Great service here! A friend was coming through town on his way back to Idaho when he had a problem with his Honda motortrike. The service department took care of the problem so he could get back on the road safely. He had been to thee other dealerships that couldn't or wouldn't help him.

Techs aren't very good at troubleshooting. They had my 600RR for several days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Had to pay $400 for nothing because they got nowhere. They probably would have charged me hundreds more if I didn't ask to get my bike back. I finally figured out what was wrong myself and fixed the problem.

This was my first motorcycle purchase here and by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The staff was great and the sale was quick and easy. I saw an add for a fresh trade online and I stopped to see it and get some oil. It had been stored a long time and hadn't even been serviced yet so I offered cash for the bike as is. They gave me an even better deal than I thought I would get on a bike that just needed a good tune-up. I come here often for oil and parts and I always find what I need. Thank you Pure Power Sports.
