these guys are a trip I just found out they canceled my oil changes that I purchased when I brought my Jeep. Mike the finance manager is a liar, don't trust these guys, I am reposting what I belive they removed. They will trick you into purchasing warrenties you do not need. I will never go to them again, and I will never reommend them to anyone. When I first met them I put up review, and I removed it thinking I was wrong. I should have left it up because now I see my instincts were right from the begining .

Very Unhappy. I made an appointment to view a car. It was only one in the model I wanted that they had. We got there and the car had already been pulled up front for us to look at. Was asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive so I of course said yes. Well I started the car it immediately threw a low fuel light on and within 1 full minute the car died. Ok car salesman said he will have it taken care of. We was outside waiting for about a half hour until they sent someone across the street to get gas for it. While we was outside the lady I originally spoke to when on the phone apologized said she had just pulled the car up and it didn't have any low fuel lights. I may be a female but I do know that a car will not just throw off a low fuel light a minute before it dies when its just turned on not even moving. But ok maybe she didn't see it. No biggie. Finally got gas and to test drive it. Got back inside did the application and agreed to have the finance manager call the banks up and see what the outcome was. Well we waited inside the waiting area for about an hour. My car salesman came back and said oh well im on all weekend I can call you back with the answer as the finance manager went on some deliveries. Like really ?? Why on earth couldn't we be told this sooner than an hour ? Could have said listen Finance manager has some errands or things that needs to be done let me give you a call once settled instead of letting us sit there for an hour while he was off doing deliveries not even working on my application. Well Its Sunday and I have not even received a call back saying we was denied or anything. Needless to say I will be getting my car elsewhere. I do NOT recommend Bald Hill Dodge to any car shoppers.

That time again where I needed to trade in my lease! This time I decided to buy a car due to a mileage cap would not work for me! I first went to CarMax which was Awful.. they were so robotic and lacked all customer service. I went late on a weekday without an appointment and they still found time to serve my needs. I met with a newer employee name Jamie and William who was training and assisting Jamie. William took a step back and watched and let Jamie take the lead. Jamie was confident, well spoken, and most importantly kind! I asked many many questions which he knew almost all, and if he didn't know, he answered the correct truthful way- "I'm not sure, but I will find out for you"! Excellent job as I work with many VPs and executives and owning up to not knowing the answers is very smart. The whole process took along time- it's really all about negotiating, and if your rich and have the money to go in and pay the amount suggested- by all means- your lucky. However for me- I needed a set monthly payment I needed to stay in range no matter what! With that being said there was a lot of back and forth, but respect the process. The only reason I kept with the process was Jamie's and the sales managers attitude- they kept it light and funny- all while being professional! This was not a robotic sales team. Each person I spoke to- (probably the whole team being as I was there all day) was so personable and very easy to converse with. Once I finalized payment, I met with the business manager to go over the add one. He was VERY patient with all my questions and he was very helpful with explaining all the protections. He respected what I decided to do. After that they took care of all the registration, plate transfer, and cleaning! I am officially a car owner and couldn't be happier with this dealership. Have been going there for two vehicles and will go back again. Recommend anyone to try any of there sales reps. They all are top notch professionals. I rarely give out these stellar views- but it's due!

Worst dealership I've visit Derek Bouchard made an error on my paperwork after I told him how much I made a week as a business owner, called me back that they need it a 20,000 down payment for a 2019 Dodge charger because of my "income" he said, I went back and told him if 2500 a week was not enough he looked at me like if I was a broke "and said that you make that much a week like he didnt believe me" just because i was young and the way i was dress, a told him to fix the paperwork and put atlest 1500aweek because that's the only proof I will give them, i had in my pocket 7k but I was only putting 3kdown didnt want to work with me, I also had a trade in and try to low ball me by giving me 7k for my car when other dealerships was giving me 8500 to 9k for my car and also said that my car was involve in an accident and the car fax is clean. He fix the paperwork and what ever he did now I cant get approve for anything because supposedly I was doing fraud. Just because I went to another dealership. I have in recording the way the finance manager was talking to me I wish I could put it here, but everyone Is tough thro the phone, I wont recommend this dealership to noone.

