My car got stolen and the company my insurance used didn't have a car until next week. They were quick, friendly, and the car was wonderful and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them any day to anyone.

We called just before closing and they were wonderful! A nice 2018 Ford Edge- perfect for our sightseeing purposes with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Leather heated seats, dual air control and full tank of gas. Very polite staff. Reasonably priced. Clean vehicle. We would rent from them again.

On a holiday weekend we were needing in car rental .We Google car rentals in our town and team car rental popped up so we decided to go in with no reservations and see if we could Rent a Car expecting to be told nobecause of the holiday. Upon walking in we met Shane with a smiling friendly demeanor told him what we needed and he was able to give us a nice shiny F-150 which was Rummy. Just what we needed to fit a family of 6 . This Put smilies on faces and saved our trip.The process took approximately 15 minutes in and out the door. We will definitely be back . We thank Team Car Rental

Great experience all around!! They called us day the before to confirm our reservations and gave us suggestions what to see and places to eat while we were there. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. We were in and out of there in no time and drop off was so quick and easy unlike other places. I would definitely recommend Team Car Rentals to anyone that is headed to Rapid City or the Black Hills!!

Everyone there was so nice! Prices were low compared to all the big companies around town. I rented an impala for Thursday and Friday then went back and extended it until Sunday. The car was clean, and really nice. 10/10 would recommend

I have had the opportunity to rent a car with more publicized and popular agencies but TEAM CAR RENTALS in Rapid City, South Dakota has exceeded all my expectations. The prices are much lower than those of the competency. Cars are very updated. I got a Chevrolet Impala 2018 to fit a family of 4. Great car!! Customer service is excellent, very professional and friendly. I have no words to express the golden, outstanding service that Mr. J.T. Iszler offered to me and my family. I feel very confident to rent with TEAM CAR RENTALS again and I will be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone who wants to go to Rapid City, SD. :)

We had a very difficult time finding a rental car with the typical names (Avis, Enterprise, etc.). Thankfully we came across the guys at Team and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pricing and options were better than the competition and Shane was extremely helpful from start to finish. The location is a short distance from the airport and pick-up/drop off was a breeze. No long lines and the car was exactly what we needed. Glad these guys are around and a much better option than the competition. Thanks again for a great visit!

This place its awesome. The greeter is a beautiful brown labrador dog. Their prices are low to beat the competition of the big companies. The car I got was a 2018 Chevrolet sedan with only few miles in it. Very reliable. They even took us to Rapid City Airport for the same fee as an uber or lift, that means we didn't waste anytime waiting. Thank you JT and thank you doggie.
