My van was a 2012 and had 12000 on it, excellent vehicle and did a fine job for us. Front desk was helpful, and gave us directions. I would use these guys again, 5 stars thanks

Horrible experience :( I arrived late due to baggage claim delays and when I arrived It was close, no body there to attend, it was freezing 32 F, I have 2 kids, one newborn, without any idea what to do, we had to cross the boulevard to come back and rent a car in another company and crossing the boulevard we almost got hit by a car, horrible!!! Then the other rent company charged me $150 because I had not reservation, GREEDY company, but I had no other options and I took it. But wait, this is not the end of the story. I called the next morning the AVR Rental Car to make sure my van would be ready to pick up And was told I just had to pass by. When I arrived my minivan had already been rented to someone else and they had no more vehicles for me, and they toll me to go front and rent. Eh! you can imagine all that came to my mind whe she said that! So I lost my money because I had paid this reservation in full, wasted $150 more, and Still I didn't have a car. I recommend to anyone to consider spending a few more bucks to rent from a company the inside airport car rental center and avoid any cheap non reliable company, at the end you will spend less.

Amber was good for waiting because their location was closing soon. However, the rental car we got smelled like weed and had ashes and was dirty all through the cup holder took pics and noted this. Went to drop off car wasn’t able to speak to anyone was told to leave the key come to find out their charging me now for the initial dirtiness the car. Never will I recommend this location . The representative Grace yelled at me and hung up. I called back 5x and she continued to pick up and hang up. I’m reporting them to BBB they are crazy and unprofessional !! UPDATE as I noted and took pictures of and said the car was picked up in that nature . I was given a flash light and told to inspect the outside . It should’ve been clear to check inside too never had to do so with a rental car company. I traveled with 4 kids in which two have asthma . Again , as mentioned I took pics of condition vehicle received in. Called AVR the next morning only to get no answer to address and fix . Again , the company is a joke and will be reported to BBB. In addition , I called and requested a manager to call me and no one has but yet the manager has time for social media !!

We just rented a Dodge Caravan from AVR van rentals in Las Vegas. The front desk staff were friendly. We made note of every little dent or nick although there were few because the vehicle was in excellent condition. Drop off was easy - before they opened. Happy with our experience and we would recommend AVR van rentals for future use.

Most horrible experience in our lives. Told us to wait for shuttle pick up and 15 mins later a no show. The driver from a rival rental agency actually gave us a ride. Their building was a sweltering oven and over flowing with people waiting for service. They didn't have enough staff, they didn't have enough cars to cover their obligation and after 3 hours, they brought out a banged up, old , dirty and the AC was only mildly adequate. We canceled and went to Alamo!

We rented a 12 passenger van for our spring break vacation. The van was an older model, not what we were expecting with close to 100,000 miles. It definitely went into over mileage after our 1 week trip. Pros 1. Roomy 2. Everything worked 3. Tires good 4. Cleaned on both outside and inside and smell was ok 5. Unlimited miles was great Cons 1. Older model van - no USB, no Bluetooth, no CD Player. 2. Not enough water/drink holders 3. Customer service was not great. Van was booked 3 months ahead. When we checked in to pick up the van, the van was not ready. We had to wait for 45 mins while they were cleaning the van for us. 4. Fuel level was not all the way full when we received the van while they claimed that it was. 5. Due to van being an older model, the windows were loose and made a lot of noise overall. 6. When going uphill, the van didn't not have enough power because of being an older model and highly used. 7. Not able to use your own car insurance, if it does not cover commercial vans. They insisted we buy theirs for $38/day which is a RIP off. 8. Customer service, not very friendly, not professional. 9. Not worth the amount charged.

Renting our 15 passenger from AVR was fantastic. The van was nice, clean, and prepared for our pickup. Karim was very helpful, fast, kind and honest. We were in an out in 15 minutes. Only reason why I gave AVR a 4 out of 5 was because of the facility. It looked like it was a house converted into an open space for a business. Wires were strung and ran through tubing that was visible. It wasn't very clean. But it got the job done. Thank you AVR!

We really enjoyed dealing with AVR Las Vegas everyone was friendly and helpful from the start of the reservation to the finish it was super easy to get there from the Airport and the Car Rental place its literally across the street..the prices are more than reasonable..just watch the internet and they match rates you find for them from other reseller sites..if you send your insurance info it takes just a few minutes when you arrive..we will definitely be using them again!!