Hard to rate really. We were in the market to purchase a brand new jeep wrangler, we walked around outside looking at jeeps and not one person asked us if we needed anything, we finally went in and told them what we were looking for they said have a seat.... twenty minutes later we decided to drive an hour to Raynham, where we were helped immediately and purchased our brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Baldhill should take notes from Raynham jeep. Their customer service is by far superior. Oh and side note on that day Raynham was also far busier with customers than Baldhill was.

Bald Hill is amazing. I was traveling from NJ with my daughter to attend The New England Challenge Marathon in Warwick. 4 miles from Warwick my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee started shuttering. We made it into town, thankfully. I called the next morning right when they opened. I spoke with Patricia and she said to bring in my vehicle, after I told her my situation. She told me she would have it checked out for me. They resolved the problem and discovered that I needed new spark plugs. They took care of us and we made it back to NJ. Bald Hill is an efficient and caring establishment. We were so grateful to them

I brought my new Jeep in for its first oil change on 5/31/2019 at 1:30pm and the lady at the service counter must have been having a bad day and took it out on me. I think she might be the manager. She had a nasty look look on her face and I could see the tension she caused the other employees. I’m in shock at how rude she was. I’ll never step foot in place again and it’s a shame because the sales process was good and it’s so close to my house. Why would a dealership have someone like this dealing with their customers? I’ll be finding a new dealer to lease my jeeps from!

I dropped my car off about 8:15 for an oil change and to be checked to make sure it was safe to drive to Florida. I had no appointment and assumed that it would take the better part of the day for servicing. Steve got my car in early and the work was completed in about an hour. I’ve always had fantastic service here.

Very nice team, no issue with the quality of the work they do, but pricing for repairs is beyond excessive. They recommended over $2000 in repairs for my 2010 Wrangler (clock spring, leaking transmission coolant line, rear rotor, caliper and brake pads, serpentine belt). I had an independent shop do everything except the brake work (it just needed service, not replacement), a little over $500 from an independent shop I trust.

I brought my Jeep in for service as it was not running properly or safely. A few hours after I dropped my vehicle off I received a call that my car only needed a software update and it was all set. I picked up my car that same day (please keep in mind I had to leave work early because their service department closes at 5 which is very inconvenient for working people). I quickly noticed my car still had the same problem. I called the next day to make a new appointment and was told they could not fit me in for another week. The scheduler gave no empathy or apology for this inconvenience and basically told me I was wrong because my car is more run on the computer than anything else. I have now taken my business to Tasca who were very nice and fixed my car fully in only a few hours. They also did a full assessment of my car and offered other services available to me. I would not recommend Bald Hill service. Additionally when I was driving the rental back to the dealership a man honked at me and asked me to roll my window down he accused me of smoking in one of “his cars”. I was chewing gum and have never smoked in my life. I felt uncomfortable and upset regarding the whole experience.

I lease a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Twice within the last year, my car has failed to start for an extended period of time... not turning over at all. I brought my car to the dealership both times and they could not diagnose the issue. About a week ago I went to the gas pump to fill up, and when I went to leave, the jeep would not attempt to start. I had to have AAA tow my car to the dealership. The dealership told me I put diesel fuel in my Jeep... when I called the gas station, they don't even sell diesel fuel. The dealership told me the gas must be contaminated. I found this odd because I was the only one in the hour that I was stranded at the gas station who broke down. Anyway, I paid almost 500 dollars to have my fuel tank "cleaned." I called the gas headquarters to get my money refunded. Immediately they came out and gathered samples. Turns out the gas is 100% not contaminated! I have official documentation to prove it. For the last week, I have been trying to reach the service manager and general manager, but I only get answering machines. Furthermore, no one has returned any of my numerous calls. Something sketchy seems to be going on here. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Walked around the lot for a good 45 minutes and not one sales rep came to see if I needed help. Walked inside and found a sales rep. Explained what I was looking for but they stated they didn’t have one and couldn’t order one. Then I explained I was trading my vehicle in (paid off). They tried low ball me on my vehicle and tried over charging me on a used vehicle. When I spoke directly to the used car manager and stated exactly how I was being ripped off he stated he wouldn’t budge on the price because of the way I’m dressed. I was wearing jeans, T-shirt and a hat. Um it’s a Jeep dealership didn’t know I was supposed to walk in wearing a suit and tie. He’s very rude and disrespectful.

