Hands down these two ate some of the most experienced and talented riders I have ever experienced. Also they are the best and the most patient instructors I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Harleys are for one and one thing only. The cool factor. Harley in general is overpriced ever since they went to China. Per say your paying that nice 30 grand for a brand new 2019 harley street glide. Well it only cost them 15 grand to get it built and sent to harley dealers. So believe me just like a pay here buy here your getting ripped off anyway. Kawasaki and Yamaha maybe junk to some but hey at least they are cheaper to buy parts for holy sh*t. Harleys are built to last a little bit longer than some but it's just a cool factor. My opinion if you got a bike ride till the wheels fall off. But new bike equals warranty so that's nice.

Awesome place to go buy motorcycle! The staff or top knot the salesman aren't hard charge and trying to sell you the most expensive bike there really work with you. Also they have a top-notch Cantina right in the same building that serves pretty great food food for not expensive prices. Love to go to this place because of Staff change you like a king!

We were traveling from Minneapolis to Nashville when her bike picked up a nail a few blocks from the hotel and 4-1/2 miles from the Fesslers Ln. store. Bike was picked up within an hour and a new tire installed the next day. Great staff . An excellent experience

While they did not have the part, they were very helpful none the less giving the the specific part number to make my search less difficult. While I was there, I picked up a couple of Boswell poker chips and a store specific patch.

Sold me my first used bike with full warranty, had some problems after a month while riding took it into the shop. I love my bike so this whole thing has really bummed me out, but the dealership ripped me off. Bikes been in the shop for 2 weeks now. They claimed to have done 1100$ worth of work before they sold it to me but the battery terminal wasn’t sealed correctly, all the lights would fill up with liquid, the clutch wasn’t adjusted properly, the rear tire had no tread and they sold it to me like this. On top of that while they were inspecting my bike they broke the throttle cable and the brake light went out???? While it was in the shop after only a month of me riding , my bill is now a $1000.00 after I already spent 11,000.00 on a bike that’s barely worth $8,000.00. I feel like an idiot who has been scammed royally and I don’t reccomend anyone to use this dealership to use the services to get their bike repaired. Nothing from the extended warranty covered any of the costs because they said it was all wear and tear items! Huge scam. I also tried talking to management and they pretty much told me it’s my bike my problem they don’t care. Cool thanks guys for the first time buying experience ;)

I love any harley shop with a nice used selection since so many nowadays seem to never have many used options for ppl. Workers were super friendly and there's a cafe on site to grab a bite to eat. Got excellent no BS help during my visit here. They have a fairly wide selection of used bikes on top of the usual inventory of new ones. Parts guys were great, good atmosphere overall. Was very surprised to see they had a little dinner in there too.

I took the MSF course here and spent a considerable amount of time there (20 hours across 3 days). First off, a MASSIVE about out to James and Sherri. They are AMAZING instructors. $250 dollars for a class that gets you your license (if you pass), great teachers, an awesome environment, you learn on real Harleys which are nice (I'm a sport bike guy, but these changed my perception), food, some select discounts, and an amazing experience. I truly cannot over state how good this class is, it exceeded my expectations in every way and I truly think they undercharge, it is seriously that good. Plus you'll never meet nicer, more welcoming people anywhere.

I flew into Nashville with the purpose of renting a motorcycle from Eagle Riders to which I was told I could pickup at Boswell's upon arriving at the dealership I found out from Mike that Eagle Riders had not delivered the bike that I was expecting. Only to find out that there was one approximately 25 miles down the road to the next City which was the closest place to pickup a bike, that was again not the bike I had reserved but it was one of my choices. I asked them if there was anyway they could get my wife and I down to that dealership so I would not have to get a taxi to take us there at an extra cost to us and without hesitation they said they would do that for us. Even though I knew that they really didn't have to. With that kind of service if I lived in the area I would certainly be doing business with them top notch crew. Thank you Mike and Jake

Was given a shirt from the Airport location (not this location) which was a bit small, not cheap but incredibly cool!! I thought I'd call to see if I could pay to get an exchange and the only message I could get from the Airport store location was: "'I'm sorry. This customer does not have a voicemail set up. Please try again." After two hours of calling I finally called the Fessler Lane store and spoke to Gina. WOW! She didn't even want to risk putting me on hold in case of losing me. She finished with her customer and immediately got back on the phone with me. She walked me through, step by step, how to exchange this particular shirt with her store and explained these shirts run small but she would be happy to get me the right size. I live in Colorado Springs and have had my own bike for ten years; I've been to countless HD stores and right up there with my experiences with my dear friends' (the late) Ray and Jean Price of (the former) Ray Price HD in Raleigh, NC, I have never had such a great customer service experience than what I did with Gina who went out of her way to help me.
