Place is a joke. Owned by a lawyer who hired an bunch of ex convict drug dealers to run the business. Go run a BCI check on his employees and you will never go back there again. Another RI criminal enterprise. No credit card needed, no job needed either just good old illegal money and you get a car to go sell your drugs in.

Brock’s Collision Center has utilized Richmond Auto Sales & Rental as our preferred rental car company for over seven years now. Typically, about 5-10 of our customers are in a Richmond rental car at any given time. Over the course of our relationship they have continuously shown their promptness, respectfulness to our customers, and knowledgeable experience concerning the auto-rental and insurance claims process. Patrick, John, and Quan, who have been our primary contacts over the years, have all been great representatives of their company, and have always reflected a great image of our company as well whenever they step into our door. Our customers are very important to us; the guys at Richmond have always been on that same page, and have gone above and beyond to get cars to our customers when they need them. Their service is convenient, not requiring our customers to put a hold on their credit cards. On top of that, their cars are always clean, always new, and always well-maintained. We are happy to utilize a company that comports itself towards its business and towards its customers with the same dedication that we do. This place is always an issue with renting a car they will Continuously tell you they have no cars for about a week straight but when you go to there lot they have many cars they say your the next on our list but when you go and sit out side there are people leaving with rentals people getting new rentals with them you will never get your rental it’s a horrible service

I was referred to Dino at Dean Auto Collision Center, last week by my Attorney and after I had given him some quick info about my car, he had sent over a tow truck within "1 MINUTE or LESS", to pick up my car & I! What a BLESSING Dino & his shop have been to my Family and I, especially after the bad car accident I had been in, had turned our lives upside down. The tow truck company was JUST as quick & professional, as Dean Auto was & within less than 15-30 mins of getting there w/my car, I was already driving off with my Rental! I've NEVER had such an AMAZING experience like the one I had at Dean's. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you have your Auto Body Shop & Car Rental needs met here. Such brilliance, to have an "Auto Collision Center AND Car Rental" Business, under "1 roof"! They truly are a "ONE Stop Shop"....

Don't go here the cars suck. They overcharge you for the cars that suck. They do not carry daily rental insurance so the car has to go on your personal insurance so that is convenient for business for the body shop next door.

Do not rent a car from this place. The cars are crappy, mine had a tail light out which caused me to get a ticket. Also needed an oil change and they let me drive it 3000 miles past the time it needed to be changed. And to top it all off they hire nothing but thugs who have no problem disrespecting their customers. They rent to so many drug dealers that if cops see a Richmond plate they will pull you over no matter what. They are a joke of a business and I plan on calling the better business bureau on them. On my last visit their thugs surrounded me and threatened to "knock me down." Do yourselves a favor and rent from a real company.

Called multiple times to find out the status on a car and got told every day to call back at a different times and or to call back the next day. Only to find out a friend of mines walked in and got a rental on the spot. Would not recommend this place.

Fast and reliable I mean come on you want 5 star service and a red rug and champagne to your rental get a credit card and all the other bull s*** paper work you need for any other rental service!! This place sucks. They a bunch of cars on lot but none for rent. They had my car for 2 months and told me they couldn't fix it. Granted I had a rental but they could of told me within the first week that it wasn't fixable. Waist of my time.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Boch Honda in Norwood and when the car wasn’t ready I was brought over to get a rental from Richmond Rental inside the dealership. The guys there were very pleasant and made the rental process easy, quick and had me in the car in no time. I was given a 2016 Nissan Altima which was a very nice ride which made the wait for my car easy. Also returning the car the following day was smooth and fast and Michael Esposito took care of the process was very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone needing a rental vehicle Ben

This is the best way to get a rental without the extra headaches, I have been with them faithfully for a year and I am satisfied with the weekly and monthly rental service I've had. Everyone has their own experiences and opinions, but never judge a place over it. Please keep in mind that you are provided specific vehicles depending on your coverage. Beats having to put hundreds of dollars on a deposit for vehicles that overcharges and penalizes you if you go over miles as most places do. Any time i've had issues it has been addressed professionally.

This place is very unorginazed and unprofessional tried to reserve a car everyday for 2 weeks to be told call back tommorrow. Now on the day i need the rental they dont have any after telling me on thursday to call friday they will reserve me one, cars are all 2015 BEATERS cuz thats all everybody does to them is beat on them.

Terrible customer service. They shouldn't get any stars. Called three days in a row to address a concern with the leased vehicle. No one returned my calls. I love all these half ass negative reviews! Granted there are probably a few employees that could be friendlier. I'm not sure if you all are aware that Richmond is not a franchise it's a private owned company, and quite popular so if your only getting a rental for personal use then you have to call early. Its on a first come 1st serve basis. All the cars you see on the lot That you think are available most likely are reserved for people having their car serviced in The Body Shop. All these Negative comments are just from people who can't get what they want when they want it! grow up! I've been renting from them for 7 years now and I have no issues... Because I follow protocol and don't think the world revolves around me! P.s. to the comment that said the owner "Deano" is fraudulent.... hes not even the owner! It's because of people like that that you have to read more than the 1st 5 reviews because they're worthless rants!

Morgan Ajello look up on google Dingo Coccia or WPRI 12 News Archives. Pretty interesting story about him and his experience in the car rental business. Most of the small shops rent from here. Ive heard mixed reviews and seen on one Pawtucket Body Shops Google Review there were customers who had the same issues as you. If those on here with negative customer complaints go to the local authorities then something may be done. I guess it just depends on who waits on you there are some decent people there.

Autobody shops use them and your car is NEW its not like your driving off in a 2007 hoopy. get it together. my experience with richmond is great i had a new accord, then a civic and a sonata. if you dont like the car your in simply call them with RESPECT and you will be put into another car, honestly im very pleased with the service i recieve .
