Bought a 2013 journey from them had car issues they fixed we were pleased not long after we found the journey didnt start we contacted them at Eds USA and said that we have to have the car towed to them and the wrecker would arrive at their facility around 2:15 Kathy says we close at 2pm saturday we are comming from Hawley PA but if we want to pay the $ 65. after hour charge someone would stay WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS IS THAT FROM A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO BE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ALS HAD AN ISSUE ABOUT A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER WANTING TO MAKE PAYMENTS TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT ON THE APPLICATION IF SOMEONE WANTS TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR SOMEONE THEY CAN MAYBE EDS AUTO JUST ISNT ABOUT PEOPLE ITS ABOUT REPO AND RESALE............BRANDON WAS GREAT NO HASSLE WITH SELLING VERY GOOD GUY TO DEAL WITH today 1/18/2019 called spoke with Nellie very ignorant person being in this line of work telling someone DONT GO THERE its in the lease contract we pay insurance had a 1000 deduct but they want 500, had to pay more, they are very quick to shut off the cars, worst person to deal with avoid nellie

Rented a large suv for a family trip to Long Island. Customer service was excellent, the rate was better than a chain outfit, and the vehicle was very well maintained and extremely comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone for a rental.

I purchased a 2008 Chrysler town and country on 11/3/17 with $1500 down deposit. On 11/13/17 the van needed $1094.33 worth of work done on it because as me and my family was on I80 the calibers locked up causing the van to smoke and almost caught fire. They replace the rotor the tire sensor and the caliber. On 11/21/17 back in the shop again the left outer tire rod an alignment breaks grinding when driving. Total work $1178.85 11/30/17 Back again the left front strut 2 front rotors sliding doors don't work my daughter almost got her hand caught in there. $566.61. On 12/14/17 I was told my van wasn't fixable so I asked for my $1500 deposit back because of all I went threw Diana told me no I had to pretty much settle for something else . I felt I was treated unfair because I came there to get a van that fits my family my 3 kids are all tall so to get into the Mazda cx9 that they gave me was not suitable for my family but I pretty much had no choice in the matter due to them not wanting to give me my money back . Keep in mind I paid all my payments on time on this as all this was going on. Well the Mazda as I'm on I81 driving back to home there is absolutely no heat it was coming out and then stopped all cold air in the winter time . Had to keep pulling over to clean my windows. Well the Mazda needed a blow motor oil pressure switch and a new filter. On 1/3/18 Me and my kids where on I81 and at 65 mph the car just shut off causing the tractor trailer to swerve into the other lane just missing the car this could have turned out very bad . I called eds auto and they told me well it's almost time for us to leave we can't really do anything until the next day I said so what am I got to do they said pay to have it towed I had to pay to have it towed because my insurance only covered so much then I had to find someone to come get my kids before the tow truck would even take the car.The next day they told me oh sorry but there wasnt much we could have done. Couple of days later I got a call and was told the motor went in the Mazda. So I mentioned again about getting my money back was told no. I said so what am I to do they said they will fix the Mazda and I can keep driving the rental mean while I'm still paying my bi weekly payments on time. A couple of days later I was on the site and I noticed the 08 van I had was back on the site so I called and I asked how is that possible I was told it was fixed. Really then why wasn't it given back to me then? So I asked to speak to the owner never happened the next call I got was we can switch you back into the van I got the van back and still have problems with it. When I mention it I'm told I'm an unsatisfied customer not true I trusted them and this is what I been going threw I have all the paperwork and slips for the couple of rentals . I feel like i taken advantage of and should have been refunded my deposit to go else where. They are money hungry and if your payment is 1 day late they nag you for 25 fee

So purchased a car here we took our last $1,000 that was supposed to go towards our mortgage on this because I was suppose to have a job but the job fell through car had problems right from the start they said they ran it through their shop but when I pulled off the lot it had a it had a leak and it felt like it was going to fall apart on the interstate I'm not going to put my family's life in danger driving a vehicle that shakes like that God only knows what else they missed that they would have not gotten taken care of so we decided to take it back because of the money and because who knows what else could have happened to the car that we would have to pay for out-of-pocket if they missed other things only had the car for 4 days put maybe four hundred miles on it we still couldn't even get none of that money back they're just money hungry that's all I don't care if it was my fault or theirs they still give at least a couple hundred dollars back but to them it doesn't matter even though I explain the financial situation before we bought the vehicle

