The facility itself is less than appealing, a teeny tiny store in strip mall with a crowded parking lot. Sonia at the front desk makes up for this. She is by far the fastest, friendliest, most efficient person I've ever dealt with at a rental car facility. All 5 stars are for her.

Budget did not have a rental vehicle for me or several other customers upon arrival. Additionally, a rental vehicle NEVER BECAME AVAILABLE for me and several other customers that had reservations. The staff at this location made no effort to get us our rentals, and merely resorted to an unapologetic, blame-shifting attitude that was 'not their problem.' They even condescended me on several instances as I offered to wait in their lobby for a vehicle to become available, but after tiring of the remarks they were loudly making amongst themselves (to ensure I could hear and would finally want to just give up and leave) I left, and again, I repeat, neither myself nor several other families received their rental vehicles. I will never use Budget for future rentals based on the horrible experience with this location.

By far the WORST car rental place I have ever been to. The staff was not friendly, our car was not cleaned and our service light came on within hours of receiving the rental. We were told we would get $25 off due to the car not being cleaned and instead they charged us an extra $50! I called and spoke to about 5 different people before finally getting to a manager. He was on his way home and PROMISED to call me first thing the next morning. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from him. I have left several messages but can't get them to even call me back. I will NEVER go with Budget again and I do not recommend this one especially. They are shady , rude and completely unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible. Was on the phone for 1 hour to book a suv and when we got here he says oh you didn't book 24 hours ago so we have nothing. Then he asks will you take our insurance otherwise you will have to proof your own insurance which I could but I just lost it. Horrible ! Never again.

They provided us with a defective car that wouldn't start in the middle of nowhere. Spent hours talking to them over the phone, and then spent 7 hours waiting for another car to be towed to us from another city. Recently returned the car to budget at the airport, and they charged us an extra 3000 dollars on top for the towing service. NOBODY informed us that we would be charged, and it was not our fault in the first place. Sometimes renting a small car for 7 days costs more than the car itself.

This is a small office. There was some confusion about when I would arrive to pick up the car. When I arrived later than expected the woman behind the counter was a little short with me. But when I explained to her why the confusion existed she responded very positively and was very pleasant. The woman who cleaned & prepared three car for me was also pleasant. One star deducted because someone in the Budget call center (not this office) canceled my reservation initial reservation.

Wonderful staff, prompt, friendly service. Car was clean, low mileage, mechanically sound. I was in and out of the office and on my way in a matter of minutes. I even got assistance with a cab to the airport after I returned my rental. I highly recommend this company, and especially this location.

Everything went well. I picked up the van with no problems at all. Fast friendly service. This location is on the strip. Fast friendly check-in too. Vehicle was nice and clean. They do not offer shuttle service which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Very friendly staff. Super quick process to pick up the car and drop it off again. I had an issue with the first car and they gave me another one no questions asked. It can be a little difficult to find, but you have to enter from Convention Center Dr just off of Las Vegas Blvd. Don't turn where the GPS tells you to.

Rental went well until I saw the receipt. They entered in my birthday incorrectly and charged me extra for under 25. I called the office to get it fixed and the lady said she will take care of it. I checked my credit card statement this morning and found i was still overcharged. I had to call budget customer service 1800 number and they said the Las Vegas office never completed the refund because they wanted to see my driver's license again. If they had to see my driver's license again or needed clarification, then why couldn't they just give me a call? Avoid at all cost and check your credit card statement thoroughly.

This was the location in the convention center! On the Vegas strip. It was almost a nightmare. Your typical worries, "we are going to get there and they aren't going to give us a car that seats 7" that happened. The staff at budget fixed it though and they did it with a smile. They even had some woman in there yelling at them because her card was declined. Totally her fault though! They still managed to fix the problem of not having the right car with the right amount of seats. Work with them and remember your manners...and these guys will take care of you!

