Absolutely horrible. On the first visit, the sales rep walked away when I said I wasn’t ready to buy that day. Second visit was for service: waited for 15 minutes after the appointment I set to be told it would be two hours and $65 to change a simple factory setting in the computer. I was in town exhibiting at an outdoor art show at the Parthenon and had a piece of metal in my tire that made it go flat. I'm from out of town so we called AAA to help change the tire so I could get it to a dealership on Monday. I drove to Beaman first thing this past Monday morning as it was the closest to me. I apologized to the advisor about not having an appointment as well as how packed the vehicle was with my art show tents etc but I was needing to have it fixed and a bit worried about any of the other tires having the same problem as I was travelling back home that day. Talk about treating me so kindly and wonderful customer service! He asked for my information for the computer system, made me feel at ease and said they would check everything for me. I was reassured that everything would be taken care of and he showed me to the waiting room. Even though the waiting room was packed with people having service done, the crew had my Highlander cleaned with the tire fixed in no time at all! Scott was my advisor and made sure everything was good about travelling back home. The service center was absolutely fabulous, comfortable and easy. I highly recommend if you need service for your Toyota and you are in Nashville, this the place to have it done!

I scheduled an appointment in advance for a regular check-in for my vehicle. 2 hours later they gave me a summary, and I gave them the go-ahead to replace my tires. This took another three hours. The quality of service was good from what I can tell, but the time required was ridiculous considering I’d scheduled an appointment and that didn’t seem to matter.

I am so happy with my purchase. 2016 Honda Civic coupe. I only have 1 complaint I dont think the salesman that had the car listed should the commission for the sale. I did everything online and then was unable to reach him for 2 weeks. So Eric and Nick in financial should get commission they did all the work.

I had a 1:40 appointment, and they told me it would be 60-90 minutes to do a simple oil change. I allotted for this much time and was happy to wait. Two hours go by and I receive no communication in the waiting room. I finally talk to my representative who says it will take another 15-20 minutes. I wait another 40 minutes before they come to me telling me it was ready. By this point I already had to reschedule an important appointment. I know dealerships are supposed to do a better job, but from the start they failed to set proper expectations and as a result ruined my day. Had they told me a more realistic time estimate I would have gladly used their shuttle service to take care of what I needed to. I worked as a technician for Apple for two years, and I know what it takes to be a good service representative. You have to set expectations up front and keep communication open with your customer to make them feel taken care of. While the service was eventually performed, I was not well taken care of. It will be a while before I'm ready to give this dealership another chance. They have a lot to learn in terms of organization and customer support.

Having just moved to Nashville I don’t have my tools here yet so I had to use Beaman for my oil change. Both the techs that worked on my vehicle were extremely polite and professional and did a good job and took time to make sure it was done right.

Went in for a basic 2019 model and got exactly what I wanted. Reid was a wonderful help and made the experience as smooth as he could. It was a long wait for the finance department to figure out their side of things, and Reid constantly made sure we were comfortable and updated during that time. I had a recall for an airbag and also an additional issue or two I needed to have checked out with a Toyota 4 Runner. First off, we had the easiest and best experience ever in 2015 when we bought the 4 Runner at Beaman Toyota. Our sales agent was top notch and made us feel welcome and made it easy for us to give him our business and money. I have had zero issues with this vehicle until the airbag recall which has affected millions of vehicles. Everyone I have dealt with from that day forward has been more than accommodating. I arrived a little early for the appointment. They brought me in and got me checked in quick. I got a call around lunchtime from Megan that it was being finished soon and the she would call when it was finished. Start to finish everything went great. Top notch service all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great experience.

