as that. At the end of the day, my dog wasn’t the problem. It was a hostess who doesn’t understand how to do her job. She made me feel unwelcome just because I had a dog. We ended up going to Five restaurant downtown and guess what? They greeted me and my pup with warm smiles and great food! Even brought out a dog bowl full of fresh water for him! Now that’s how it’s supposed to be done. Do better Another Broken Egg!

This is a great restaurant chain, and this location is no exception. I am not sure how long the restaurant has been there, but it seems like it is always packed with people. The wait for it can be 2 and a half to 3 hours I have heard from some people, but they do use the Nowait app, so it makes it easier for you get there when the table is ready.

Astonishing, astounding, surprising, stunning, shocking, stupefying, breathtaking, etc... (I literally copied expressions of AMAZING because one word just wasn't enough ) So, I am a true foody, move and travel frequently and serious about my fancy adult beverages. You will find everything and more in this perfect establishment. The staff is the real deal - friendly, attentive, fast and pay attention. Management has introduced themselves to me on all visits and are consistent with service. Yes, the wait is very loooonnngggg. Good things worth waiting for what can I say. Don't be nasty, don't come if you're in a hurry, and instead bring a book or a friend, grab a coffee or a mimosa and make it a start to a glorious day out. LOVE YOU GUYS!!! The only reason why I'm even giving 2 stars is because the food was pretty good. BUT the service absolutely sucked, and it was very pricey. If I'm paying $40+ for food, I expect to see my waitress at least twice. I sat with an empty drink for almost the entirety of my meal, and eventually had to flag down someone else to get me a drink. Our waitress, Jenna, took forever to even bring out the menus. And after 20 minutes of waiting, she eventually remember to run my card and bring our receipt. The place was not busy at all, but our experience was terrible. Do not recommend unless you like over priced food and wasting 2 hours of your life.

However the food was only satisfactory and the overall feel of the menu gave the impression that everything had been over-engineered by marketing. My husband and i had breakfast today. We were seated immediately by Dawn, who was also our server. Dawn was very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. The coffee was fresh and the food was hot and very good. We had mixed berry pancakes, eggwhite omelet, bacon, hashbrowns and orange juice. Ron, the owner came by and chatted, also making sure that we were taken care of. The experience was terrific! We will be back!

Visited this location again and brought 3 friends with me who had never been. When I told the waitress it was their first time, she asked them if they had any questions about the menu. They didn't bring out the beignets or even offer them for the new guests visiting after I told them how wonderful they were. Not a huge deal, I thought maybe they don't do that for me customers anymore, so we ordered. I got the sunrise scrambler no English muffin and asked if I could get a few strawberries instead of grits or potatoes, waitress said sure no problem but didn't inform me she would be adding a $4 up charge to my meal, for the literally 3 sliced up, old, mushy strawberries she brought out. I mean really?, I could've bought a whole container of organic fresh strawberries at that price. I didn't get a detailed reciept just the item and the 1 price, so I paid & didn't think much of it until I checked the website when I got home and saw I was charged $4 more than I should've been. SHAME on the waitress for not asking if the price difference was ok and also for not bringing the 3 new customers I brought in some welcome beignets, especially as we heard the next table over being told they would bring some to them since it was their first time

HORRIBLE service! Two orders of Eggs Benedict all cold, replacement was very difficult (had to ask 3 different people) and took forever. Asked for a manager for most of the very long meal (she finally showed up at e very end). Coffee refills- forget it. On top of this they tried to apply only a 20% discount to a few items on the bill. Quite unbelievable.

I'm a traditionalist, particularly regarding breakfast. Another Broken Egg has some great food but it is not traditional. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it, for the most part. One negative was the wait staff. They were friendly and there were an ample number for the number of customers, but it seemed like they were a little slow in taking our order, serving the food when it was ready and getting our check when we finished. The other negative was the prices which seemed a little high.

The food was excellent and our waiter was so awesome! However, I am only giving 4 stars due to the wait. The staff said it would be a 30 minute wait. This was fine as it was a Sunday morning and fairly crowded. We gave our number and waited for a notification. It was well over thirty minutes before we got a text. When we got inside the couple that came in after us were not only seated, but had already gotten their food. We looked around, and several people (2 person parties) had been seated that arrived after us. We will definitely go again, but hope to have a better wait time experience.

