Experience with the car was great overall and staff at the counter were super nice . However there is room for improvement like a key drop box would be nice for after hour drop off Bc that would be convenient in case working ppl want to bring a car back after hours. More counter staff is needed too Bc you can have a bit of a wait for pickup and return . Price was good however but Bc of the wait and Bc of the non key drop price I will continue to price compare when renting with enterprise vs them . A few more tweaks and they will be great.

They damaged the front lip on my car and wouldn't fix it properly they said they weren't liable for the damages because it already had road rash from bottoming out even though I have dash cam footage of them damaging my car by there technician running it straight into the curb, so needless to say I will see them in court for property damage.

I have rented vehicles from both their 3650 Fernandina Road and 2800 Two Notch Road. The rental vehicles are always low mileage and in excellent condition. I have rented Trucks, SUVs and Sedans for over three years. Many of my friends have rented based on my recommendation and they have all been extremely impressed with the rates and customer service.

Customer service was not great what so ever at the 2notch location. Was charged an extra day when returning the car, he said I was late by 3 hours because I didn't return the same time I received it which they never said until we got there. Overall the Armanda we rented was excellent 5 star for the car very comfortable for travel. Would recommend as far as the car goes but service horrible. They also need weekend hours for rentals and returns

Dick Smith Rental Car on Two Notch has awful customer service. I was not the person who rented but was present at beginning and end of the rental process. Melvin E. was not welcoming or polite. He seemed to be bother because we were asking questions. In the past, I have purchased several cars from Dick Smith and used the car service center. I was always treated with respect. I'm thinking about purchasing a SUV in the future but may not purchase from the Two Notch Road location. I met Mr. Dick Smith years ago. I feel as though, he would be very disappointed with the customer service that being provided in the rental department. The pricing for the rental was good but customer service was terrible.