Excellent staff at LAS. Van was a roach not a straight panel on it but was tight for 43000 miles.Interior was ok no rattles. Had a broken spot mirror. No issues with them acknowledging how rough the body was on outage and ingate. I would rent from them again

I picked up car from San Jose and returned to Las Vegas location. I had pleasant experience while I was making reservation and picking it up from San Jose location. They were kind and tried to accommodate all the needs. Few days after while I was returning the car in Las Vegas location, I made a call to the location to see whether they have shuttle service to the airport for large number of passenger. They told, they have shuttle to the airport which can carry large number of passengers. When I went there it was not exactly what they explained. They use the same van that I drove and offered ride to across the street where public airport shuttle is. I should have dropped my family to the airport first and dropped by myself. I refused the ride for just crossing the street, since I had to load all the bags and strollers / car seat again. We just crossed the street by walking to take the airport shuttle. The other problem I had was while they were inspecting car during the return. On the day of picking up I had inspection for van, and noticed several windshield cracks. They just marked big two X. On Las Vegas, the lady who claimed as manager was counting each numbers of cracks, and told me there more than my inspection on other location. She was about to charge on those, which I even did not make. I complained but she did not listen. She was just kept saying they will do by the paper. I felt almost like it was scam of how they make money. I did not feel comfortable on this location and the lady who inspect and did the paper work. I had to leave to catch the flight with very bad feeling. Again the problem was resolved by calling San Jose location. They somehow took care of the issue, I do recommend San Jose location but not Las Vegas. They have horrible service.

LAS location is a scam. Exactly like another post indicated, when I returned this van (it had 92,000 miles when they gave it to me), I went around the vehicle early in the morning and the rep Terri said "I don't see any damage" and I agreed. I did not know at the time, in her hands was a file full of pre-existing small dents and scratches and chips but my paper was completely blank. When I returned, I had put a lot of miles on in 6 days, slept in the darn thing and never left it out of my site while on the Interstate to FL and back. Upon return, the manager looked at the mileage and shuffled papers for 10 minutes in a cabinet them went outside and immediately pointed to this fender in the attached picture and said "you said no damage and there is damage so you are responsible". I could not see unless I bent down as it was a slight scuff, nothing compared to the crumpled license plate on the front. I argued for a while but felt this was a scam so I simply called VISA. And that's why I always use a good credit card for rentals for joints like this one. VISA took over and I just saw on my statement that AVR LAS charged US$200 for the "damage" in this photo--wherever it is, and it was credited back by VISA. My advice is stay away from AVR LAS and use reputable companies. Take photos, use a CC that covers rentals. Ask for any prior damage reports and have that indicated on your report. To add insult, I kept getting a flat tire as I was traveling and had to fill it up every day. When I got back to AVR LAS and saw the manager's reports with the pre-existing damage I saw the mechanic's note "LOW TIRE". The buggers had given me a van that they knew was not roadworthy. I think they scammed me and you could be next.

I rented a van a few weeks ago the customer service here was outstanding explained in detail all available options and charges if you need a van that seats more then 7 passengers this is the place to go.

We reserved a van a month before the travel and then when we arrived to pick up the van they informed us "to bad" we are out of vans. Try one of our competitors...... After waiting an hour they had one of the rentals they were waiting on returned and we were first on the list. After that customer service was fine, but still be cautious when renting here they seem to over book.

Took over an hour to get rental. Once the extra fees were tacked on we should have went with an at airport van rental company. 5 ladies give them a big 2 thumbs down.

MISLEADING COMPANY! DO NOT USE! Prices may be great but read the fine print! Our flight was delayed & did not arrive within the 2 hour pick up window and my vehicle had been rented out. Then they only had one vehicle at double the price. The agents are nice no complaints on service but the company sucks.

I needed a van for a group of people in Las Vegas. I booked over the phone and it was simple. I took the shuttle from the terminal to the car rental area. Then I walked across the street. My van was ready upon arrival. Staff was extremely helpful, Katice and Terri gave us information and recommendations that were very helpful upon pickup. Dezi and versa helped our check-out go smoothly and quickly. I'm looking forward to renting from them again. My van was even equipped with satellite radio and a backup camera.