After having a bad experience at a different Toyota dealership in the greater Nashville area, I went to Beaman Toyota. What a difference; If you want a knowledgeable sales associate, ask for Ryan. He isn't high energy, but really knows his stuff. I get edgy when a sales person comes on too strong, but Ryan is laid back, soft spoken, had all the answers to my many questions, and is a good listener. I also worked with Will, who has been with Beaman for years and got me the most for my money. I was shopping for a Corolla Hybrid but was treated like I was shopping for a Lexus. By the way, I bought the Corolla Hybrid and I love it. Nick in their finance department showed me options on warranty, didn't push anything (like at the other dealership), and contributed to the feel good process that continues beyond the initial elation. No buyer's remorse in me! Next car I buy, Beaman gets first chance at the sale!

My experience could not have been any better. Eric was fantastic from the very beginning. I came in not know what the problem was with my truck, and it turned out I drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil! Beaman figured it out quickly and called me with updates every step of the way. Within 24 hours I was ready to pick up my truck and with new front brake pads installed too. After a typical interaction with their roadside service to change my tire on my way to work, I was told they’d call me when a new tire was available later that day. I got the call that they were able to patch my tire instead of getting a brand new one (hooray), so went to Beaman Service that day after work. Even though I got there a couple hours before the garage closed, I was told no one was there that could put my tire on - literally the simplest mechanical task. I said I’d be back the next day for them to sort it out. When I got there, they said it’d be about an hour wait — seemed a bit long, but I waited regardless. I just wanted it done. After an hour and a half in the waiting room (having watched an entire movie on my cell phone), I went to check on my car. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they called for the car and told me to wait outside where they’d pull my car around. A moment after stepping outside, I got an automated call from Beaman that my vehicle was ready... Thank you so much. Meanwhile a few minutes later, I watched a tech drive my car INTO the garage with the spare still on it! They had not touched my car in the now almost two hours I had been waiting, despite being told by a service rep and receiving a phone call that it was done! Remember, the tire was repaired the day before - all I needed was for someone to put MY tire back on my car. After about another 15 minutes of waiting in the July heat for them to change the tire, it was brought over to the service desk - not to where they told me to wait for it. I was not charged for the tire patch, but that was the very least they could do. The most outrageous waste of a customer’s time!

Friendly. Courteous. Caleb was extremely helpful in explaining how all the car’s features worked. He helped me sync my iPhone to my car. Jackson told me over the phone that the deal included a full tank of gas but only got a bit over half tank. Wait for getting through the paper work phase was too long. I was not financing the car. Honestly wondered if they had forgotten we were waiting. Clean, nice, neat dealership. Second time we purchased a car here. Far better people skills than Ron Hibbard in Gallatin. Definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever! The staff and managers were extremely rude, noone knows what's going on around there nor how to do their own jobs. I've had to make multiple trips there (I live an hour and a half away) because they messed my paperwork up more than once and other things they forgot to do. Waited 2 hours on my car to be washed, and when I got into it to leave, the inside wasn't even touched, outside was still dirty and didn't dry it off. Worst experience at a dealership, I'm happy with my vehicle but definitely not the employees at Beaman Toyota. I would not recommend buying a car from there!

My first visit here. I am no mechanic, and everyone makes mistakes, but after leaving the service center I heard a distinct rattle that certainly wasn’t there before I arrived. So I popped the hood, skeptical that I would even know what to look for. But it was pretty easy to spot the half empty bottle of motor oil getting clipped by the fan. If I could attach a video or a photo to this review, I would. So overall, a little less than 100% satisfied On the plus side, they were nice enough to replace the auxiliary lights on my license plate without charging me for the labor to do so,

Got a Camry at a price I felt good about. It was a much better price than the other Toyota dealerships in the area. They won’t sell you a car unless they make money so don’t fool yourself. I bought a brand new top of the line truck from these guys. The customer service seemed decent enough. Less than a day later I realized that I left a pair of sunglasses in my trade-in. Yes my fault. I have called 3 times and left two messages along with 2 follow up emails and they haven't responded or acknowledged either the emails or phone calls. The lady at the front desk was very rude and when I asked to talk with ANYONE who is available to she responded that there is no one available including a manager. So they will sell you a $60,000 vehicle, but when you ask for some simple follow up, you will be denied and ignored. Go somewhere else if you value customer service.

