Just want to give a shout out to JERRY ELAM at Downtown Nashville Nissan I recently traded in my Lexus RX 350 for a Nissan Murano Platinum, and Jerry was TRULY wonderful to work with. My experience at DNN was an unexpected pleasure! I was skeptical and actually dreaded going in to negotiate the trade in, as I had my eye on what I wanted, but Jerry actually sat down and listened to me, and my needs in a new vehicle. He REALLY listened to me. He did an amazing job negotiating on my behalf, and although we all know sometimes you never get the value you expect on your trade in vehicle, Jerry made sure I received added value on the purchase by making sure I was taken care of in service customer satisfaction, and the many benefits from my purchase and with the Certified Preowned Vehicle warranty, which is in my opinion, more valuable than anything and his word that they would make sure not only was I a satisfied customer, but a happy one! That REALLY came through when right after I had purchased my new Murano, which I love, it didn't have one of the important features that I thought it did. I was so concerned I texted Jerry late at night over the weekend, and yes, he responded quickly and said not to worry, that DNN backed their word on customer satisfaction and to come in the next morning and we would figure out if the feature was on the car. It wasn't, and Jerry spent a lot of time, very patiently going over what we could do and which vehicle was right for me and my needs and what options would work the best. Guys, this is what separates the rookies from the pros, when there is a problem and how they step up to the plate to take care of your needs. He was right there for me, and helped me get into the beautiful pearl white Murano I am driving now, with everything I wanted.... and more. I could not be more satisfied, because it's when you have a problem, that you see how well they stand behind their word. A joke of a dealership. I came in to purchase a 2019 non certified used Jeep and they hiked the price up by 1k for a “refurb fee” and the car had damage on the hood. They refused to remove the 1K from the deal and let me walk away. Old School “highway robbery” salesmen. The next day, I went to Newton Nissan and received the best service ever from a dealership. I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and I am in love with it.

I went to other dealerships but they weren’t willing to have my car towed in for appraisal, they wanted me to have it towed in. Nissan not only had my car towed but appraised it without actually seeing the car. Will Garner is AMAZING!! He was patient and hospitable. He even kept my 11 year old grandson occupied by playing a card game with him, while I was trying to get insurance on the car. He made the buying process less stressful. They were both easy to work with and quick to answer any questions that I had and willing to give 110% to work with my budget. The following day I had a minor concern and contacted them, while many sales people would have not been concerned with following up since the sale was already complete, they were both quick to respond and get me the help that I needed.
