This morning I call to rent a car the owner tells me yes we have a car available. Please give me your name to reserve it. Give her my name she reserved it than a got my self to the location. At the same time another person arrived to the office he was leaving his car for repairs ask them if they had a car available for rent. The son of the owner said yes we have a Dodge car that is being clean. So they had my Dodge ready and the one been clean. I procede with my paper work than they pull to my car to the from. I go outside and the car is dirty inside and half clean outside, probably the car that was been clean and they were thinking that I would take a dirty car because I am a resident not a citizen. I go back to the office told the lady the car is dirty that I want another car. She was sure we have two other cars Toyota more expensive...so I agree. At that moment no mayor issues, but while I go outside to check the Toyota I see they pull a nice clean Dodge car for the man that arrived to the office at the same time???? I was very disappointed. I tell the owner of this family company that she just give this man the car I reserved on the phone and that she give me the car that was being serve and wasn’t ready to be rent... she tells me we can give you the other Dodge clean. I tell her that isn’t fair. That is discrimination to give the Immgrant the dirty car.... why???? I told her that was not right. She tells me is her business she does whatever she wants to leave the place. I did gladly, I rented a car a week ago for 7 days But my ex husband made the reservation we had no problems clean car and in good conversations... I am guessing they were thinking I would take a dirty car.. giving your customer a dirty car for rent it is a lack of professionalism. I am sure they would not dare to do that if I was a anglosajón! Shame on you for what you had done! Should be laws to punish business like this that disrespect the customer base on race!!!! Your behavior was unethical. If you dare to talk me disrespectful after confronting you for your bad actions I can only imagine how you would treat your employees. Lizeth Garcia Garcia

I probably rent a car once or twice a year from these folks and been doing it for over 10 years. Every single time the cars have been clean, the service prompt, and the price reasonable. I have never had an issue and recommend them highly without reservation. Rob Lawnsby
