The rental agent was great, very friendly and customer oriented. He had the car waiting inside so it was warm and snow free. Went over the car with me and also provided a snow brush and snow scraper since it would be snowing while I had the car. Check in was easy and the agent was also friendly.

My experience with renting a vehicle was exceptional. The process when I arrived was handled quickly, the vehicle was exactly what I asked for and was perfect for our trip. The agent at check-in was knowledgeable of the process, courteous and answered any questions I had. Upon returning the vehicle, we had the same experience, with Sheryl. Very knowledgeable to return the vehicle, receive the paperwork and complete the process. I plan to rent from Mayfair Rent-A-Car several times in the next few months and would not consider using any other rental company. Went to pickup my rental for a weekend excursion. Turns out if you don't have a major credit card they won't rent to you despite the fact that I had a Visa debit card, a valid license, and proof of insurance . Then they ran my credit report without my permission and told me what was on it right in front of my friend. I left there car-less and humiliated. I've rented through Thrifty and Enterprise in the last 2 years with no issues. Unacceptable.