So I normally go to Murfreesboro Toyota but they were booked 15 days out so I had to look at other options. Dropping my car off was not so bad but it seemed like only one person was running around checking everybody in. I did not enjoy picking my car up. I had to wait for all of the guys at the computer to stop socializing before some one noticed I was ready to pick up my car. The guy who went to pick up my car stopped halfway to my vehicle to show his buddy some videos from his phone so I had to wait till they were finished before he searched the lot for my vehicle. Also I had to pay more money at this location then at the Murfreesboro location. Which I guess it’s because they are owned by different people and one is in the city. I’m conclusion, I’ll be staying ahead of my appointments to make sure I get to Murfreesboro Toyota.

Caleb was very quick and responsive throughout the process, Jay in finance was helpful and we appreciated his sense of humor, and Dan was prompt and honest in answering all my pricing questions. We did get stuck waiting to see Jay to finish the deal, however. It would be nice if more than one finance person were available. In our case, we waited over 2 hours for Jay while he was working on financing with another customer. Totally worth the wait (and Jay was awesome), but I ended up getting really hungry and cranky because it was a Friday evening. We arrived at 5 and left a little before 10, so we skipped dinner. Would be lovely if dealership offered a few free snacks. :) Overall a great experience though! Highly recommend Beaman Buick!

Beaman Toyota on Broadway is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time discussing the needed service one item at a time. On the day of the actual service the following happens: Day 1: 8:40am: 1. Quoted price is disregarded and the new one is double of the original. 2. I scaled down maintenance and asked to check brakes and call if needed replacement. 5:15pm: 3. No calls. I arrive to see that only half of the work was done. 4. -"Why wasn't it done in 8+ hours? I scheduled it a week ago?" -"We did not have time. If you come back another day, we will detail it free of charge." 5. I go to pay to see that I am being charged for the items, which were not finished. -"How were my brakes?" -"Terrible." -"Why wasn't I called?" -"I don't know." Day 2: 1. -"I would like to change my brakes and get the interior detail. How much will it be? I have a personalized 15% off coupon if it is over $400" -"Don't worry about it. We feel bad about yesterday. We will give you the best deal." 2. Phone call several hours later. -"Your car is done. It is $484 for the brakes. We can give you $20 off." -"I have a coupon for 15% off I'd like to use instead. -"We cannot honor it because brakes are already a discounted service." -"How much would you charge me if I wanted it done as a walk-in?" -"It would be $484." -"How much if I wanted to use this coupon?" -"We would have to raise it to $650 first." -"I see. Can I have it in writing at the bottom of the coupon?" -"No." 3. I pay $464 for the brakes. -"Wait outside, sir. We will bring the car to you." 20 minutes later, "Are you still waiting for something?" -"Yes, my car."

They must not have managers that work her of they avoid customers like the plague. Still waiting to see where my car is located! Please teach the ladies who answer the phone CS skills! Please! Sweet tones but not great at remembering or knowing details. All I need is my tire changed. I did talk with Chris and Zack yesterday and now today they can’t tell me where my car is located? Zack was nice last night but... the follow up today and the phone calls yesterday. Wow. Please train the CS agents on the phone and hire ones that can react faster, respond with confidence and a polished manor. Please have someone from Beaman reach out to JS towing as well.

We buy our family's vehicles from Beaman Toyota and have stayed with them our 20+ years in Middle Tennessee because they treat us like family. My husband and I and our two grown daughters own RAV4s. The customer service is exceptional. I have yet to meet a rude Beaman employee; it just doesn't happen. Nor are there layers of customer service or pressure to buy new vehicles. I'm driving a well-worn 2004 RAV4 and would like to drive it awhile longer. Toyota Service is proactive and gives me sound advice. When it's time for a newer vehicle, I'll buy it from Beaman. They have my back.