Very easy oil changes. I always purchase the 4 pack with tire rotations. You need to make an appointment now...no more express service but no problem. Made an appointment on Friday for early Saturday morning. They took my car right away. I made myself a coffee, grabbed some reading material, and positioned myself to view the big screen TV. In no time, my oil change was completed providing a detailed report of all inspection points and level of condition. No upselling. No hassell. Just friendly efficient service!

Purchased a used vehicle here. The interior was not cleaned well upon delivery. Animal hair all over the inside. Among other things. So I had it cleaned professionally right away mainly because my son is allergic. And he was having reactions. Also it was starting to develop a odor. I told the dealership about this they were not willing to do anything for me other than say "sorry I should have taken it back to them." I then was sent this link to leave a review. Not happy!

Also when I test drove it the radio display read "reprogramming needed" but when I got it they never reset clock. I can not figure how to do it even reading manual. I gave Bald Hill Dodge a 3 star versus a 5 star for two reasons. The speed of the actual recall service exceeded my expectations. However, I contacted Bald Hill months ago when I received my recall notice. I was told the necessary parts were not available and that I would be contacted when they came in. After waiting months, I called again and was given a flimsy and unacceptable excuse that I wasn't contacted because there was a long list of recalls. However, they were able to schedule a service appointment almost immediately. The long list must have disappeared.

Everyone at the counter was pleasant to deal with and certainly made an attempt to help me out in a timely manner. However, my appointment was in the system on the incorrect date, although it was definitely confirmed for the 3rd when made online. I ended up leaving the vehicle, as I was told it would be serviced at some point...it was there the entire day. Tires were rotated, as requested, and they tried to fix the clunky noise I had been hearing. I was told to drive it for a while to see what happens...although something is different, and quieter, the noise is not completely gone. Will have to make a second appointment soon.

Very expensive I just bought a charger '09 and was looking for a factory stereo system to install into it as the one I bought has none all of the wiring is still in tact all original harnesses still there thankfully the previous owner installed the aftermarket correctly and they wanted $1200 for a 10 yr old factory double din and on top of that $128 per hour to install it. They were very helpful and friendly staff though. But would only go here on necessity not alot of dodge dealers In my area so looks like i don't have much choice if i need factory. Here's a pic of my car anyways..(I did not buy here FYI).

Had a strange security problem with my Durango, and found out that restting the Sentry Guard module was a dealer only fix. I expected the typical big dealer runaround and fees. Instead, Vicki and the techs there got it worked out quickly and for an honest price. Its only one repair, but I'm looking at them differently. Every service department should have someone like Vicki.

My jeep stalled several times and the last time it happened in took 20 minutes to start. Drove to the dealership to leave it. They had no courtesy cars to offer. Told me I had to get permission from jeep for a rental. I got the permission and the service department called enterprise which paid for a rental. Three days later my jeep was ready. I was told that the problem was low on oil causing the vehicle to stall. The idiot light never came on to indicate an oil problem, and it was less than 4500 miles since the last service which was done at bald hill. I was told that there have been problems with the 1.4 engines. I asked if this has been reported to jeep. The reply was no because they cannot prove it.. very uncomfortable with this visit. The following week I had a call from enterprise asking if I returned the keys for the rental car. .seems like the keys were misplaced at the dealership. Omg.