Had a ten day reservation.... was told by the front desk person I needed to purchase extra rental insurance for 28 Dollars a day because I don't have insurance...was told this was a Vegas policy...one call to Enterprise exposed her in the office... after being called out for her lies... she outright refused to rent a car....all the other employees backed her up as well...plan to flood hundreds of more complaint s..... from different account...screw you guys... now you will meet your Master...what you are doing I've proven illegal... I am going to start with 50 complaints when I get back home....also plan on stopping in on Friday personally....please have the owner contact me

Made a reservation for a midsize car. Had to get an uber to the location. When I get there, they try and tell me the reservation will be 70 dollars more and the only have a compact. This is a shady bait and switch location located on the roughest part of the strip

Worst experience ever. I just read some reviews and came toa conclusion: they have no idea what reservation means. Booked a car for 5 people and at the counter there wasn't any of that category available. Reservation has other meaning inside a Budget office. I asked to pay whatever they ask for a decent American car, a F-150 parked right at the front entrance, or at least one my friends could have a comfortable ride. No deal. Looks like reservation has other meaning depending on the customer face. 4 hour trip and people in the back seat paid the price (have seen those Koreans back seats where the middle is like to seat on a small sharp edge box ?). Shame on me to save 20 dollars with this company. Learnt my lesson. Never taking my business to them again. Nothing bad to say about staff though, lovely people.

Had an appointment at 12pm. Counter person went to lunch. Told coworker (who couldn't help customers on counter) that he would be back in 10 minutes. Saw multiple potential customers come and go while waiting. Finally showed back up at 12:30. I understand everyone must eat, but there needs to be a coworker to cover that time frame.

Need new employees ! Agent went to break and left me sitting stranded. Got a flat tire and she couldn’t find a tow truck just went to lunch and left me stranded on the freeway back from California to Vegas I had to get my own ride ! Had to call back to get a new agent and after hours the car got picked up from my own ride and now budget is charging me for the tire and damage when there was a hazard in the road and made a claim with my insurance without my knowledge when there was no spare in the car to fix the flat ! The tire kit doesn’t help ! Poor customer service will never rent from budget again !

Well, I always think it's important to give credit where/when deserved. I rented a car for 24 hours to drive to Grand Canyon west rim, I got very clean and awesome car. But I returned back from grand canyon with dirty and muddy car. I am so tired that I cant able to clean the car, I returned the car at the last minute without cleaning the car and filling the gas, and I don't have time to do these because of time constraint of catching the guided bus. Bill is so nice and excused us for not cleaning the car and filling the gas. Bill provided the alternative and fast solution for filling the gas :). I recommend this location to everyone. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for Bill, and you are the best..

We rented a Ford Explorer while in Las Vegas. We paid to park at a meter. We got a ticket for a parking violation. My wedding day also. So it was late when we got the ticket so the next day we took time out of our honeymoon to go to the courthouse. After a very long wait we find out that Budget rented us a vehicle with expired tags. The courthouse told us it's not our ticket it's budgets. So we call them. They assured us it was they fault and they would take care of this. When we returned the vehicle the person at the counter was very rude and dismissive. We made her copy the ticket and sign off that we gave it to her. Then 4 months later I got a ticket for a bill for 150.00 for their ticket with a warning that they are going to use my credit card on file. So naturally I'm furious. I spend over an hour on the phone trying to straighten this mess out. Again treated extremely poorly to be told they will have to investigate. One week later again I have to call Budget to follow up. Now I'm told that they are responsible and not to worry about this. One month later I check my credit card to see they did infact charge me 150.00!!!! Omg I'm so beyond furious. Now I have disputed this with my credit card. Again countless phone calls. I can not warm people enough to avoid this company. I'm now waiting on this investigation.