Our van was pretty new and it worked fine, the rate was a lot cheaper than Enterprise, by at lead 40%, so we went with this firm called AVR, we were treated well and they were very professional, thanks for your help and good service

AWFUL experience. Tire pressure light came on after an hour of driving on a road trip, tire blew out and we had to change tire in the middle of nowhere. Called the main office, and we were told to go to pepboys to get tire fixed. As our car is packed full, we had no room for the flat tire. The agent said to leave it behind because they wouldn't need it so we head over to pepboys to get the tire fixed and they say that they could not fix it w/o the tire, we left some stuff and ppl behind at pepboys and had to drive back to location to pick the tire up. My husband's shirt is ruin from the tire change, and it set us back about 4 hours on our road trip. Agent said to speak with asst manager, Saul about a compensation. On our way back, the airbags lights were on. The mini vans are obviously NOT maintained. Returned the vehicle, told Saul our issues and he didnt seem bothered that this happened. No apology. Since we booked it online, he said he could try call to do an adjustment BUT didnt do it and just sent us away. Considered yourselves warned. We would NOT go back!

It was a great price, but check your car, inside and out, carefully before driving away. For a 2016 Dodge Caravan, there were a lot of missing trim on the outside. I didn't realize the hydraulics weren't working on the hatch back until I went to lift the door and put something in the 'trunk' and the door came down and smacked me on the head! That is one heavy door. However, customer service was really nice and very helpful with my 84 year old mother.

Just went through my final invoice and noticed that $80.85 is missing form my deposit. Turns out I was being charged for additional insurance, which I declined. The girl asked me few times and I said-No, THANK YOU! Then she told me where to put my initials. One of them was under addition insurance-$26.95 a day. I called them and they said there is nothing they can do because they have my initial on the contract. More over... the car was so dirty inside, they didn't bother to clean it for next customer. My worst car rental experience ever!

Reserved a van online & bought insurance (same site) only to find out the insurance was not theirs $36 US, then I they were going to charge another $12/day and to boot when I said cancel the whole thing they charged me 1 day rental on the van even though I did not even see the van , the building looked like a run down ex-bar the only positive thing the people that worked there, I will NEVESr step inside their busdiness ever again as it cost me well over $100 US just to open and close the door,,, they sent me a email in response to my review basically explaining I agreed to everything lol still I won’t contact them cause just can’t be bothered for more frustration Thanks AVR lol

The LV location of AVR is just amazing! Maria Calzada, the station manager is the best! She was flexible with our booking and she helped a lot to resolve a foreign credit card problem. I wish there was a negative rate fir this aweful rude and non considreate company. We booked a can. We had two small kids. We took their car seats as we flew from canada to vevas. We arrived around 9 then by 11 we made it to avr. Bthis was across the street so it was a real pain to get there, Immagine twl kids luggage n car seats, We made it there and tgey said your van is cancelled. This is Re: AVR las Vegas airport branch I have been misled by the ratings of this company and just realized its fake and unprofessional service I booked a van over phone and asked if there any extra mandatory insurance which I was reassured “no” I came in person to pickup and found that no van available and my reservation was cancelled for wrong pickup time. Also AVR wants to charge me liability if insurance on top of my policy which has no mention on the contract sheet or website. Few days later there was no email confirmation and an unauthorized charge came on my credit which needed to be sorted out. Agent was really rude and ruined all the vacation, Luckily, I found an SUV from enterprise with reasonable price but of course need to pay more for the short notice Totally waisted my time and money on this company therefore I do not recommend this company to anyone at all

Rented a 12 person van to take 4 women and 6 kids from Las Vegas to Knotts Berry Farm. Van was nice and clean. We were told it was brand new with only 250 miles on it when we picked it up. Two cigarettes lighters and one regular plug in the front dash. No additional plugs in the back. Two middle row of seats did have anchors for car seats but back row did not. The back “trunk” was HUGE. The van itself was actually easy to drive. Not so big that parking was a huge issue. Additional drivers were $11.95 a day and we also rented a WiFi hotspot that was amazing for $11.95 a day. Staff was very friendly and quick. Office itself was a bit of a dump but that didn’t bother me. Will definitely be using AVR again!

Locals do not book here!!! This company adds 0.25 cents a mile for miles over 250 miles/ day for local renters. I actually booked with Priceline and they agreed to cover this expense since the booking was for unlimited miles. This must be something new for this company as I have rented here a couple times in the past without issues. I can’t see myself coming back in the future unless they get rid of these infuriating added fees. The people working here are nice enough and the vans wee average enough in the past (hence two stars review) but sorely dissatisfied this time around. Mine was full of crumbs in the stow n go compartments, door handles, trunk space. If I hadn’t been in such a rush I would have asked them to clean it before leaving. my advice as somebody who rents cars every few months for travel stay away from this place go with a legit car rental agency.

