Daughter and husband bought a car here. Haven't even owned it 1 year and the tranny went out. Took it to the dealership in Billings Montana and they were told that car should have never been put on the lot for sale. It is so rusted underneath that even the bolts crumble. They figure it sat in water for quite sometime! They also said the speedometer had been messed with, although there was still a warranty on it because of the miles they wouldn't cover it because of that and because it wasn't worth fixing! This isn't the first time there was trouble with it either. This place rips you off big time! Be aware everyone! BE AWARE!

The Goose is Loose

Came in on a Saturday. Looking to trade in our 2010 Explorer. Test drove a Lexus RX400h, my wife didn't care for it (smaller than I thought). But she (my wife) spotted a 2005 Expedition on the lot. I was kind of hesitant on it, due to the fact it has the notorious Triton 5.4L. Luckily Autorama kept the service records (which was a key selling point for me) and, all the major services had already been done also, it had been EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED by previous owners. Also we were able to purchase an extended warranty. Brian and Corey were really easy and great to work with. We highly recommend purchasing vehicles from them. Thank you, my wife absolutely LOVES her Expedition!!!!!

I had previously bought a chrysler from here. It was a good car, alot of work was put into it.... but I ended up with damage from an accident. Carter was generous enough to give me $1000 back for it, and got a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Plus they gave me two gift cards for car washes and a full tank of gas!!!! They were so friendly and have a better selection of newer used cars!!!

I called to negotiate a price on a truck. Josh Hardin said we are not negotiators. I told him I will look somewhere else then. He didn't hang up the phone and started talking crap. Josh said I was an idiot for offering to pay $10,000 on a $13,000 vehicle. For 2 minutes I didn't hang up the phone. So for 2 minutes he talked disrespectful about a potential customer. Keep this in mind before you walk in their door.

I bought a car from Carter Heiser, and he is a great salesman. I needed a vehicle; something not too expensive but reliable. I ended up with a Suzuki Rodeo and it was a great SUV. I had extremely bad credit at the time but Carter took a chance on me! I was worried he wouldn't sell me the vehicle but he was so great to work with. There were only a couple of times that I ran into problems making a payment and he worked with me on my financial issues and made it easy for me to keep my vehicle until the end. TJ and Josh made the buying process simple and quick. They were honest about their vehicles which really helped me choose. A few days shy of a month after I bought my Jeep it developed an electrical quirk. Carter and Josh worked with me to make sure the issue was fixed. They paid for the repair and provided a loaner van while my Jeep was in the shop. Highly recommend Autorama!

There vehicles they sell you have so many problems with them. Purchased two vehicles from them, and within days had to put thousand of dollars into each of them. Please if they let you have your mechanic check over them before you decide to make a big purchase. It feels like they "fix" the vehicle just so long it last until you drive it off the lot.
