Despite having a reservation at another rental company, when I arrived they had no car for me. Key had a car available... and for less. Super easy to rent. In and out and on my way. Very pleased.

Amazingly Simple! This experience couldn't have been easier. I dropped off my car for repair and picked up my rental in one easy stop. When my car was ready I just dropped the rental off and drove away in my car. They charged my insurance and did all the paperwork for me. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and to top it off the prices were the best in town. Highly recommended.

I have regularly rented from Key Rent A Car for several months and have found them to be courteous, reliable, responsive and entirely enjoyable. I deal with Eric Desautels virtually every time I rent and I value his competence and thoughtfulness. For example, on one occasion (travelling from Concord to Hartford, CT), he noticed that the weather report predicted freezing rain that evening. He switched my rental from a regular car to an SUV and, by doing that, probably prevented a dangerous situation from occurring. Renting from them is a pleasure and I'm grateful that they are in Concord.
