We have rented from a lot of car rental companies, Hertz takes the cake for it all! The lady at the desk was super helpful and the guy who was at the car check in made me feel very comfortable! The price when I reserved it on the web was actually what I paid....no hidden cost!

It's a bit of a labyrinth down there. If you're in a full size SUV or bigger it will be a tight fit. The proximity sensors in the Armada were going off as I drove past the poles and mirrors on the cars next to me. Staff was friendly and getting everything wrapped up was quick and smooth.

Returning car is easy. National have a lot of selection but when it's busy you have to wait a little bit for extra cars unless you want to drive mini van. My rental car fuel gauge was not full when I first drive it so that's odd.

Since the return is within Airport complex, it helps if you are running short of time. There is bit of walking. There is a construction work going on due to which I got bit wet, had to cross rain water on a rainy day.

We were directed into a series of lines for the car drop off. The staff was well organized and the process went quickly. Our party required a wheelchair and they were prompt to bring out a caddy cart and move us to the terminal.

As opposed to most of the reviews out there, I had a highly pleasant experience with the rent a car services at Nashville. I used Enterprise it was quite easy to get my car and to return it. Perhaps I was fortunate and lucky that my experience was bereft of any difficulties.

Confusing, could use better signs or more people to help direct people to where they need to go. . Car we rented was not clean. Food, wrappers, and dog hair all over the seats. Change engine oil light kept coming on, inside windows were filthy/ hard to see out of until we cleaned it ourselves. Entire interior was sticky and dirty. Not what we or I expected.

Line was very short compared to 'bigger name brand' agencies. Total time including wait was about 20 minutes. Car was exactly where it was supposed to be and properly described. Time out of car rental area through exit booth was less than 1 minute; less than 5 to leave airport property.
