Salesperson Bob Morrissette went above and beyond to find the exact F150 we were looking to purchase. It came from another state, arrived when promised and our purchase experience was completed within a couple of hours. We received a crash course on the vehicle and electronics and drove home. There was a crack in some molding which no one noticed on purchase day. But when notified, F of L promptly ordered the piece and scheduled the repair. We had great experience at F of L when we purchased vehicles there before which is why we returned to make this purchase. Excellent!

Ended up not buying the vehicle here do to color preferance but the salesperson, John was very friendly and helpful. The weekend sales manager or whoever seemed to be in charge seemed unfriendly and confrontational but that wasnt a big deal to me. I would have been happy to buy the vehicle here if the color of the car was what I wanted.

Fantastic experience. Ask for Kevin Lavoie. I did all my research and price shopped hard. Kevin was candid about my trade in, worked to find the exact vehicle I wanted, spent almost an hour going over the features of the vehicle and has a good sense of humor. NO PRESSURE! I was told my truck was at the dealership, but when I arrived an hour later with a cashier's check to purchase the truck No sale. It was explained to me the financial rep took the day off. So the truck was not leaving. I then asked why I was told to drive an hour down and bring a check made out to Londonderry of Ford. No explanation just attitude and demeaning remarks. My only reply was then keep your truck. I have never seen such disrespect from a dealership in my life. I will never do business nor recommend this dealership to anyone unless you like being treated like trash.

4.8 stars for this place? Bad at answering phones and on top of it. Takes forever to do anything on your car. It feels like they have 1 tech working there. Nice people though but they need to hire more techs. They seem like they can't handle it.

I reached out to Ford of Londonderry regarding a used car we saw online. Kevin immediately got in touch with me and we arranged a time to come in and see the car. He had the car up front and ready to test drive the moment we pulled in. Kevin was so nice and pleasant and answered all our questions. We were buying the car for our son who is active duty military stationed overseas but will be returning stateside soon and wanted us to keep an eye out for a great deal which we found at Ford of Londonderry! Roger worked really hard to find a loan for my son that I could sign for using my Power of Attorney. Roger was able to find that loan through Ford credit and we bought the car for our son. I cannot thank Roger and Kevin enough for their perseverance and getting a great deal for our sons first car purchase. I highly recommend Kevin, Roger and Ford of Londonderry for all your car needs! It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.

Test drove a vehicle. Gave them a deposit, told them not to run ANY credit information until I had someone come down and look at it for me as they were going to be putting the loan in their name... Not only did they run my credit, 11 MONTHS LATER they did it again! Over 6 hard inquires on my credit and still continuing to do it AFTER I told them not to, AFTER I took back my deposit and AFTER 11 months they did it again!!!! Do not trust these people with your information!!!! I can only imagine the shady stuff they would have done had I boughton a car from them!

Now that I moved and need the stock parts to check mpt tuning they dodge my calls regarding ordering my parts promised at purchase. Because of this the warranty is not covered. Criminal.

I want to thank Marybeth for trying to help with figuring out the problem with my truck, even though we still haven't found anything. The first diagnosis was something to do with spark plugs we changed the ones the paperwork said too. Still the same issue.(charged for the diagnose). Called Marybeth back she said bring it in again (No charge). This time was told it was my transmission (Just had my transmission rebuilt by Dr. Steve's still under warranty so I bring it back up to them. They check it out and replace it with another transmission still the same problem)I'm at my wits end.

For a dealer, the service adviser's are friendly and willing to help. I brought two vehicles in for a recall and had them worked on and they were done within a day. I even had an issue with a broken oil dipstick on my 13' Escape and one of the technicians drilled it out for me free of charge. Howard, one of the service writer's is extremely personable and friendly and dealt with my issues. I will need to bring our 12' Focus back there for some potential transmission issues - but right now the cost for a diagnosis is a little out of reach. My one complaint is that - of course; they're expensive because they're a dealer; which makes bringing a car in for a simple diag - a little pricey.

Utter scam artists. Try to charge you $300 for rear brake pads, and "resurfacing" the rotors. $300 doesn't even cover new rotors. To reiterate: This dealership advertises cheap inspections, finds some flim flam item to fix on your car that costs them $10 and 10 minutes of labor, and charges you a 1500% upcharge for the courtesy. Absolute garbage.

I have not bought from here, but I have had my car serviced here, and I recently (April 2018) considered buying a Ford against other brands in the subcompact SUV class. While the car did not turn out to be the best match for my needs, my salesperson, Daryn, was helpful, friendly, warm, and low-pressure. As for their service department, back in 2014/15, they were fantastic to me. Friendly, helpful. Not too quick on a Saturday, and "dealership service" pricing, of course, but overall a pleasant, stress-free experience. I am a woman, but they spoke to me with respect, and on the appropriate level for my knowledge base (moderate) for anything my car needed.

