I was going on a church trip to Florida with 15 kids aged 7-12. We decided to rent a RV so the kids could have some fun. We were planning to leave on Sunday but the Friday before, the man that we were renting the RV never showed with the van and took my money. At this point I’m clueless on what to do as I have all these kids and no way to get them to Florida. The next morning, I called around and no one had any vans available until I called Simple. Jessica was so nice to me and was able to provide me with a 15 seater van on the spot. I told her that I was coming from NY and was on my way and she waited for me to get there even tho they were soon closing. Pedro was also a great help and he made sure the van was in perfect condition for us to take that drive. The process was extremely easy and quick and the people are so nice. The trip to Florida was a breeze. The wasn’t any shaking and it was smooth sailing. I am actually glad that the RV didn’t work out or else I would not have found Simple. I getting married at the end of the month and I’m going back to rent another van from them because I trust their vans and they are super friendly. Would I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Thank you Simple for making my trips easy as 123 :)

One of the best rental company used. I was referred to this place by my auto mechanic and was pleased from the beginning. They picked me up from my location to their office to fill out paperworks and was off to go! My only constructive feedback would be that it seems a bit ridiculous to me that the company makes you vacuum your rental car yourself or else pay a $25 cleaning fee. It would be one thing if you totally trashed a car's interior but a basic vacuuming by the company seems like it should be part of the price of the rental.

I recently rented a van for my family to attend my sons wedding in Florida. The customer service was superb!!!! On the phone and in person. The warmth I felt over the phone was even more in person. In today’s society you cannot find a company with both politeness and respect let’s not forget MANNERS!!! These word truly cannot express the genuine hospitality displayed!! More importantly my families safety! They were more concern we made it back safely due to the last snow storm that they called me and said don’t worry if you have to stay an extra day. We want you to be safe. I was worried about the extra cost for the day but was grateful for the call!! We I did return the van without me asking. They gave me a discount on the extra day!!!! We rented a 15 passenger van over the last weekend here. They gave us a really clean, practically brand new white van which the kids enjoyed. There were no hidden fees upon returning, and we had to pay up front, but this place is definitely recommended. The place was a little hard to find, you have to look out for a team motorsports sign, I think it's another business that buys/sells cars as well, can't attest to how the other business works, but the rental was great.
