Went to merchants after hunting online for a used ram 1500. Chris B. assisted in finding one in my price range. While going over paperwork we realized there was another ram on the lot in my price range. He took the time to locate it and we took a look at that one as well. He was very helpful answering all my questions, went over different scenarios to help get an idea of monthly payments, and financing ran the numbers again, extending the payments for an additional twelve months. It was a great experience working with merchants to find a vehicle that is able to do the work it needs to. There was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely go back to merchants for another vehicle. Thank you merchants for a great experience.

Came in on short notice and originally test drove one vehicle (mini-van). The car was warm when we got in it and Steve "Skip" Jackson knew this vehicle. Allowing my wife and I to chat along the test drive and be patient is always key for me. He was relaxed and let us take in the experience. We opted to not get the vehicle after a day or two of thought. Skip understood and left things alone for a few days. My wife was in an accident and the need to get a car grew when mine broke down. We called Skip and gave him some new parameters and within an hour he had a vehicle for us to look at. After a short time, we were driving home in our new vehicle. Skip was able to take great care of us as he handed us off to a great financing department who were open with our options and at no time did we feel any pressure. That's big considering auto buying is one of my least favorite things to do :) Get in and see Skip Jackson if you need some vehicle love and let him take good care of you while he keeps you on your toes with some great stories! I can not say enough great things about this dealership! I sent a text because I wanted to test drive a vehicle, test drive, never was in the mood to buy right away. Can I just say I was contacted by Jonathan by text and email, he never once pestered me with phone calls, Offered me times to come in, again no pressure. I show up and Heath is at the door to great me like I am a special guest! And he takes me on my test drives He would have let me drive all of the cars if I wanted to. This is the third car we have bought from Merchant Auto. We loved our salesman Richard. This last car we purchased we were told had four new tires on it when I kept getting low tire pressure. I took it to a tire placed that showed me that only one tire was new the other three were original to the car. Scott the sales manager I spoke with was rude I asked to speak with Richard. He called and spoke with me and I told him we would be willing to absorb half the cost of new tires 225 and ask that they pay the other half as I had put 16000 miles in the vehicle. Scott refused to pay the other half. You would think that good customer service customer service would be Scott's game as a sales manager. He absolutely refused to do so after we had purchased three vehicles. We would never buy or recommend Merchants again due to the Manger Scott's decision. I think 225 would be a small price for a repeat customer.

Funny story... my husband actually reached out to Merchants over a year ago to look into buying a new vehicle for me. Gene was really helpful, but at the last minute we decided not to make a new car purchase and opted to just make due with the vehicle we had.