Rented a 2011 Chevrolet Express from you guys. It was a disaster as the van was broken all over. People that I travelled in the van with were actually very dissatisfied with the van as it was old and this was in December 2014. I will never recommend renting your van from these people ever if you're traveling to Las Vegas

Very low prices, and the reason why is because their vans are unmaintained. We had the maroon 12/8 passenger van with bad alignment and couldn't drive over 60 mph without shaking to the point of losing control on minor road damages. Is it worth the bad ride for the price? Probably. Would I rent again? Yes, but test drive the van before I take it on a long road trip.

******RENTER BEWARE****** If I could give no stars or a negative rating I would. They rented me and my family a seven passenger van without a spare tire. I was told that is the way that Dodge sells the minivans to them. I was stranded on the side of the road with no spare no Jack and no help for six hours. No we were not in a small town we were in San Diego. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with . This is a safety issue and they do not care please rent somewhere else it’s worth the extra money .

Overall the experience was ok, however, you cannot get anyone on the phone. The rental and return process is a bit outdated. Way too much paperwork! The website advertises unlimited miles, but it doesn't apply to locals. So be aware of that - that needs to be much clearer than it was, and we were blamed for not reading information in the "microprint" On the plus side, the van was nice, it functioned well, spacious, did the job and transported new and my family safely to and back. I would rent from them again! Update: Dear Steve, LAS GM - when renting a vehicle, most customers look for UNLIMITED MILES. Here's a suggestion, right where you have unlimited miles - explain right there that it doesn't apply to local Las Vegas residents. Because as soon as we walk in your building it was the first thing we saw at your counter. By then it was too late to cancel. Hiding it in Terms and Conditions during the online rental process is not in good faith. Don't try to explain it away, do better.

My mom went to drop off our rental and the person whom attended her was extrémalo rude and unprofessional. Telling my mom there was a crack on the window and saying she was reporting it to our insurance. She made a scene and lied! Never again will we rent from them and recommend no one does ether! Zero stars is what they really deserve! Terrible customer service!!!

I rented two bands from AVR in February 2018 1 15 passenger van and the other a 12 passenger van the vehicles were exceptionally clean and fat one was brand new they both ran well and the Rental process and return process was impeccable we were even met Upon returning the Vans by the manager who thanked us for our patronage and reassured us if we needed them in the future that they would be available to us. Can't speak highly enough about the two Representatives that handled the paperwork for the van rentals since we read and we're informed upon arrival of the policies and procedures that were no questions with regard to the rental and the process went very smooth we would recommend a VR two others to use in the future and we will be returning as well.

We needed a rental for transportation around Vegas at the last minute. I was suprised when AVR came up as an option online since I wasn't looking for a van or moving truck. I was pleasantly suprised from start to finish. It was directly across the street from the airport car rentals, I got a really nice 7 passenger triple black SUV, for less than a mid-sized sedan at the other rental companies, it was quick, no hassle, and the service was great. I can't think of one reason to give them less than 5 stars.

Drivers who drives shuttle to and from this place were very friendly. The lady who helped me at the desk in the office was very rude. She was keep cutting me off while I was trying to ask question. Dodge van I got was horrible. When I was driving on highway, the van was shaking, it needed a tire work, balancing etc... when I returned my van I told the lady about the issue ( was the same lady who helped me the first day ) she didn't even said sorry or anything her response was "oh really" At least they should have checked those van's before they give out to people. We rented a van from AVR renal about 1 month ago. The prices were great, very affordable. We checked on line for a better deal and couldn’t beat AVR prices. They service was great everyone there seems to be happy and efficient. The cars were in great condition, clean. Return was simple just quick and easy. I would definitely rent from AVR renal again. Friends and family know about this place!!! BTW- them explaining car coverage is NOT upwelling. They are just making sure you know how coverage works and if you need to buy additional coverage.

We booked through Priceline for unlimited miles, but then when we got here they said 250 miles per day. I showed them our reservation and they said there was nothing they could do. They also said spouses couldn’t drive for free in Nevada, which is not what other rental car companies have said. We definitely will not be booking with them in the future. Place is a dump and the representatives were rude.

They then claimed that they had no other vans to rent us Place is dirty and staff is rude. Shady!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! We had a reservation for minivan with two car seats and booster. Walked from rental depot to this off-site place with reservation in hand, and no vans, no options, no suggestions, and super unhelpful staff. We called the day before to confirm the minivan and car seats and informed them of our flight time and they said “no problem!” Save yourself the walk and the trouble and rent elsewhere.