The upside of using Budget was being able to sign up online and be able to pick up the car downtown instead of at the airport. I was also happy that there were no "surprise charges" when I picked up the car. Everyone at the office was friendly and professional and I had no problems. The downside was the car itself. I upgraded one level from the cheapest car, but maybe I should have upgraded to something even bigger. The car I got was underpowered and very noisy. I drove from Vegas to Southern CA and there are several grades on that route. The car seemed to struggle going up hill and the road noise was pretty miserable.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. Very impolite staff. I have booked a car for my vacation about 2 months prior to my pick up. I arrived 30 min before the pick up time. I noticed that they do not have any car available. hey have been 3 customer before me and the receptionist told them she does not have any car and do not know when she will have car for us. I asked her to call other locations to find availability and possibility for us to pick our cars at those locations. She 1-2 phone calls and said she can not provide us any car at that time. I was renting another car from Avis and supposed to return it after pick up car from budget. I asked her if she can arrange pick up for me at the airport or transfer my pick up at the airport. then I would go to airport, drop off Avis`s car and wait to receive my rental car from Budget and not pay penalty or extra day to Avis because of not receiving car from Budget at the expected time. Asked her to rent another car for me from Avis which is sister company of Budget. I had to call customer service. They recommended to go to Avis and rent new car or extend my rental car with Avis and Budget will pay the $400 difference but customer service mentioned that I have to receive a note from this location states that they were not able to provide me my rental car. I asked her and she refused to give me written note. I forced her to contact her manager then I can talk with her manager, explain the situation and receive that statement. After several attempt from me to ask her to make a call then finally she agreed to make a call but she said she won`t give me any written document stating she didn`t have car even her manager tells her to do so. She called the manager and manager surprised why she didn`t make more phone call after her call about 2 hrs ago. Her manager told her she had 2 available regular cars and also 2 luxury cars that they can upgrade us if they needed to. She told us that we have to go there and pick up those two cars by ourselves. I also had to pay extra day to Avis

The WORST experience ever! What a CRAPPY way to start off a vacation. I PRE booked my car MONTHS in advance and because I had to switch a flight and was arriving a day later the amount to rent my car for the week went from $350.00 to ONE THOUSAND. Stay away! I've got a regular booking through the website, this location wanted to charge me extra $150 for the basic, law-mandated TPL insurance (on top of the rental price). Staff has gathered around me but was very ignorant and unhelpful, "take it or leave it" way. In all seriousness, they started a long rant on who's gonna pay for their precious little car if I ever damage it! I left and got rebooked to another Budget location.

I rent on average around 25 cars per year through work and travel. I usually rent from enterprise but have always had good experiences with Budget as well. However, their staff at this location was so rude and unhelpful and they charged me $150 cleaning fee on a car that wasnt even that dirty (normal desert dust). I submitted 4 pictures to dispute the charge and they sent one email telling me they would look into it and I never heard back. There are so many option when it comes to car rentals, especially at this airport. I would never recommend this Budget to anyone

After booking and reading the reviews I was nervous about the rental. Terrible reviews regarding customer service, how the company force insurance on you and not having inventory on stock Can ruin one's plans. I unfortunately had a flight delay and got there after my pickup time. Luckily when I got thrre they still had a car for me even though it's not the one I booked. Sonia, was very friendly even though I declined insurance since my credit card covered it. The guy outside which I did not catch his name was very friendly and notified me of the cars flaws such as light scratches first. Process was so friendly, fast and easy that I was dumbfounded on what just happened. The car were in great condition for my week long trip. Return was easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this location

If you are depending on this location for their services, you may want to second guess that and go with a different company. Their in store policies are different from the policies they broadcast on their website. When i arrived at this store to pick up my rental the customer service agent pointed at a sign that is only displayed in store with an unapologetic glare and said i cannot rent the car. I would only recommend this place to an enemy.

At first it all went wrong. The kids (at counter, and on phones) in training were awful. Car not fully clean in ways I won't go into, as some things you just don't come back from. Also. Wanted to extend a day use and was on hold over 20 minutes. And don't trust the "call you back" feature. BUT. we talked to Taiara when we brought it in and she cleared everything up. Let us drive our vehicle with all our extra luggage to the airport, waiving the drop off fee. This helped us enormously. She was pleasant, and professional and such a welcome relief. She took all the pain away... You must make sure to deal with her.

In addition to this Budget Car Rental Center charging us double the price that was indicated online, the associate checking us out was rude, substantially negative about the purpose of our visit, and overall unfriendly. He also lied about the state's requirements for insurance, expected tolls, and cost of gas in the immediate area in an attempt to up-sell the overall cost of the rental. If I had to do it again, we would go with a different rental car provider.

