Great location to land on cross country flight by helicopter. Good prices on fuel and great service. Would recommend stopping in. They have nice facilities with clean restrooms.

Easy in-and-out airport! Sure beats the hassle of driving to PIT or BWI and paying to park at a big airport, fly morgantown and enjoy the free parking!

The worst customer service ever. They delay and change flights 10 hours in advance solely for their own benefits. If you have a connecting flight from Pittsburgh then make sure and leave 4-5 hours in between for the delays/changes Morgantown will do for no reason. You will have a flight departure at 5:10 am and the first time pilot will be out putting around in the single propelled plane trying to get a feel for it before you board finally at 6:00 am. 3 out of 4 times I have used this airport they have messed something up. Will not ever use them again, driving to Pittsburgh is much quicker and less hassle.

I fly out Hart Field twice per year and love it. It is a small airport and easy to fly out of and to rent a car(lower taxes than PIT). Not too far from the city and easy TSA check-in. Beats driving to Pittsburgh.

I wish they didn’t close down the intersecting runway. Fuel prices are high and there really is no aircraft service here. Tower is part time and the lights are radio controlled when the tower is not open. The airport restaurant is amazing and continues to be for the last twenty years.

Now it may be a small airport, but when it comes to customer service, they have it figured out! Alaina was a tremendous help! Wonderful personality and really does what she can to help! TSA was friendly and respectful. And we took off on a timely fashion! Look forward to visiting here again!

Less than one star. Horrendous airport. My last flight was canceled and the most recent one delayed because of the computer system being down, causing me to miss my connection. The service representatives did not even offer to change my connecting flight or apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never fly out of this airport again.
