I have rented from Zadart twice. Cars are in great condition and their customer service recently came through in an impressive way when my car had an issue. They responded promptly, delivering a replacement to where I was, and they acted with urgency to get me back on the road. Enjoyed working with Eric and will be returning.

I was really interested in renting a Corvette from them. The person I spoke with on the phone was nice & professional, but said he had to check if the Vette was still for rent since it had been damaged recently. He said he'd call me back. He never did.

Being liberal with 4 stars. My friend was renting an aventador for his wedding here and the experience was mostly pleasant. We waited for our car to arrive which gave us nerves since we were on a time crunch. It still had to be detailed when it arrived. The car was not in the best condition as there were scuffs and scratches all over. Apparently since this is the only exotic car rental in the NW, it will have to do. And prices are insane.

These guys are overpriced! Asian exotic rentals in shoreline are cheaper and they have the same cars for rental. There’s other exotic car rentals in the Seattle area for less. Don’t rent from this company. The employees that work in the office are poorly dressed and unprofessional. They deserve ZERO STARS!!

This is by far the greatest place to rent a car for a night on the town. The staff is very friendly and attentive, much more than i was expecting. Zach was the guy i dealt with the most, he was very business-casual and didnt mind talking about all of their great cars. I also had the luck of running into the owner while i was there, he was very energetic and easy to get along with. Customer service is for sure at the top of their list. The car i chose was the blue Audi R8 V10. The car was not flawless, but it was in very good condition considering it is a rental car. The Audi was by far worth the price i paid to have the honor of driving it. If you are looking for an exotic or luxury car to take out for the day, or even a few hours, this is the place to go. I will for sure use their service again.

I had the Lamborghini Huracan. It broke down in Queen Anne and I was stalled in the middle of the road. Terrible experience. I was mid-way through my rental period and unable to drive the car. It had to be towed. You would expect a refund but they refused. The manager then sent me a moving email saying the way I was treated was totally unacceptable and said he would call me the next day. He never did (Eric). Don't rent from these guys, the greed is vastly more important to them than a satisfying experience for their customers. Basics of any customer experience would dictate if your product breaks and the customers don't get the full experience you refund them at least partially. Also be aware that when you go into the office you will be hard sold about $600 dollars of additional insurance and told that if even a small scratch occurs they will take it to a shop and get it repaired on your insurances dime and if that shop takes 2 weeks to fix that scratch you will pay $22k for time lost for the rental - but if you want to take that risk no worries. This is a classic fear based insurance sales techniques and low class for the inventory and the money spent to rent one of these.

My brother rented an R8 for his wedding and, as it was a busy day for him, he needed me to pick it up. I am under 25, though putting me on the deal as a driver was super easy. The car was in amazing shape for a rental, and the guys at Zadart were super cool. The prices are a little steep, though they are comparable to any other exotic car rental (maybe even a little lower). Would totally recommend for any big occasion or anyone that loves cars.

Had a lot of fun renting a pair of exotics here. Friendly enthusiastic folks, great selection of cars, not too much hassle to rent, and a great selection. Definitely not cheap, but all things considered pretty reasonable for what you get. A great way to "try before you buy", or perhaps even "Try instead of buy", or have fun on date night. Warning: Addictive!

Worst rental company! Never renting anything from here again. Came out with no money or no rental car on my WEDDING day. Brides do not trust Zadart to make you happy. Worst customer service too. Called 3 times on my wedding day and straight to voicemail.

I was there yesterday trying to work out details since I couldn't get much over the phone nor on website, Website info does not include any details about gap insurance or per mile charge. So be aware there is a lot hidden cost you don't know until you go there, like $2.90 per mile for R8, and $4.50 per mile on everything else. first 75miles are included in price. WHO RENTS EXOTIC CAR AND DRIVES ONLY 75 MILES??? Such ripoff dishonest business. I wasted 1/2 day of my time to get this info. Be aware. ( 0 star if I could) You all need to read my review BEFORE you decide to rent from them and you will never have "BAD" experience , its simple "DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE " There are other options like TURO... DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I really hope every car enthusiast will keep talking about this place every time they had any type experience , I doubt this place will be in business much longer LOL

I think they're one of the best places to rent high-tier cars around the Seattle area. Clean and well-maintained cars, very nice employees with a chill vibe and a decent variety of cars. I am grateful to rent cars from them multiple times, especially when i'm considered to be under the minimum age from other rental companies but they still work with me, and I tend to do more business with them in the future.

Ferrari 458 Italia is an experience everyone should have. Good service by the staff. Wonderful cars. They don’t fill up the tanks between customers so it’s the customers responsibility to bring it back as it was...i.e. half full. That’s a pain for the customers that could be easily remedied by filling up the cars between rentals at the Shell right across from them. But everything else though is as you would expect from a high class rental spot. They clean the cars well and give you top quality automobiles. There are enough cars to ensure a nice weekend drive when the budget and time permit.

Rented the Lamborghini Huracan. The whole process was easy. Had a 4 hour reservation. I reached out online and had someone calling me within the hour. When I got to the location I was helped right away. I was shown the car and how everything works before I left the lot. I was on the road within 15 minutes which was great since I was only in Seattle for the afternoon and didn't want to spend a bunch of time acquiring the vehicle. The vehicle was just detailed and in great shape. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Quick walk around and then they calculated my mileage. 5 mins tops. The professionalism and overall experience has ensured that I will return. I'm looking forward to taking out another car in the future. Thanks!

Everyone down at their office was easy to talk to and very friendly. We had called with a few questions, after we had picked up the car and they were quick to respond! Drop off and pickup were a breeze! The Ferrari 458 we rented, was clean, ready and full of fuel when we picked it up. Make sure to bring your insurance down with you and be mindful of the free 80 miles, after 80, you are charged. I had friends that rented from another company and they had the same policy. This was our first time renting a car like this, so I’m not sure on price, but from what I have seen, everyone was in similar price ranges.
