Mark Daily works there, mows my neighbors lawn, so far he's broken 3 windows of vehicles parked in my driveway with rocks thrown from the mower or weedwhacker. He's clearly too incompetent to be running power equipment, was a complete jerk when I questioned him about it. The sheriff said he knows of him and not in a pleasant way. My point is, if ya can't safely use a mower and trimmer, ya got no business with the bigger stuff.

I can honestly say they are my first choice to rent a car in Vermont. Great staff, nice clean cars and the rates are best in central Vermont! Most importantly they don't play games with their prices like large chains always do.

Very helpful on the phone when I asked what was available for cars and the rental prices. Went in and had the same high level of customer service. Unlike some of the major car rental companies, at Green Mountain what they said was available actually was available. Rental prices and mileage allowances were comparable to other places I’ve rented. And when I returned the car there were no shady added costs. I would definitely rent from Green Mountain again. Great service, availability of cars and price.

I attempted to rent a vehicle from here. They were very rude from the second we walked in. Also very expensive with crappy mileage allowance per day. The man behind the counter insinuated that my name on my ID and credit cards wouldn't match, which would mean they were stolen. Complete crap. I will never go there again. We went to Enterprise instead and were treated very well.

Friendly service, Got us a rental fairly quickly when we had an emergency with our vehicle. And the vehicle that we rented we ended up buying! Definitely would recommend this place if you need a rental quickly

Had a very good experience with their friendly staff! They have have a great weekend deal! I was able to rent a bobcat exavator on Saturday after 3pm till Monday at 8am for a day rate! I will use them in the future!!!!

I rented a roto tiller from this place on a sat before they closed and had it until Monday as there closed Sunday's, went home to do the garden space it ran for 10 minutes and then stalled out and would not run again until it sat there for 20 minutes at which point it would start and run for 2 minutes before stalling again and having to let sit again and repeate they refused to give me a refund or even a discount, the guy working there has 0 customer service skills what so ever, 2 hour job took me 2 days very disappointed with this place and I will never be going back.

Mark was able to help us when no one else could. He cared about our situation and took care of us. He not only rented us a car, but told us about how things had changed a bit in Vermont and situations to avoid. We had no more than left the location and already saw three situations in progress! Thank you Mark! Upon returning the car, I met Shane. He was very personable and professional. When I called back to say I couldn't get to an alternative comment site, he explained step by step how to get here and had the patience to guide me through how to operate the site so I could let the world know what a great experience we had. Their Rep. waited for us at the airport after our flight was over 45 minutes late. So kind!!! We were tired and starving and he got us on our way quickly and even had the car started with the AC running (it was a HOT July day!). He also recommended some great local restaurants and we had a fantastic meal - turned a rough trip around for us. Big thanks to that Rep. (sorry we didn't get your name) and GMCR!

My car broke done and I needed a rental until repairs were done. The staff at Green Mountain Rental was very accommodating. Fast friendly service and very reasonable prices. It's the only place my son goes for a rental whenever he's home visiting. and now I know why. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Rented over 45 vehicles from Green Mountain Car Rental over the summer and fall for our business (employee vehicles). They were great to deal with and had nice, new clean cars. Only place in Central Vermont that rents 12 passenger vans also. Appreciate the local personal touch. They care, really nice people.
