Best car Buying experience , that I have ever had! Please ask for William Jordan Tyler !!! I applied online and got a call to come in and take a test drive. I was surprise how quickly the process was with no pressure! I purchased a car with 22,000 miles on it and the next day discovered the air conditioner was not blowing right. It was taken car of immediately and I was given a rental. Enterprise was out of rentals during the day, so the manager gave me his new 2017 Pathfinder to drive til mine was fixed. I love my car and the customer service!!!!!

Overall good experience. Disappointed the car did not have all the options listed in th ad. Price is set. Salesmen get paid by cars sold not by commission so lower pressure on sales. Nice people. Would I buy again? I’d verify ad before investing time.

Hands down the BEST experience I've had at a car lot (before this one all my experiences with lots and salesmen were awful). We were warmly greeted and taken care of by Jasmine Stewart and the manager JP. It was quick, straight-foward, and stress free and I got exactly what I wanted after they asked me and my credit isn't even that good. I get paranoid when I go to car lots but this place changed that. I won't go anywhere else after experiencing this lot. My dad drove me there and he was also incredibly surprised by how they operated and we wound up talking as much about the people that took care of us as we did my new car lol. It was a stressful week and circumstance so I can't tell you how grateful I was to have been treated so well by Jasmine and JP. Was even treated well by another salesman that had nothing to do with our sale but just had a friendly conversation. These people are the best there are.

Was told one thing when I did the online application an then when I went in I was told I needed more money. I like the no haggle pricing but I just find it hard to believe that they can't get me in the vehicle I wanted with the down payment I had. Idk.... Disheartened by the whole situation. First they could get me financed with my 2k down... Went in now it's 3k they want.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Enterprise. My car window had gotten smashed in and I get all of my rentals from them anyway. I got to talking with the rental girl and she put me on to the car sales side. Once I got into contact with them they brought me in and turns out there was a problem with who my current car's loan was through. They were very patient in waiting for me (a whole 5 weeks) to deal with the problem. They continued to check up on me and ask for status updates. When it was all said and done I got an excellent price on the car I really wanted. I have been 100% happy with my purchase.

My husbands car died suddenly, we live in TN & he works in KY an hour each way. His boss said he had to be there no matter what so we were very terrified and what would we do? The car that died was a PTCruiser that was over 10 years old and we had gotten it in CT at Enterprise Car Sales. So, I said let's see if they have one here in TN and thankfully they did in Nashville, TN. I called first we were worried about our credit as i'm sure a lot of us are. I called and spoke to Gerel Harlan because we would have to borrow a car to drive an hour to get there. Well, Gerel Harlan put us at ease immediately seeing as they will get you financing even with bad credit and asked us what kind of car and how much we wanted to spend? I said the cheapest car you have period. Gerel Harlan already knew what car we needed and wanted just cheap and something reliable for my husband to travel 2 hours a day. So, we hopped in our borrowed car and went straight away! When we got there Gerel Harlan was waiting for us. Gerel Harlan is one of the most kind, friendly, knowledgeable person who put us at ease the moment we met! Gerel Harlan said that one of the other salesman wanted to take the car he had put aside for us but did not let the other associate take it, bless him! Once we were seated we filled out the usual paperwork and let me tell you they all work together to get you the car you want! As soon as he was done Mike Carnes the Finance guy came right in and took the paper work he needed and went to his office, while we were waiting Gerel Harlan asked us if we wanted to see the car my husband said yes and I said NO! I don't want to look at a car and then be turned down for financing. I have to say at most 5 minutes went by and Mike Carnes came back with 3 offers!! We couldn't believe it and said he would pick the lowest one with the lowest monthly payment because that's what we needed. We were also able to trade in our car and that helped a lot. Mike Carnes who I call The Finance Guy really went to bat for us as did Gerel Harlan! We drove out of there that night with our new used car and it was a 2017 Hyundai Accent. What is really great about Enterprise Car Sales is that the cars they sell are the ones they pull from they're rental cars as soon as it hits 45,000miles and do a 102 check point make sure it's as good as new. Mike Carnes is a wizard at what he does and really helped us and explained everything in detail and made sure we understood. You get AAA Road side service and so much more! See they go by the K blue book so the price is the price. No pushy salesman/woman!! Plus they do everything for you in regards to plates/Registration Plus they will tow your trade in if need be for free! Mike Carnes was even nice enough to wait for our friends to pick up their car even though they were closed! I just cannot recommend them enough! We were done in about an hour and drove home as I said in a 2017 Hyundai Accent with a very low monthly payment that fit our budget! Go to Enterprise Car Sales for a used car before you go anywhere else!! This is our 2nd car from them and we were so happy with the first and so very happy with the 2nd from them! Thanks guy's you literally saved my husbands job. Thank you both so very much!!