Very quick and personal service. The agent/employee that was assigned to me updated me periodically while my car was being service. Even the lady who brought my car offered to take it back through the car wash. Overall good service. It appears to be more expensive relative to the other Toyota dealers but they are working on getting more service coupons.

I purchased a certified Beaman Toyota Rav4 XLE in February of 2018 from Beaman. I have emailed Ann Beaman twice after waiting for 1 month for a warranty part, with no response. I am writing today to tell you how disappointed I am in Beaman, the way this warranty repair has been handled, and as of this writing of my email to you, regret purchasing my fully warrantied vehicle from Beaman. I continued to bring the Rav4 only to Beaman for oil changes, tire rotations, mileage service check ins. Never missed one and I take really good care of my car. On September 11, 2019, I brought my car in for tire rotation as I had purchased new tires about 60 days prior along with a wheel alignment at Firestone. Service rotated my tires and told me they recommended an alignment because of uneven wear. I explained I would take it back to Firestone and have them look at the alignment. I took my car to Firestone on September 26th and the store manager who I personally know asked me to get under the car to take a look at my left front CV joint that was leaking grease from a cut CV boot. I of course, explained I had just had my tires rotated on the 11th and that issue was under warranty. I immediately called Beaman and told them what we found and they advised to bring it in and have it diagnosed, which I did. I believe my service advisor's name was Megan, but other advisors were saying her name was Tiffany. So for the purposes of this complaint, we'll call her Megan/Tiffany. Megan/Tiffany came back to find me in the waiting room and told me they indeed found the cut on the CV boot and it was a warranty powertrain item, before 60,000 miles. She said they ordered the part, which was a Thursday and it would be in the next day. She said the warranty company would not cover a loaner car "unless it was not safe to drive." She never said when it moved to safe to unsafe to drive. I found that out by calling Toyota dealerships on my own. The next day, September 27th, I called Service to inquire whether a CV boot, or CV boot kit had been ordered. They stated the kit. My service advisory was Megan/Tiffany and she was off, so I would have to wait for her to return on Monday. The part might be there on Monday. On Monday, September 30th, I called Beaman again. The first person I spoke to at 1:30 told me I had to speak to Megan/Tiffany, and they could not find her. I called back again to speak to Parts and they said that the part had not come in yet. On Tuesday, October 1st, I called again and spoke to Parts and they now told me the part had been back ordered and it looked like it would about a month and a half before it would be received. They transferred me for Megan/Tiffany and Kat answered the phone. She paged Megan/Tiffany and I held for about 28 minutes. No one came back to the phone. No one from Beaman has contacted me in any way, shape or form, from my last phone call 15 days ago. The next day, I began calling all Toyota dealerships in Tennessee. Cool Springs Toyota was kind enough to tell me that if I heard a clank or knocking sound to pull over and park it. Do not drive it. They couldn't get my part in. Then, I started calling dealerships out of state. I was fortunate enough to contact Swope Toyota out of Elizabethton, KY. Service said they did show it back ordered, but 2 were available to order. He ordered the part for me. He verified it was a warranty powertrain item. He said he'd get it in the next day, which was Friday the 4th. I could get there on 10-10. The difference in how I was treated as a Toyota customer was polar opposite my treatment at Beaman Toyota, especially on a covered warranty powertrain part. Now, here we are at 10-16-19 and I've not heard one word from Beaman. Not one word on a warranty part that Swope ordered, received and repaired. The dividing line between safe and not safe any longer involves hearing a clanking or knocking in a vehicle? The lifetime premium warranty gives you peace of mind at purchase. At warranty powertrain repair, it over promised and under-delivered.

I always take my Toyota Camry to Beaman Toyota on Broadway to have it serviced. I get the oil changed when it is time but my last visit I was charged 80.00 dollars just for a oil change, when it never cost me more then 40.00. I would never ever take my car back there again they rip you off. A Camry oil change should never cost that much. I will be going to a different Toyota location from now on where they don’t try to beat you.
