Let’s see what happen tomorrow. I personally Will explain my experience with a full story I was involved in a bad accident on the 1st with my non-medical transport van. I’m a self contractor living in Pawtucket and working in mass like most other people do.This rental place was recommended by my lawyer, since he referred all is Clients there and They were very good and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Plus he don’t want me spending any more money like I did on the car that just got hit. I looked up the location read all the rules and lies, when I arrived at the location, things started to change and I sense a lot of misleading information and felt almost interrogated by the other person that was not even helping me. My RI license was left in the van that was hit and I also had my Mass license with me. After showing it to them he stated the address did not match. Long story short, I will keep ur posted tomorrow when I bring in my RI license. I really wanna review this location until my car is fix by the shop. Oh yea’

Worst service EVER!!!! The Manager JEFF is horrible, the vehicle i rented stalled out broke down on me in the middle of the road during rush hour while having my 3yr old in the car in cold weather! I called the office for 15mnts straight before someone answered I told Jeff the situation he said well mam WE CLOSE at 5:30 there’s nothing I can do ! WTH you’re a customer service manager!!!! How about move diligently and with some sense of urgency! All you offered was roadside assistance phone # bc that’s not even kept in the vehicle and say well the dealer closes at 7, so, if you get toad and arrive before 7, we can have another car waiting for you, a KIA ! And on top of it all in an awful tone, I’m in distress, frustrated and with a toddler and I have to worry about his safety how I’m getting home and to work tomorrow!!!!! Awful, just awful! Disgusted that man should be fired !!!!!
