First off, this will be a long read. I know reviews are supposed to be short and sweet. However I feel that short and sweet will not be enough. Let me start by saying I am a loyal Enterprise customer for life. I normally rent from the airport location (Dallas Love Field). This past weekend there was a football game and they just so happen to be sold out of premium full-size SUV’s. My family and I were attending two events and we were due to fly out for the second the following day. We placed my wife’s vehicle in the shop for the weekend and planned to rent one for the event we had. Long story short, I reluctantly had to go to Avis/Budget which I will refer to as “Fudget” from here on. I made a reservation for a Full size SUV with Fudget and when I arrived they had rented my vehicle out. Told me to head to the airport to “see if they had one available”. as luck would have they did have one available but, for 500+ a day. When I informed them of my reservation that I had at another location for half the price, they told me, “due to airport fees and taxes” they could not rent me the vehicle for the same price but if I were to rent from the other location they could switch me out and I’d be able to keep the rate that was offered at the other location. So they wanted me to go back and rent at a location that was 30 minutes away and come back to switch out instead of letting me drive away with what I wanted at the price from another location! Fudget was rude and very unprofessional! It was the worst experience ever. With Enterprise I am in and out within 5 minutes if that! This ordeal with Fudget lasted for almost 4 hours! I had to Lyft multiple times which cost me in the range of $200. I finally got a GM product and drove it home and called it a night. Through out the day I was in contact with Craig who works the Enterprises Exotics Collection in Plano. After finding out that we were kicked off our flight to our next event I was lost and just about ready to tap out. Craig came to my rescue! Craig if you read this thank you! Craig not only was able to get me into a better vehicle (2018 Black on Black Cadillac Escalade ESV), he took it a step further and gave me an unbeatable rate. He even went as far to offer me the vehicle for a week! I had some concerns about returning it in time and Craig took care of all my concerns immediately. He took care of me as if I was family! His professionalism, customer service and courtesy are unheard of! I have also had the pleasure of working with Kim who is the first person I ever dealt with when it comes to this branch. I met Kim almost three years ago I believe, it was her customer service that has kept me coming back. She has helped me with the Maserati Ghibli. Kim and Adam also helped me with the Tesla Model S and the Model X. EVERY interaction I have had with this branch has been beyond exceptional! They without a question go above and beyond the customer service offered anywhere else! Lastly, I had a family member placed in the hospital to top this off and it stopped me dead in my tracks. Contacted Craig to let him know that I had a family emergency and need to return the vehicle. In his genuine concern he made arrangements for me to tend to my family member and not worry about having to deal with the vehicle return and did not charge any additional charges. It was a bad weekend but, because of Craig’s customer service he was able to take away from the stress I already had with the help he offered up. I’ve read the other negative reviews and can not believe or see what they are talking about. Craig and Kim are the best at what they do and because of them I will never take my business anywhere else. When you call speak to one of them and I assure you, you won’t be disappointed. I can guarantee it!