This is the second time in 3 weeks I've been treated poorly by a representative in your Las Vegas Airport facility. The first was by a supervisor and I called corporate to complain. This time by a sale associate without a nametag. He was extremely rude to me about my reservation and then my payment method. He argued with me multiple times in our brief, yet disgusting interaction. I will phone corporate again during business hours on this matter. I was not planning to use your company again after my first issue, and definitely will NEVER use it again now, however I needed a rental on short notice and it was the only company with availability during the holiday weekend. Your company needs to train all associate on customer care and the correct way to solve an issue. "You don't get an upgrade" is not the appropriate response when my confirmation email CLEARLY states I qualify for a free upgrade. Telling a customer she cannot pay with the MasterCard she hands you is not the appropriate response especially after she explains she used it just weeks before. Just because you don't recognize it as a regular card doesn't mean you can argue with her (guess what? I was right and the payment processed...)!! I was humiliated by your employee. Unacceptable.

This is hands down the only place that I will rent a car when I return to Vegas. Sophia was amazing to work with and was an efficient machine getting through paperwork with a smile on her face. Hassan was great as well. There was an older gentleman that was asking some of the most ridiculous questions in line in front of me and they took the time that he needed, (Where the window controls were, how to move the seat, where the rear view mirrors were controlled, how to buckle the seatbelt, ect.) then when I came up and needed very little help they were able to fly through everything with a smile on their faces. They are a great team and I couldn't ask for more. Kudos to them

Did not have the car I reserved months before. Offered a car that was clearly not in the same class. Offered very expensive upgrades to get to a car in the same class, which I refused. Hard sold their insurance, which I declined. Car was damaged and dirty. Filled out survey and got boiler plate response how they don't guarantee the car you reserve only the class. You have no say on what they determine a car of equal class. Total Fraud. Bad agents and terrible customer service. Will not rent from them again.

I wish i would have ability to give 0 star. we booked car with Budget by seeing amazing deal online and also we pre-paid full amount and then when we returned car they have charged us extra 120$ by saying it was for lost vehicle coverage. We confirmed couple of times on counter before taking car that we are denying all coverage as it was covered by my auto insurance company and that time person on counter said yes we declined everything and now customer care person telling us we accepted this coverage and we had to pay . This is our first experience with budget and this is not very pleasant. I never faced this kind of issue with any other car rental companies. So guys please read everything carefully before you sign contract with them.

Major ripoff with the gas on return! We got the car 2/3 full and the lady at the desk told us it would be alright, just return it the same way you got it. on return, with gas almost completely full like 9/10 - maybe 2$ missing. we were told the car must be returned completely full, so there will be an additional charge for fuel plus a "fine" for not returning it full. When we wanted to get the car back to just go over to the gas station and put the 2 missing dollars in, the woman refused bcz the contract was already closed on return of the car and the keys. Nice system to make a few additional dollars.

Please read all the reviews and listen to them, DO NOT rent from them. I was charged more than what was quoted. The first guy I spoke to hung up on me. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and she was telling me that my confirmation email was for a higher price, when I had the email in front of me with the lower price and she was calling me a liar. In other words, I have to eat the cost. Don't ever rent with budget, unless you want to pay a lot more than what was quoted.

This was the worst rental car experience we have ever had. If your coming to Vegas, DO NOT count on this place. They will say you have a reservation for a car,and when you take taxi or however you get there, they won't have your car! Terrible customer service and rude attendant. Even called corporate to get the same treatment. Budget lost a couple more customers today.

Was initially given a brand new car with temp plates that would be expiring before end of rental term. Luckily the lot person caught the issue. Had to get back in Fastbreak line and was given a lower tier car because that was all they had. No offer of upgrade or discount. The car was new but still had several shipping tags sticking to the windshield. Meh.

Super easy online reservation only 2 days before 4th of July; easy pick-up; easy drop-off (but you can't drop off during after hours, though, keep that in mind); car was clean; gas was cheaper on the north side of vegas (north of Craig); very friendly staff. I'll be frequenting this location, for sure.

Love waiting in absurdly long lines to pick up your rental car? Pick Budget! My company forces me to book with budget and the Vegas location is by far the worst. On average I wait for about 30 minutes to get to the counter. About 50% of the time I have to go back to the counter to get a different car because it's missing things like keys, license plates, and other things you kind of need.

Lying employees and deceptive billing practices at LAS airport location. My prepaid rental through Costco cost me tripleafter dealing with these frauds. These rental agents lie to your face and their manager just says “you agreed to it”. Rent through one of the other companies next to it.