My overall experience with Enterprise was excellent. the salesman was patient and very knowledgeable. He never made me feel pressured. He admitted that he did not know the car I chose was even on the lot st the time. I was allowed to look at other cars and dealerships with no real sense of urgency. The only hiccup was getting the registration paperwork in my name. The paperwork languished in Enterprise's hands to the point I had to get an extension on the temporary tag through the end of May. That one challenge aside, I would definitely recommend Enterprise to a friend.

Love my new car, but was not very detailed in the exterior cleaning. Was very dirty. Windows had bad spots all over them. Soap residual was all over. Attention to detail was not taken. Interior was very clean but had signs of heavy ware and tare. More than I expected for a new car. Oil was changed, but was a little low. Washer fluid was not topped off. I was so excited about buying a new car that my attention to detail was laxed until I got home and started looking more close. Over all my Enterprises experience was good. They were very friendly and took good care of me. The detail shop needs a little fine tuning though. Will buy another car from enterprise but will pay more attention to the details of the car.

I genuinely believe that they are there to help you purchase a car, not push you into buying something you don't want or need. The biggest plus is that my credit is good, but not outstanding, and yet they are the only place that could get me financed for a decent monthly payment. Where to start... First, JP is the BEST!!!!! You must go see him. I was super nervous about purchasing my car and he( and the entire Enterprise staff) made everything so easy and stress free. I walked in told them exactly what I wanted, they tried to sell me on something different. I had to calmly, explain for a 2nd and 3rd time, What I wanted. My bank spent a whole day trying to get a bill of sale with correct info, and when THEY finally sent it, it was STILL wrong. I had to make another trip down to straighten it out. When I brought them a check , they said it wasnt enough I had to then pay $800 out of pocket to receive vehicle. I understand reason why. But when I say I want a vehicle, and you give me a bill of sale , that should cover ALL expenses needed to purchase. Just as you include taxes, license fees, doc fees. While explaining this to them, they were very condescending, actually handed check back to me to prove a point. Wouldnt even take it, wasnt very nice. Condescending. Basically had to beg for the vehicle I wanted, numerous times. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because i like the vehicle. Deserving of 1 of 5.

There were a couple other sales occurring at the same time as ours and it was such a light hearted family-oriented experience that no one minded a little down time while the process was working. I was skeptical when I first walked in the door of Enterprise Car Sales--because I didn't know if I would get the vulture-type of service (you know the one whereas every sales person flocks to you to see who can get to you first) that I'm used to when going to major dealerships. And that in itself...can be overwhelming and put lots of pressure on a customer. I've always been a believer that a car sells itself. You don't have to convince a person--especially if they know what they want. I had a GREAT experience at Enterprise Car Sales! Eric was my sales guy, and JP is the area sales manager. They took very good care of me! I received outstanding service, and any problems that I had--they saw to it that my vehicle was taken care of and that I was happy and satisfied. My only wish...is that I would have known about them sooner. I would have BEEN given them my business, and not wasted my time with others who didn't deserve or appreciate it. All in all...I have given them 5 stars! Plus, they provide an EXTRA warranty of 12 months/12,000 miles. Who does that in this business?? No ONE! Most dealerships give you an "As Is" policy upon buying the car...but Enterprise goes ABOVE and BEYOND what they can to make the customer happy! I highly recommend them, and have recommended all of my family, friends and colleagues!

Awesome experience! I approached this as I would with any dealership, but boy was I surprised! I went in with my game face on, prepared to fight for the best trade-in price based on my research, but I was offered more. I already had a truck shipped in that was a very fair deal and it exceeded my expectations. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and everything was transparent. Enterprise Car Sales is different. You don't have the crazy stuff that you see in most dealers. You're not pressured to buy the car. They talk to you about the car, show you the car but if it's not the right one, no problem. The sales person sat down with me first and asked what kind of car I was looking for; what features I liked in my current car; and what features I did want in a new car but could be flexible if they had something that met all the other criteria. He also asked what my ideal payment would be. From there I got the car I was looking for.

I worked with Gerel Harlan to help me find a Nissan Altima and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. After talking to 5 previous dealers, working with enterprise was a breath of fresh air. All of their cars go through a 100+ point inspection so you are confident the vehicle you are getting is in excellent condition. Also, there’s no negotiating, and all vehicles are priced at or below fair market value. After a day of owning the Altima, I noticed that the rear window had about 20 small scratches on it. I called Gerel and within an hour I had their glass guys on the way to my house to replace it for free. Also, they loaned me a rental (on the house) for the week I was waiting for my car to arrive. The managers JP and Matt are both very experienced and helpful as well, without the pressure you get at a dealer. If you decide to go based off of this review, mention my name!! I’ll get $100!
