I was unhappy with the limited selection of cars. I was told the only car available was a Kia Soul. When I stated to the agent that I wouldn't rent the Kia soul she told me that was my only option. I declined. An Avid location at an International Airport in Cleveland with only one vehicle. Come on really

Signage was terrible. No idea where to pull up to to drop off the car. Employees told us to just leave it there and they will check it in later and email the receipt. Overall the experience lacked professionalism.

Shuttle bus service to and from the terminal is good. Never more than a few minute wait in either direction. Ride time is about 7 minutes. Biggest misses are the road signs exiting the facility with your rental car to get you to the main roads.

Avis was a mess. However the center was clean and easy to het there to return car. Shuttle will take you to aorport. Wish they had more directional signs when leaving the center with rental.
