Below average car dealership, charge document fees to bring the price up from negotiated price. The salesman told me they were losing money(right) on the car and wanted to go above NADA which is for a cream puff. Car is a used Toyota Camry. Wasn't prepped for selling, I checked online and the car, which was bought in July had been in their possession since April, had no visor on the drivers side and a very rusty window wiper blade on the drivers side. Was told the visor would be fixed on pick up and it wasn't. When I called back they told me I could get a visor at the scrap yard. Chips along the edge of the door that could have been touched up.No service records. You pay more at a dealership for these things to be dealt with. Great brand poor dealer. Has been a week- they are reviewing whether on not they can replace the visor. Never drive a vehicle off a car lot with issues they say they will take care of.

Researching trucks online and was interested in one that was posted. Was contacted by a salesman and found that vehicle was out of my area, but he texted me a link to another one that was new and fit what I wanted. I drove in about 50 miles to look at it only to find the ole "bait and switch" tactic being used and Whena salesman telling me I'd never get the interest rate I knew I could. I called them out they tried to calm the situation with an offer on other trucks. I don't trust them and I bought a brand new Honda Ridgeline at Verne Eide and got the exact rate I quoted the Billion salesman.

We did a cross country trip from Maryland to Montana and Wyoming and hit the 5000 mile mark. We were in a pinch to have our oil changed, tires rotated, and some reassurance that our Land Cruiser was surviving the beating of many miles of trailer pulling through mountains. Billion Toyota squeezed us in and serviced our care quickly and with care. Everyone was exceedingly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all of our questions and needs were answered. Special thanks to Evan for seeing our car through the process.

After my friend disclosed to me what had happened to him at this dealership.I decided to accompany him there while he tried to get his contract sorted out because they had added on $ 12,000 to his contract.I saw what was happening and tried to explain to the manager that he was commiting fraud.Its a violation of state and federal laws what they were doing.The 2 managers there were way out of line.The one guy threaten to call the police and basically make a false police report. Because no crime was committed.Commiting more fraud to cover up the fraud.I can't believe that they purposely did it until the way I was treated by the manager there.He began yelling at us and scaring the ladies we had with us.You cant say one thing and do another and then be deceptive basically tricking someone into signing a contract for a larger amount.They read the agreed upon price that was approved by the manager then they stuffed the contract with over $12,000 in fees and non agreed on items.Almost doubling the price of the vehicle.That is fraud.You can't engage in insurance sales.If you agree to sell something for a certain price but write different things on the contract it's not a legal document.People who are a victim of fraud dont realize it until after the fraud has occurred.I tried to see if it was a accident but by the looks of the way the manager acts towards someone who supposedly spent $40,000 in their business I'm very disgusted.We will be making a complaint with the consumer financial protection Bureau and the federal trade Commission after I find out if you did violate any of those acts.I really appreciated the manager offering his apology for committing fraud but they know they made a mistake and they wont fix it unless the necessary steps are taken. Any to anyone thinking of buying a car here be very careful because the car salesmen probly has the contract memorized but you might not be aware of how far some people will go.Reminds me of having to deal with insurance adjusters.which is why I recorded the entire thing. The manager was out of line and he should not have been yelling at the customer the way he did after they spent a years wage in his store. The negative equity was fraudulent because it was agreed to by the salesmen that it would be a even trade for the full amount but the accountants changed the deal without saying anything.The paperwork that had the amount on the manager approved it disappeared. The negative equity wasnt even my friends car. It was his sister's car in her name and they added her loan to his without saying nothing.The end result was alittle better but I think billions could have done better.

My wife just took our Avalon in to get a key made and a key fob we ordered parts and then since she was a woman the service writer Chris tried taking advantage of her we were quoted $27 for the key $119 for the fob plus service needed to program it no problem when she takes the car in all of a sudden he’s quoting her $560 to program the key and key fob that is absolutely crazy $200-$300 I can understand as a former service technician we moved up here little over a year ago for work and to see this happen to my wife while I’m out driving truck to pay bills is very disheartening

Had a wonderful experience with Robert LaBerge! Came into Billion Toyota looking for a specific Tundra that they had on the lot and ended taking it home the same day! Being that I traveled over 200+ miles, Robert was SUPER friendly and made the process quick and easy. He is super knowledgeable on the Tundra that I purchased. He treated me as if I was a good friend rather then your normal salesman customer relationship. After the purchase, I made the journey back home. An hour and half into my drive back home, I realized I left my drivers license back at the dealership. I called Robert right away and he did confirm it was still there. He then offered to drive 45+ mins to meet me to give it back to me. He went out of his way and above and beyond to bring me back my drivers license. I would have never thought anyone would do that! Took my car in for battery work 2 days ago. Today i found a bunch of plastic pins left piling on the plastic panel and some had fallen into the engine area. I will have to take my car back to them to have the pins fastened in place. A while back, I took the car in because of tire pressure warning. I said from my experience that it was the spare tire needing more air. They said they had checked and it wasn't the spare tire. I didn't trust them so I went to a tire store. They quickly checked and confirmed that the spare tire needed more air. Problem solved. I go to toyota only when I really have to. It's sad.

They are they only car dealership that I have seen write a car loan at 11% (not my loan). Also their sales rep in the most recent interaction was full of it and kept trying to convince me he knew what he was talking about. Literally they are thieves. they tried to steal money from me by selling me an extended warranty that they never put in the paperwork for. I called to find out what was wrong they said they would fix it and they didn't do anything. Then when I called to demand my over $2,000 back they decided now was the time to put in the application for the first time months after I bought the car. And someone who works their name Justin who I found out falsely claimed to be a GM literally laughed at me about this when I called to complain. Billion will lie and they will steal do not trust this company. Don't give them your money or time.