We have been waiting for 3hrs and still do not have the car we reserved 2 months ago. Our plans are now totally screwed up and tickets we have purchased for events are now voided since we didn't make it. Very upsetting!!! The ladies at the Budget place have been wonderful however, and it is unfortunate that the company they work for have put them in such a troublesome situation with having to deal with irate customers.

This was the 3d time we rented a car from this Budget location and, again, it was a great experience. The car was clean, new and very comfortable. Be careful: this location charges a cleaning fee if you don't return the car in brand new condition. I've been renting cars for 20+ years, never was i charged a cleaning fee for normal "wear & tear" of a car! Stay away from this location.

This location was a NIGHTMARE!! We arrived at 7:55am for an 8am reservation because of an EXTREMELY tight schedule we had to stick to. Unfortunately for us, our car wasn't there yet. Although we'd made our reservation the Wednesday prior, they weren't prepared. So we had no other choice but to sit and wait until the car arrived. 8am came and went and our car arrived at the location at 835am. When the guy delivering the car returned, he slowly sauntered into the office and casually mentioned that one of the reflectors on the car was damaged. Which meant that we had to do a thorough inspection; an inspection we didn't have time for. But, at least the car was there. So we get our things and head to the car to participate in the inspection. We greet the male doing said inspection and he doesn't say a word. My friend says "sir, can you please hurry, we're VERY late. It would really help if you could get through this process as soon as humanly possible." He didn't say a word or acknowledge the presence of any of the 3 people in our party. My friend and her wife, kept talking to him through the inspection saying things like "sir, did you hear me?" "Sir are you going to respond at all?" Because through the entire process he BARELY said a word. Finally, he said "I don't speak English" with a clear, American accent. She asked "You don't understand me?" He said "no I don't understand you." He then completed the inspection, handed my friend the paperwork and said "I'm sorry I didn't understand you." We were too in a rush to do anything at the moment. But we'll DEFINITELY be filing a FORMAL complaint with corporate headquarters. Our experience was slightly improved by the lovely lady processing the paperwork for our rental. She also offered us an upgrade for our trouble. She was THE ONLY good thing about the entire experience and this particular Budget office.

If i could give 0 star I would. My friend and I made a reservation for a mini van, for a trip on President day weekend to go to California, when we got there, they told us we need a major credit card to rent the van. Now we both have debit cards but do not have a major credit card.NOBODY INFORMED US OF THIS. So at the last minute our planned weekend was ruined. Then the staff which was a older Hispanic woman and two other men where so rude to us, and disrespectful. We were not rude to them but they had attitudes from the beginning. I will be getting in touch with the corporate. Worst customer service I had in a long time!!!

I rented a vehicle week of March 18, 2019. FIRST, I stayed at Encore hotel. Rental location is just a walk away, very convenient. SECONDLY, I reserved my vehicle at a reasonable rate after discount(s), picking up my vehicle was a breeze. There was NO line, Sonia at the reception desk is professional. Hassan who assisted in bringing my vehicle up the door did his job, checked the vehicle for prior scratch/damage/dents. It took barely 5 minutes to get in and out the rental. THIRD, the flexibility of returning to the airport made it very simple and straightforward. I haven't looked at my bill yet but hopefully there was nothing added to the reservation cost since I returned it without damage and filled the gas tank.

Car was nice and clean. However the front desk lady was really rude and unprofessional! She messed my reservation a couple of times which delayed my departure about 1 hr and almost cost me additional money. Also they check every small dent/scratch so make sure you check the car out well before leaving ( this never happened to me with other rental companies). Also as she was so slow with everyone I got to watch how rude she was with the couple infront of me as they got lied about the fuel policy. Never renting from this location again, get better employees budget!

We walked 2 miles to location. No fast break available. Waited 45 minutes to pick up a van I reserved a week ago. When it was our turn at the counter, we were told they had no vans, but more would arrive in 1 hour. Reason given... "we noticed the registration on your van I had expired." We elected not to wait at budget and got a ride back to our hotel with a promise of a call and a ride back when van arrived. 3.5 hours later still no call so we cancelled and got a car from national instead. Location was giving every renter a really hard sell on insurance coverage. Location offered best rate through Costco, but l would not use this Budget location in the future.

Went there with a reservation for 10 am and they didn't have cars...at all! They told us that they might get cars at 3 pm from the airport and they will call us later, what they never did. Even recommended us to go to another company.. Never again Budget!

