Worst experience ever !! They filed a lawsuit against me over a car I was renting not only did I pay for insurance but they said I made damages to the car but why wasn't an insurance claim filed ? And then not I only I was hit with late charges but I was giving these people over 300$ a week I done paid almost 3,000 with them for the one month in a half I did have it MIKE was so rude he cursed me out over the phone and when I tried going there to handle the situation I was still being told that they weren't able to help me

Don't do business with these lying con artist. I bet half their reviews were paid for, after my experience. First I called about renting a car for my mom, and I made their deposit. I then went to pick it up, and brought what they said was needed. When I got there, I got told that I didn't have what was needed.( I brought everything the associate said to bring.) Then when they tell me they're not going to rent it out, I asked for a refund and was told to leave with no refund. Junkiest business I've ever encountered.

Good company to rent vans from. If not for the toll policy I would give 5 stars. In Texas the tolls are unmanned and mailed in so no option to pay at the time you go through the toll booth. I believe I was charged $50 extra by Atlas for a very small toll amount. Their equipment is top knotch though. Just watch the tolls thing...

Folks are nice enough but the vehicles are aged and high mileage. We rented a van and was give a 7 year old 200,000+ vehicle that burned oil. Wouldn't recommend if you expecting newer model vehicle with low miles like you would receive at any other rental company.

I was given a rental Ford Fusion on a Friday that had 100,000+ mileage, a slow-leaking tire, and a faulty transmission which left me stranded in a remote area. This rental was facilitated by Town & Country Ford while they were repairing my car. When I contacted Atlas they were little to no help, stating they had to call the manager to see what to do. After I was told that their tow company isn't operating on a Sunday, I was told to talk to a mechanic to be walked through troubleshooting over the phone. A mechanic called me and said he was going to come and trade cars with me. An hour later, I hadn't heard back from Atlas or the mechanic. Not to forget that I had to put air in the tire at least 7 times while I had the car. A good Samaritan helped me temporarily fix the issue (shifter cable detached, I know this because I have the same car and it's a known recall) and I was able to drive home where the mechanic later arrived to bring me a new rental. This one having 96,000+ miles on it. Atlas still has yet to reach out to me.

My family and I frequently travel to the Nashville area and always rent from Atlas Discount Car and Van Rental! Over the years, we have rented both cars and vans and have always been very satisfied! The vehicles are always clean and ready when we arrive to pick up. Also, the staff members are very courteous and helpful. My daughter in need of a car bad, the ladies Chaquita and Ashely was extremely nice and very friendly, made sure that she was able to get a vehicle that day, the vehicle transmission light came on and I took the car back, the owner Landon was there but didn’t come out to speak with me about the inconvenience of the car light coming on, he took the car for the drive. Informed me that it was nothing wrong with the vehicle, only for it to shut off on me 48hours later. The ladies in the front apologized and offered me another vehicle and for that I really appreciated their awesome customer service, but the owner was very inconsiderate about the whole situation.