Bob was an excellent, helpful sales associate who we dealt with during our 3 visits. He showed us the Honda CR-V which we first viewed online, opened the car for us, and offered a test drive during our first visit. Upon returning to the dealership for a test drive, he immediately pulled the car out for the test drive, He accompanied us and wanted to make sure we got it on the interstate for a higher speed ride along with the back streets of Londonderry. He had gone the extra mile by Googling the 3rd-party remote starter that came with the car and showed us how to use it. Both Bob and his manager were very transparent about the price of the vehicle and the value of our trade-in. A reasonable, low-pressure concession was made to get the price down to a point we felt comfortable with. As residents of Londonerry, we felt good buying locally and they appreciated selling locally. Our 3rd visit was to pick up the Honda which was nicely washed and detailed inside and out, and provided with a NH state inspection. The finance manager Roger was fully prepared to provide us an auto loan at a reasonable rate through a local bank that we are members of. He quickly stepped us through all documents that needed signing and clearly explained each one. All 3 people that we dealt with for our purchase congratulated us, emphasized that we contact them with if any issues or questions arise, and offered us to make use of their full service department. Ford of Londonderry is a very professional auto dealership whose emphasis is on customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Ford of Londonderry neglected to tell us that we needed to go back for another test of the computer to complete the 2018 inspection. My wife got pulled over several months later by the police and had no idea she was driving around with an expired sticker. Thankfully the Londonderry police did not ticket her. When we brought the car back in after the traffic stop, they re-inspected the car and found an issue that was going to cost $1800 to fix, essentially holding the car hostage because it was not legal to drive without the sticker. I had it brought to Chad's Auto Repair in Derry and he was able to fix the issue for $500 less than Ford of Londonderry offered me at their "discount price" for the poor service.

Bought my brand new car from you, went in for an oil change received a scratch on my door deep enough that it had to be sanded and painted, after the employee tried to hide it he admitted to doing it. Was sent to ford auto body to be repaired, the first time I showed up I was told it would take multiple days so I requested a rental car, they had none available, so we rescheduled. the fact that they just expected me to be with out a car for four days is pretty funny. I return next week to drop off, when I finally pick up my car to inspect door there were more Scraches on the door, these ones weren’t deep so they could be buffed out, but the fact that I had to point it out to the manager and constantly make sure they were doing there job is ridiculous. I was sent away why they buffed it out, I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be common practice to wax and buff after a paint job. When I returned it was finally done and I will say it looked good. Upon returning home I opened my door and see scratches in the inside of the door frame, I assume this happened during the painting. I know they’re not from me because I detailed my car the following month and its brand new. I’m done I can’t even be bothered to call back and complain, they’ve worn me down and after all that I would of expected the oil change or something to be compensated. I will never return here again.

I just bought a new Ford Edge there yesterday. When I arrived at the dealership John Kowak met me and my wife. He showed us the dealership and then we met with the general manager and many other people there. After that, he showed us the process we would be following to learn more about the Ford Edge. We took a test drive and experienced how it handled on bumpy roads and noisy highways. It was a great experience as this vehicle performed excellently under these conditions. When we got back, he showed us the many other features of the vehicle. We were still interested so he showed us the pricing and incentives. Everything was very transparent. For example, when we got to my trade-in vehicle, he showed us how the trade-in allowance was calculated. I then countered this and this resulted in a more favorable trade-in value. The Ford incentives were also explained as well as the dealer preparation fee. It was a joy dealing with Londonderry Ford. I have dealt with many other dealers in the past which were not as transparent and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone I know. One last thing is this, I cannot believe the few negative reviews listed in this column. But I guess some people just have bad days.

This comes from someone who has been in retail business for over 20 years and I'm a car person who typically has a few cars at any given time and purchase at least 1 new car every 12 months. I still can't believe how quick and easy they made this. I found a truck in their inventory that had all of the options I had been looking for. I contacted them, they give me an incredible price. I thought from there they would try make it up on my trade in, I knew my trade ins value. I drove the 2 hours away that I lived to give it a shot anyway. They actually gave me more than I had hoped for my high number on trade in. Deal done. I have never had an experience this great in the previous 20+ cars I have bought. Thanks to the sales manager and Daryn for putting this deal together. Also, believe the over 500 reviews with a 4.8 rating. Sorry for taking 4 months for writing this long over due positive review.

FUN "FORD HEADQUARTERS" FACT: Customer complaint cost = $130 (You have to pay for a vehicle diagnosis before you can complain) FUN "FORD OF LONDONDERRY" FACT: Roger from service is very condescending Problem: i have a 97 explorer with a bcm problem. I was very aggressivly asked if i knew it was that and how i knew. When i told him how i knew he said i should have it brought in to ford so they can run a diagnosis. After i finally got him to understand im not a moron. He told me reprogramming the bcm could be impossible no matter if it was refurbished and all i could do was pay them and hope. A BCM computer shouldent be hard for a dealership to reprogram...so i called manchesters ford dealership, and the tech said it would be no problem to reprogram and personally guarenteed he could do it. Closing thoughts: suck it up and go to Manchester.
