A VEGAS MUST-DO! These guys are great. Super nice, accommodating, professional, and with a fleet of cars that would make anyone drool. They went out of their way to get us the cars we wanted, when we wanted them, and where it was most convenient for us. The cars are insane. We spent a day with a Maserati and had a blast. Then we drove a Lamborghini. People actually stopped us to take pictures with the car! I will make this part of my Vegas adventure anytime I go out. Five solid stars.

Awesome to work with, they made the exotic rental process so easy. Rented a Porsche convertible for a day to drive up to valley of fire. It was the perfect car for that trip. We were staying right at the SLS, so diplomat was the perfect location. They even dropped us off at the convention center in a rolls Royce the next day. This is what above and beyond customer service looks like. Communication through out the entire rental process was top notch. If you want to rent an exotic while in Vegas put Diplomat at the top of your list!

I recently rented Diplomat's Ferrari for my father as a Christmas present and I was blown away with the experience. The detail they put into explaining every aspect of the rental process as well as the specs of each car is incredible. Sheer excitement. I rented the Ferrari California for a 7 hour period and could not have been happier. The guys delivered the car to the Cosmo (where we were staying), gave me a "tour" of the car, signed the rental agreement, and was on my way grinning ear to ear! We took the car out to Red Rock and up to Mt. Charleston, then back to vegas. The whole trip was right at 150 miles (what is allotted without additional charges) and took almost the whole time after stops and sightseeing. The trip was AMAZING. Not only are the mountains gorgeous, but to climb them in a gorgeous Ferrari was a dream come true. I will definitely do it again, and with the service I received from Diplomat, I will rent through them. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks guys!

I’ll start off by saying I was a little skeptical. I decided that I wanted to rent a Z06 Corvette during my stay in Vegas but was worried there was a bunch of hidden charges and stipulations. I called one of the other companies that advertised 399 and find out that after all of their additional fees it would have cost me over 800 out the door for 4 hrs! I found Diplomat online and thought I would give them a shot before giving up on the idea. I found that they had a Z06 Corvette the next day and was able to book it online which was very convenient. Again I was skeptical that it was too short notice and that the car wasn’t actually going to be avail. I booked it online and called to ask if there were any hidden fees like the other company. I was told that the price I saw online was all I would pay! 399 + tax for 4 hours (around $430). I thought this was very reasonable. Went ahead and reserved it. Next day I arrived an hour early and they already had the car just as pictured online staged and ready for my wife and I. Two guys where there waiting for us, sent me a detailed video of the vehicles condition for theirs and my protection, walked me through the features of the car and off I went! Literally was 10 min max from arrival til I got the key and was off to enjoy the next 4 hours of pleasure! Super easy to drop off as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to rent an exotic car! Their customer service was exceptional and they had everything from Ferrari to Lamborghini to Bentley’s. I will be using them for every upcoming visit it Vegas. Could not have been more impressed with how painless and amazing this whole experience was from start to finish. If you want one of the extremely exotic cars you prob need to book a couple weeks in advance but if it says it’s avail online then it’s available :-). Don’t pass up on this experience. Totally worth every penny.

I really can't say how great the customer service is of the individuals that work at this place. I rented the Stingray and They were extremely outgoing and accommodating and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. I am a firm believer in voting with your money and understanding that every dollar you spend with a business you are voting to keep them going and supporting them and I really enjoyed the whole experience and will use them again over anyone else. I have rented all types of cars all over the world and never before have I experienced such impeccable service when dealing with a rental company. Diplomat really went above and beyond to provide a completely seamless experience. The car I rented (a white Audi R8) was delivered to my hotel right on time and picked up at exactly the time they said they would be there. The staff I dealt with were all really down to earth and knowledgeable about all the vehicles they had to offer, which I find is rare in the high end car world. They offer a very customer-friendly experience that makes them the reason I will rent from them every time I'm in Las Vegas.

I had one of the best experiences renting the BMW M3. Mike is the one who dropped it off at the airport for us to take to our hotel, very nice and informative. Car was very clean and detailed. Man.... I've been coming to Las Vegas for the last 15 years. Let's say I've done it all..or at least I thought I did! This last trip I rented the black 2016 Hurucan. I haven't had this much fun in years and was the best money I've ever spent in LV! I'm not getting hooked up for a review or a fake blogger etc..I actually had this much fun! The price never changed. The car was brand new with low miles. No governor and no BS. The staff was helpful, friendly and the location was discreet and top notch. Not like the other rentals on the strip that are just cheesy and low class. I rented for 24 hrs, provided valid ID and insurance and I was off in minutes. I returned vehicle with no questions and a thank you for your business. Imagine that everything as advertised and then some. I will definitely be doing this each trip from here on out!

I'm one of those people that never write reviews but I had to rave about this rental service!! I went to Vegas for my 21st birthday and wanted to treat myself to an exotic rental and I chose a M3 since it was one of my dream cars. They kept the car very clean, inspected the car with me and and even pointed out areas that I didn't see. Everything gets processed almost immediately and I had almost no trouble getting my insurance to go with the rental. When I went to drop off the car, they offered to drive me back to my hotel instead of paying for a taxi or the monorail. The car itself was amazing, and it didn't have just standard features that most companies use. It had the Harman/Kardon audio, navigation, and almost every safety feature you can ask for. I will definitely use this company next time I go to Vegas. Do not use anyone else!! They will scam you!!

