The car return lot needs to be more organized. It's gets very confusing and the customers has a hard time navigating their way around. The stuff also needs to step up their game.

They definitely need more buses. There were alot of people waiting to get on, and then the bus drivers started yelling at everybody about 6 people having to get off because her air brakes couldn't handle the weight. And this was after I had to wait for another bus because of too many people.

The car rental was great except that our car smelled like cigarette smoke. We reported it at the booth before leaving and were given a strong deodorizer which we sprayed to mask the smell. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

It's in another city from the airport. Takes 40min to reach there without traffic from the airport. No one like to work here. 10 counter but two people working. Be prepared to wait for 1-2 hours. I realized Iwill not be able to waste so much time while returning. Took Uber instead for the whole trip. They don't care even if you cancel. Never ever car rental in Dallas.

Absolutely amazing how this place is run. Just. Wow. No stress getting your car or dropping it off. It's a breeze. Make sure you have reservations. It goes quicker.

I came to this place in rough shape. The Indian guy at the Hertz was new and nice enough but the Black guy behind the counter was rude, dismissive and not helpful at all. I was tired and stressed from being in a car accident no fault of my own, after ER etc being treated like that... You'd think he could have some compassion on his own. Hertz is cool, just avoid that dude if you want to be treated like ur human.

Everything went smooth picking my car up. Only moved down 1 star because being a first time traveler there was nothing letting me know I had to hop in a shuttle to get to the place. Keep that in mind. But once again, I had no clue what I was doing either.

My rental car vendor was great, but our bus driver was rude and kinda mean to people. She was screaming at people, made sta ding people take off their backpacks when there was nowhere to put them, just screaming the whole time. Really unpleasant at 6am.

The rental car center is always great. You have to take a bus from the rental car center to the terminal but I have found that the busses are consistent and reliable. Service here is always good and the facility is usually very clean.

Rented my car from Thrifty got a great deal on the car but the return drop off was hard to find. The address was in the gps on the car however it was not where I needed to take the car. Would have been easier if I would have had the address to the return center. Thankfully a stranger was able to direct me where I needed to go.

Cars are standard sedan of more recent than older models. Prices fine. Stocks adequate. Clerk who fulfills your order on the rude side of a customer service oriented field, but the employees to check you in at drop off are quick, polite, and friendly averaging it out, so all and all, an acceptable experience I wasnt put off by nor swearing off of National Car Rentals over.

Too large and too far away from the main terminals. Not enough signage to let you know where to go if you're a first time visitor. The people working here were nice and able to assist me but it took me 23 minutes to find the correct path to get to my rental car return. This was extremely disappointing and had my flight not been delayed i would have missed it. The shuttle ride to the rental car area is approximately 20 minutes away from the closest terminal so be prepared for a long and arduous journey.

Check-in folk at Budget not so friendly. Checkout staff at rental returns were much more personable. Thumbs down though with Google Maps for not providing proper directions back to the DFW Airport Rental Car return. Was stuck in a driving circle at an adjacent property.

Great experience, they helped me out after an unexpected flight delay when I needed a rental. Hertz rental saved the day by providing me a one-way rental at half the cost that avis or budget would provide. Avis or Budget would not support the government travel card program's insurance coverage and were going to charge me quite a bit more if I didn't take their insurance coverage for the one-way rental. So a big thanks for Hertz Car Rental for being the best value and their great customer support

Got rental car for company I work for so I didnt have to pay, however I will say that the girl at the counter sold my on the pre gas charge at $2.41 per gallon. I asked her how much it was in the area and she said .03 cents more. It was a lie. It was actually .40 cents cheaper. Car is nice and clean

I have used the DFW on several occassions. I suspect that someone going there for the first time will want to get information about parking, rentals and getting to the terminal. There are buses to take travelers to the rental agencies. It is a relatively clean facility.

Alamo DFW was great to rent a car with. With easy online reservations and quick pick up it was worth the effort for excellent customer service and low rental pricing on a Nissan Rogue Sport Crossover which was clean and fully functional and so much fun to drive with 28.9 mpg on the highway and total stability and control. It was equipted with all of the high tech features that now make driving such a pleasure. I will rent again with Alamo DFW and the Rogue Sport is the way to go.

Cool! first time going through this process at DFW. There was a line but I don't think I was in there for more than 25 minutes. Staff was professional. I also believe they have a process by which you can just walk in pick up your vehicle. Fast track or something like that. I will try this for the holiday if possible.