The van rental pickup was a breeze, very quick. The representative did try to upsell the insurance, GPS, etc etc (but thats their job and every rental company does that). I initially booked for 4 days and then when I needed to extend, the rep gave me a really good rate and extended for another 4 (waived the extension fee too). Return was very quick too and its important when you are about to catch the flight. Overall, great customer service and experience. The vans are very basic though, not upgraded at all, no electronic seat movement, no CD player, not even auto lights, no backup cameras.... it was a bit hard to backup without a camera that I am so used to. But, hey, its rental, I didn't buy it!! The only one thing that they need to improve is the condition of tires. My van was done 35000 miles and the tires seemed to be wearing out which was scary especially driving up to the Grand Canyon.

Our vehicle was fine – but I was disappointed to find that unlike other companies, my credit card coverage wasn’t considered “primary insurance“, so I had to pay another $150 for your insurance. Also, we were VERY disappointed by that an extra driver cost $12/day - other companies usually allow that at no extra charge.

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly, (place is a bit shabby but that's not a big deal). Car was nice and clean, relatively new. (Only 9,000 miles). Overall was a satisfying experience and despite my initial reservations from renting from a minor company- I definitely recommend this and would definitely use this again. The rates are excellent and hard to beat.

You get what you pay for, lesson learned. Most terrible rental experience you can imagine. Experience started by us calling for directions before arriving and being mislead by the attendant about where they were physically located. ZERO customer service, gave us a filthy Van with damage all around the exterior, stains and burns on the inside, and we were told it was one of their “new” vans. Had a torn sheet of paper on the w/s for a temporary permit. Employee cursed in front of us when we asked him if he could tape it up or get a new permit. Attendant at the desk was rude and unprofessional. Return process was quick and uneventful. We were told when we called in before arriving we could get a ride to the shuttle terminal from a courtesy driver once we returned the van. Once we arrived we were told there were no drivers available to take us to the shuttle terminal after all. No sympathy or explanation. Instead, my wife, my 1, 4, and 6 year old kids, and 4 bags walked ourselves across a busy 4 lane street to the shuttle terminal and nearly missed our flight because we depended on a non-existent courtesy driver and had to walk to a shuttle car terminal. Once again...lesson learned and you get what you pay for.

My family has been using AVR car rentals for everything from going to Los Angeles all the way up to San Francisco. They've got decent rates, and great cars to choose from for almost anything. I imagine we'll continue using AVR for the foreseeable future.

High pressure upsell attempt at pickup. We were told that the AC might not work if we didn't upgrade. Brakes were bad on our first van. Had to drive 4hrs round trip out of our way to exchange. Had to make multiple phone calls to get some compensation for our lost time. Didn't offer shuttle to the airport shuttles. Had to cross a major highway on foot with our luggage to reach the airport shuttles.

Priceline or something messed up my reservation. This company charges $150 extra for one way. I say no way. But the counter people were extremely nice. I just went to Avis to avoid the one way fee. If I were returning to the same place, the price was pretty good.

I wanted to give them a lower rating but they did take care of me although the cleanest of the Vans were lacking had three different vans on my trip one because there's a problem in the front end something rubbing or dragging the second van just needed a battery for the remote and they didn't have it so they had to switch it out they took care of me but that was a lot of problems and something as simple as a battery they should have extras I had to switch the whole car out but I guess it worked out to my advantage only spend $8 in gas

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Worst car rental company out there...I returned my van back with a full tank and they charged me for a full tank. Telling me I didn't fill it. I had the receipt and all. There is no AC in the building and only one person working. It's not 100 feet to there building either... Do your self a favor and pay the extra and go with a real company... NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!!!

The staff was courteous, but never offered me the roadside assistance option of purchasing.. We had a flat tire and it cost us $75 to have it changed. When I took the vehicle in to swap for a different one, the manager, Michael, was very nice and checked the tire for any visible reason it went flat. He didn't find any, so blamed the valets of letting the air out of the tire!!!! He didn't want to think or believe it was the tire itself. That didn't make me happy. After a few minutes of complaining, he did give me a discount on the vehicle. I will NEVER use them again!!! Too long for them to do their paperwork both picking up and dropping off. Alamo has my business from now on!!!!