Would not recommend renting from this location. Staff are not friendly at all!! Ruined our first day and travel plans in Vegas. I booked our car hire online and requested a Sat Nav. We arrived to pick up the car and no Sat Nav was available, i mentioned that i had it paid for already and the ignorant women said she wouldnt have one available till 1pm. She asked where we were planning on travelling to and we told her Death Valley and she laughed and said sure its easy to find that just follow i South. I said we would wait and call back at 1 for Sat Nav. We arrived back at 1 and again this lady ignorant saif no we have none it will be at least 4 when one is available. This pushed my already bad form with her. We travelled around locally on this day as we had no sat nav. We called at 9am the next morning looking for the Sat nav and she said no it was never sent down, yea prob coz you were to lazy to get it. So we had to travel this day with no Sat Nav. On returning the car I highlighted that i was charged for Sat Nav, this women again claimed i wasnt. I showed her my recipt and requested my refund. She said she couldnt sort this out that she would have to ask her manager and email me to sort it out. Surprise surprise i havnt recieved an email!! I was very disappointed with this whole expierence and her manners and her laughing at us getting no Sat nav!! I will be contacting the Manager!!!

Quick. Affordable. I was not put on hold for a half hour. I was not transferred to ten different departments or pressing 100 numbers to be sent to another department. Imagine that? A human actually answered me call, and spoke to me & I understood what they were saying. I was not hit with any hidden fees or taxes. I was not hassled into buying services or upsold on any thing I did not need. Veteran friendly competent company that gave me and my wife a fair price on our Mustang convertible rental in Las Vegas. I will only went from Budget whenever I rent a car from this point forward as long as my experiences are like the one I had in Las Vegas.

First one speedometer stopped working while driving couldn’t see how fast I was going or how much gas was in it (video proof) it just went black in the mustang. 2nd car Dodge Charger and before leaving the lot it was so filthy even after having it hand washed spots still showed up on the window. Never rent from here! So much time wasted at this place of business.

Having travelled quite extensively and done a lot of reading, one thing I have learned is to avoid picking up a rental car at the airport when at all possible. The last time, we used Budget solely for price and because of location and we end up waiting over 3 hours in a line-up of about 100 people or more at the airport because they were understaffed. This time we chose something off-site and not only saved considerably financially but avoided some of the headaches as well. We chose this location because of how close it was to our resort (walking distance in the morning) and it was $600 less then a competitor. Our first impression wasn't much as you walk in to literally a maybe 10' x 10’-foot office where everything almost seems to be done by paper although they did have one computer to share between the two individuals staffing the desk. If not for the good signage and the fact we were using Google maps and had the address, it would be easy to miss as they are just a corner office in a little strip plaza just down the road from the Circus Circus. It took us about 1/2 an hour to get everything set up, do the paperwork etc. and that was mostly because of people ahead of us. The guy assigning the car said the tank was full, but we realized shortly before leaving that it was only 3/4 full and they easily adjusted the paperwork. Our only issue was upon return of the vehicle. Although I understand their position, it was extremely frustrating as we had made it to the office just as they were closing at 5 o'clock on the Friday. The car wasn't due back until the next day, but we were trying to make things a little simpler for ourselves, and were not sure if we would be able to drop it off at the airport without incurring an added expense. Although frustrating when we had driven in rush hour traffic for about 45 minutes for them to deny as the ability to return the car we learned a valuable lesson that may not apply everywhere. Although you pay an additional cost of like $25 to drop it off somewhere else other then the location you picked it up at this is invaluable. We saved over $400 by renting off site, so being able to return the car to the airport which is what we did was well worth it and we will probably do that again in the future. Just make sure to check with the rental agency in your specific location if you can do this as it won't be applicable to all airports and cities."

If zero was the option they earned it! ABSOLUTELY WORST OF WORST PLACES TO RENT A CAR. not only did the completely mess up our reservation, they tried to charge us extra for their mistake. The STAFF IS BY FAR THE RUDEST IV EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, THEY ARE COMPLETELY STOPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS FRANCHISED AND IS RAN POORLY. After speaking to there corporate office everything was fixed the location itself is out to screw everyone. I have also made complaints to corporate head quaters after being harrassed by the large black women who works there bcuz of there own mistakes