Went to brunch with a friend-- forgot how wonderful this place is. We shared a half order of biscuit beignets - hot and a delight to eat with coffee. I confess the honey marmalade sauce was good but I preferred it plain. I had the southern eggs benedict; it's with tomato instead of ham - and was delightful! Very nicely done. My favorite? The City Grits with cheese and bacon - awesome!!! I wish it came in a bigger bowl because that's what I'd have instead. So good!!! I highly recommend if you haven't gone in awhile or never been. It's a lovely place, and wonderful filling food.

Brunch was very, very good. Service was great. If you go, realize the meals are cooked from scratch to order and can take a while to get to the table. I was our first time at Another Broken Egg Cafe, and our server was amazing! The beignets were SO good. We all got something different and everyone loved their meals. The server and kitchen were also great about helping me work around my allergy to green bell peppers, checking all the ingredients of parts of the meals and everything, which had to be time consuming on their part and difficult when it was slammed, but they were awesome about it. We loved their twists on classic brunch food, but also the option to have the classic as-is as well. They were even super patient with a picky small one. Also, the kids' drinks came in little coffee cups, which was super cute :)

Go to the Roswell location instead, worth the 5 minute extra drive. We have given this location plenty of chances and it gets worse each time. We beat the rush and got seated right away by default. Coffee and water came out in stages, 10-15 mins apart. Food orders were wrong and cold after 1+ hour after sitting down. Considered leaving or complaining but every table around us was having issues too so we stuck it out to avoid waiting another hour. We received a new server halfway through who was better. Once the food arrived we were constantly approached/pressured by other employees to leave to make room for new people. Hard to do that without someone to give us our check. Service not worth the price here. Don't care what the manager comments. Just go to the Roswell location.

A little loud inside for my personal taste, and there was a 45 minute wait. But all in all, the food was REALLY good. I had the crawfish skillet with onions, and potatoes, etc and it was great. Really loved the andouie sausage.

I give it a five star rating because the food here is AH-MAZ-ING! The establishment is clean, they have great menu choices and the staff is friendly! It is VERY pricey, especially for brunch, but worth it. They also have a great selection of morning adult beverages to choose from; those are also pricey but oh so good! I would recommend to at least try this place! Worth it!

Service was very very slow, coffee was not hot. By the time our food arrived it was cold. We were seated promptly but it was 10 minutes before she took our order. Thank goodness they were not busy . I have been to other locations and the service was great. I won't visit this location again. I am NOT hard to please.

I've had breakfast here several times, including once with SEVERAL toddlers. Always a pleasant experience. Wait staff is always SUPER nice, food is pretty quick and tasty, and despite the name, they have a pretty diverse menu. Plus, it's a good location--plenty of parking, near the river and farmers' market, etc.

Well worth the 30 minute wait!!! Gave us time to catch up as a family. I ordered the B.L.A.S.T and OMG, TALK ABOUT AMAZING! Had a beautiful brunch on the patio overlooking the water. Amazing sweet tea, with awesome service in a wonderful atmosphere! Definitely will be coming back on our next vacation!

Food is alright, staff are perfectly friendly. But waiting 45 for a table and then another 45 for food during "non-peak" hours really soured my experience. Would not advise going here if you're hungry now. And if you do, reserve a table online.

Delicious brunch food, though service is not super fast. I've had both the breakfast and lunch meals, and both are amazing. Usually it isn't too crowded. The staff is friendly, though I often have my drink sitting empty as they can be less than perfectly attentive. It's a great place though, and I definitely recommend.

Had a bridal shower this past weekend at this location. The first few people I talked to over the course of a couple of weeks were a little hesitant to assure me I could have the reserved seating needed for this party. One person says yes, another no. I think they need to have a cleared policy/communication on this. Finally, I got in contact with the GM and was assured the seating would be reserved. The day of, everything went great. The staff was very kind and helped me bring items inside. They have a 97 health score which is awesome. The server was very kind. Only complaint there is our drinks weren't refilled. I don't necessarily blame him because I think he didn't want to interrupt what we had going on. The food was meh. I've definitely had better, honestly they stand about the same level as cracker barrel as far as how good the food was. Hours are strange. BUT the shower went great and I cannot thank these guys enough! I would recommend.

My ONLY complaint is that they close at 2pm! The food is amazing! The drinks are phenomenal (almost full bar, they have all the basics plus some) and extremely reasonably priced. Ive Never had bad service here. MUST TRY!!!