Have not done business there since 2010 and have ,o intention to ever do so. Over the years I brought them business out the wazoo through a compAny I worked for renting their over prices run down cube vans and when I rented a car for personal use returned it ON TIME, EARLY IN FACT Eds daughter inspected the car and claimed there was damage that I know WAS NOT THERE WHEN I RETURNED IT....AND THIS LADY ( I won't use the tee. I'm thinking due to respect) insisted that I was a liar and put a microscopic scratch on passenger side rear fender behind tire. J guarantee thAt they buffed it out for 15shucks a,d kept my depositor 250. Scum rip offs

Paying 600 a month for a 2011 Chevy equinox. That’s a note for a brand new car not to mention repairs that have to be made and being over charged. I don’t know how they have good reviews.

I needed to rent a car for my wife and after calling multiple places Eds were the only one who had reasonable rates. I had no problem with the car or the staff for Schuylkill county this is very surprising I highly recommend them and they also sell the cars they rent.

Dont do any business with this place they sold us a car with a faulty tyranny when we took it took get it fixed by them the first time they tried to say it was just a quart low on tyranny fluid. Still didn't fix it so we take it back and they want to charge us $650 while its still under warranty for labor and fluid and money down on the tyranny. These People are a joke.

Price for renting a vehicle was much more than Enterprise and they were much stricter on return times. Had to pick up vehicle on Sunday and they are only open till 11 and was told anything after 24 hours I would be charged.

Horrible place to do business with. Will rent out a vehicle that has bad tires then tell you to deal with and latef bill your insurance and commit fraud by filing a judgment against you as well.

About a month ago, I reserved a 5X8 cargo trailer. I pre-arranged this because they aren't open evenings and I couldn't get there until a half hour before closing. I needed everything ready to go so I could get it loaded before dark. I asked if it came with a load lock. I was told no, but it had places where you could fasten straps to hold the load in place. When we arrived to pick it up, there was a marker light not working and a turn signal not working. the jack did not go up all the way, so it drug on the ground if there was a little bit of a hill. We had to wait till they tried to get everything working...never did get the jack to go up. Upon arriving home and starting to load it, we saw there was NO Place to hook in any kind of load straps. Strongly disappointed!

Never had a problem with Ed's until today. Last week my card number was entered wrong for my payment, when I noticed they called I called back. I was told my payment was late, we called and left a voicemail. I told them my voice mail doesn't work and paid them $100 of the payment promising to pay the balance the following week. Called to pay today had a late fee attached to the balance when I asked why you entered my card numbers wrong I was told " I know nothing about that" also they told me I said I had my voicemail fixed (untrue). Made it sound like it was totally my fault. This was the only problem I ever had on the car side.

I am on I cant count how many vehicles with Eds as I normally get another one every 2 to 3 years due to the amount of miles I use on them. Its like family when you walk in they know your name and they even know my sons name. Always there to help when I have questions and always polite and friendly!

Yeah if i could give a 0 i would NEVER do business with them. I too will be filing a report with the BBB. I had a 2008 chevy cruse oh no wait it was a 2013 . Its just the first letter they sent me AFTER sneaking down to take the car back AFTER begging us to keep it said 2008. i dont think they even know what POS they leased to me. A lady did hit me in the front and i submitted a claim. Well eds after taking the POS back much to our pleasure decided to submit another claim and bill us for damages that were on there before we leased it. And then accused me of cancelling it! I have it all on email. Well i cant cancel a claim i didn't submit. My insurance carrier did cause they weren't sure why two claims were submitted. My recommendation is to take pics before leaving the lot.

Dont get a vehicle here place is a joke. Had my vehicle here 4 times since I got it for transmission issues kept saying nothing wrong. Finally after taking it to aamco and them saying something is wrong and telling Ed's they found something. They didnt wanna take responsibility for the issue which started day I drove the vehicle home. They say one thing and do another. Best bet would be go to another buy here pay here unless u wanna waste your money !!!!!!
