I took the car back after having it for a few months. The way my car payments was set up cost me an arm and a leg and I was never really satisfied with the car. Plus the transmission starting acting strange after I took 2 long trips in it. The people that worked me were nice, but I would not buy another car here or recommed anyone going here. I'm sorry but I waited far too long to update my review.

I dropped my car off on Monday due to mechanical issues. When I picked it up on Friday they had gone thru my glove box and took everything out of it and thru it on the floor and the seat. They also put a Pepsi bottle and can in the seat and now there is a huge stain. But what really makes me angry is they STOLEA lottery tickets out of my car .

Everything sounds wonderful when you first go in this car has been in the repair shop every couple of weeks from day one. Don't buy from them they only have junk. Save your time and money. I should have bought a bicycle I would have been able to drive it more than the car I got.

DO NOT GO HERE! **The Beckley location is full of scam artists and liars. They disconnected the check engine light to mask a known mechanical problem until after the car was purchased. They didn't decrease the $500 from the purchase price as promised on the final contract. They also. defrauded me by charging me more than they paid the DMV for tags, taxes, etc. You don't realize how badly you messed up until it's too late and the contract is signed. Just don't go here. Worst mistake I have made in a very long time.

The mechanic was absolutely amazing! Jd byrider mechanic had stated whenever they replaced my shoes for the breaks, they never did an adjustment which caused my breaks to be loose and spongy. I still had to pay to have them adjusted. For most of the parts I am having to have fixed after a few months I am having to pay for them even though they needed replaced when I purchased my vehicle. Especially, my back two tires being as dry rotted as they are. Just think it’s awful that they can sell you something that is not up to date and still make you pay to have them fixed when they should have already been fixed.

I went there stated what I wanted my max monthly payment to be the guy was like ok we can do that . Well after he copied all my personal info and I sign to ok the credit check . He said the payments would be $300 to $400 a month if he just told me I never would have let then take my personal information now I feel they wrongfully took my personal info and wouldn't return it ..

Only had my car for a few months now so far so good. The price on the vehicles sucks and the interest sucks. My car is worth 10,000 and about time I get done paying for it. I would be paying a little over 18,000. But the people there are really nice and helpful. Can’t complain when you have bad credit and can’t get a reliable car anywhere else.

If i could rate these people no stars i definitely would! I called and put in an application, being assured that i would get approved and " theyd get me in a vehicle". Got a call back that they couldnt do anything for me unless i paid them 3k down. REALLY??? Their webpage specifically says they're here for their customers and your credit doesnt matter when my CREDIT is what they said i was turned down for. People take my advice and dont waste your time here..
