I had to rent a car at the last minute for a funeral. They were very accommodating and cheaper than Enterprise or Hertz. I was in and out of the office in about 10 mins. I had to pay per mile, but at the last min for a weekend rental it still ended up being $50-$60 cheaper than what I would have paid at one of the national chains. Very polite and will definitely rent from them again in the future! Thanks!

Spoke to the boss over the phone we went over rates. So I tried to setup the rental over the phone an the guy insisted on me coming down to the shop. I told him I would be walking down there he said ok come on down we will take care of u. So it took me 30 mins to walk there. I get there an ask to setup a rental An the associate says oh we have no cars. So he called his boss an his boss says oh only he can do the rental An he's gonna b back in 45 mins. So why did he have me come down there knowing he wasn't goin to b there nor any1 of his employees could help. I will never go there again poor service

I reserved the car a week ahead of time. When I got there I was asked why was I renting a car when I already have one. I let him know I was doing a day trip and wanted something more comfortable. I was then told the only thing he had was for local only. It was not posted on the wall of rates or mentioned in any way when I made the reservations.
