There was no pressure which I can't stand, I took my time and drove different cars until I decide on the one I took home. They are putting too much money to fix a second hand car. They will charge you about 4000 or more dollars to the amount of what car’s blue book value. Be careful even thou the car looks wonderful outside but inside is a piece of s**t.

The sales staff was very good until after purchasing a car. My wife got a car there By the time she got home we had a Christmas tree of warning long story shot 700 repair bill, called joe back said the make it right, a week later heard nothing called back same story again. Needless to I got stuck with the bill. My biggest complaint was I was told multiple occasions they would get back to me good thing I didn’t hold my breath because it’s been over a month. I’m a United States Army vet this place should stop using military as a sales tool as just like other dealers they only care till they get the sale. My advice to potential buyers pull the air filter my was black don’t take their word on the famous 6pt inspection. It was a dead giveaway that the inspection was yet another sales tool. The car has been solid so far since the repairs but I’ll never do business there again.

My free advice to those looking at pre-owned auto's; research as much information as you can at home and make sure you look at everything before making the purchase. Purchased a vehicle back in March that already had an issue before it even left the lot. They agreed to fix the issue, but only after I found the issue during the test drive. That process took an extra two weeks to get finished with almost no communication from the staff. Instead I ended up having to call the shop they have servicing done at just to get updates. Since then, I have had discovered the windows were not properly reinstalled after window tinting was done (the windows were already tinted when I purchased the vehicle), interior parts that were worked on, but not reassembled correctly which caused constant rattling inside the car. Make sure you ask to take a vehicle of interest to a separate shop that CarSwap does not do business with and get an honest used car inspection. It will most likely save you the headache I've had to deal with.

Also made things work around my very busy schedule to ensure that I got the best service he could provide. A slight mix up with my pay stubs wasn't an issue as the people here took the steps to straighten everything out and got me a car within the very short time frame that I needed. Great rates and payments in my budget as well!