If you're wanting to have a great experience with exotics this is the place to check out! Diplomat Exotic Rentals is something else, their customer service is on another level, and their vehicles are always looking sharp. I rented out the Lamborghini Huracan for the day and it made my trip to Vegas better than any other trip I've had out there. The amount of head turns, pictures and cheers this vehicle got was insane. Felt like a celebrity driving down the strip in it. Especially the performance of the vehicle just made whole experience so much fun. We did have a little hiccup with the vehicle which isn't something surprising, every vehicle on the road will have an issue with it sooner or later, it just happened to be with us, but when we addressed the issue to them they took matters into their own hands and did not disappoint whatsoever! They picked up the vehicle we had, they didn't get us to fill it back up with gas and didn't charge extra, delivered another Huracan but this one was a convertible! They also renewed the 24 hrs for the one that was dropped off! Also compared to other places that advertise there's no hidden fees, these guys actually have no hidden fees. You tell them what you want or going to need and they'll give you the grand total over the phone. You will not pay a dollar over. All in all a awesome experience and will be returning to them when I'm back in Vegas. Thanks to everyone at Diplomat Exotic Rentals it was a blast!

And they were actually closed and they made it still happen, had the Ferrari 458 delivered to the airport. Couldn’t have been happier. Diplomat does it again. Rent GTS AMG mercedes during 2 days, give it back with only few liters missing (not more than 20 USD, following the picture 3/4 full, not half or less as they declare) they charge us the full tank (69 USD) we call them, but it's "like that, sorry sir" not fair and honest policy on this point as none of they competitor charge a full tank when it only missing few liters. If they are sneaky with this point think about how can they be sneaky on everything if you rent an expensive car... small benefit and unfair policy make you loose customers... EDIT : This company ask us by email to remove this review or they will report it, how can you trust this company if everytime they have a negative review they ask to the customer to delete it ? this review is our experience with them, and we share it to everybody, whatever the company thinks about this review, we don't need they approval. I recommand to not use this company for rent a car due to the bad behavior of the staff. We are a couple at executive level who was there for CES 2019 and we are not satisfied of this service, we will not come back.

We rented the Acura NSX for a night on the Vegas strip. Jacob was very helpful and even picked us up in a Rolls Royce to sign the rental agreement and get the car since we were staying at an RV park nearby. A couple days after we returned the car, Jacob called to let us know we left our wallet in the car. The company then Kindly mailed it to our home in Arizona. We are very thankful for that. I recommend Diplomat Exotic Rentals to any one who wants to splurge on an exciting ride!!!!

The best exotic rental company I've ever dealt with in the U.S. period. These guys will truly show you a great experience. Justin and Mike were there to answer my phone call every time I had a question. I even thought I lost a pair of shades after I returned the car and when I called them they didn't answer right away but Both Mike and Justin returned my phone call within 3-4 minutes to see if someone had returned my call yet. DO NOT waste your time with other rental companies, I've dealt with places on the strip before where their cars had check engine lights, dirty cars and outdated... NOT these guys! All cars were spotless and in 100% working order. Give them a try you will be happy you did! Best prices in town too and you truly feel like your on top of the world! Call them up!

First off, the group of guys who work here are the most friendly, fun and accommodating guys you'll meet. They are just great. I wish I could give them TEN stars. My wife and I flew out to get married, Vegas style, in a drive through! So we rented their Rolls Royce Ghost. This car, was absolutely amazing, and fun. I'm not much of a speed guy, I like luxury, and thought it would be cool to get married IN a Rolls. They also had Ferraris, Lamborghini's, and other high end sports cars. Aside from the car being flawless, inside and out, I can't emphasize enough how accommodating these guys were. They were helpful on sight seeing, went over every function of the car, and were even very flexible about the time I returned it. Even when we returned the car they all came out and hugged us and congratulated us on our marriage, as if we were family. And it felt like we were. I can't wait to come back to Vegas and rent another one of their Exotic cars for our anniversary!!

The entire team at Diplomat rentals were extremely accommodating. From the drop off at my hotel to the pick up. I called them an hour before the appointment for drop off and asked if they could drop off the car a half hour early, they did without question. I also needed the car picked up sooner than I expected due to an issue with my flight. Again I contacted them and again they came right out to pick up the car. Not to mention I rented the Corvette Sting Ray which was in immaculate condition. Detailed with a seriously nice coat of wax and a spotless interior. The car was a head turner. Renting the car for a day was considerably easier than I thought. They dropped the car off at the Valet of my hotel early in the morning and we were off having fun. The pricing was better than any other source I found and there were no surprises at the end. Easy easy easy booking process , we called with general questions then ended up reserving the car before the end of the phone call. The car was exactly as pictured in the confirmation email. The staff was friendly and explained the car to us prior to us leaving the office. Absolutely No hidden fees or surprises before or after our rental, we had a bad experience in the past with a company with luxury tax and tourist tax etc diplomat did not have any surprises. No paper , it was all electronic. We will make this part of our annual trips going forward. If I could rate higher I would!

I picked the M3 up early in the morning and brought it back close to midnight and he was still there working! While I was in town I rented four different vehicles from Diplomat, the Ferrari Italia, Lamborghini Huracán, Acura NSX, and Bentley Continental convertible. Each vehicle was in superb condition; the casino valets treated us like Rock Stars. The Diplomat team treated my wife and I like friends rather than clients, Chris and Jacob were very accommodating to our schedule with respect to the vehicle changes; their sincerity and professionalism contributed to making it a truly memorable week. As we returned the Bentley late in the evening before our flight, Sean drove us to the airport in the Bentley and dropped us off in style.