Excellent experience! I don't know why there are so many mixed reviews. I will only rent from them when back in Vegas. We arrived at the rental station, and they picked us up within 5 minutes. All the staff was super friendly. They gave us a minivan, which was funny because there were only two of us, but it is after all a van rental place. We found the deal of a lifetime on their website, and rented the van for the whole week. They were great to deal with, very easy. Had us in and out in maybe 20 minutes total. I was shocked they were not busier, considering the good deals they have. This is definitely the way to go. They charged my card up front for the rental plus 200.00, which is typical, and then after returning it they posted the 200.00 refund. I give them an A+.

After waiting in the line for 30 minutes, I was told whey were still cleaning my car. Worse yet, during paper work, they were telling me it WAS not unlimited mileage, even after I showed them the booking from priceline, which clearly stated unlimited mileage. I ended up cancelled the booking, simple because I can't tolerate bait and switch.

The young man helping us was very professional, explained all we needed to know in detail. There were no surprise costs and the vehicle was exactly what we had hoped for. We'd learnt from a previous rental company to carry our own car insurance documents, so as not to be charged for coverage by some rental companies. What a horrible experience. I reserved a mini van but got there an hour late because my flight was delayed. Instead of holding the vehicle they went ahead and allegedly gave it away to someone else but held the reservation. Of course the only vehicle available an hour later was an 18 passenger van, which was forced to rent. The AVR employee at the counter was rude and unapologetic for not having the vehicle I reserved. I will never rent from this place again. The worst of it all is that Enterprise was only $2 dollars more expensive and I chose wrong. Lesson learned.

My flight was delayed and there was no way to call to let them know. Once I got to AVR they told me they gave my rental away. They tried to give me an oversized van that wouldn't fit in the parking garages in Vegas. There were numerous stipulations that went with this oversized vehicle, i couldn't use the prepaid insurance due to the size of the van, the height and the length of the vehicle will not fit in many places. They called it an 8 passenger van but it was a church bus. They removed about 6 rows to make it an 8 passenger. back. This made it an 8 passenger and they left the back part empty with sharp edges on the floor. I told them no thanks and they dropped me off at the airport in the van that I made reservations for. I asked them why I couldn't rent the van that they were taking me back to the airport in, they told me it wasn't clean. I can't recommend this company to anyone.

TERRIBLE! Wish I could leave a -11 rating! The WORST customer service ever! Planned a road trip and booked a mini van for a week. Reservations confirmed and all...called the morning of pickup to ask if the van would be ready if we got there earlier and was told yes. When we got there a half hour before the original pick up time we were told our reservation was cancelled because we should have been there by 2! What?!!! The very rude manager offered us a box van which was unacceptable with 3 toddlers. After contacting the main customer service number we were told there was never going to be a mini van for us to begin with. In fact their computer showed they had -11 mini vans available. So unless you are looking to rent a box van, go somewhere else!

I've dealt with many rental vehicle companies and by their nature they are predatory, full of up-charges, lots of fine print, and high pressure. My experience with AVR has been overall positive. You have bits of all of the negatives but the rental process was smooth, the price good, and the vehicles adequate. They do have limited hours and you have to make sure that your flight falls within their open hours or you'll have issues.

If I could do 0 stars I 100% would. I booked this reservation online. I provided the agent with all of my flight information so she could book accordingly to our landing and take off time. I get to AVR at 10:45 to pick up the rental for our flight that landed at 10 (we landed on time). Upon arriving I was informed they had marked my reservation as a no show because the agent put that we would pick up at 8, although we wouldn’t have even landed until 2 hours later. The people inside the business didn’t seem to care at all that this was not my error but their companies error. All they would say to me was that I was a no show and they don’t have any vehicles for me. The manager was useless and didn’t seem to want to help in anyway what so ever. In fact, one of the employees told me, “this has happened a lot today because cars are coming in that need oil changes and we can’t rent them out or the agents are booking wrong and then they are marked no shows.” So, apparently this isn’t just happening to me. The company is very poorly ran. I asked the manger who I could contact to get the difference of what I would have paid them and what I am going to end up paying for a car through a different company refunded to me since this is their screw up, they are responsible for the overage of what I had agreed to with them. She kinda laughed and said that won’t happen & have me the general inbound call center number (I did tell her I did not want her number because she doesn’t care to help & asked for her bosses number - she said she doesn’t have one. Which is a complete lie). This place is a complete joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. PAY THE EXTRA AND USE HERTZ. (Their no show policy is being 2 hours late so, even if the agent would have booked my pick up at 10 when the plane landed then we would still have been fine since we walked into the building at 10:45). Long story short, pay the extra and use a good company not this joke of a ‘business’.
