Great service, Dana Larson is a champ. They were a great help
I seriously love the service department! Darrel is amazing and has jumped through hoops for me and I am so grateful for that! I will always have my cars serviced here I had no problems when buying my car either! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! Very happy with the services they have provided for me!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We are going on 6 weeks from signing papers and they haven't sent the title to the DMV. We have called and called and the title lady is never in, NOR will she return any of our phone calls. I will never buy a car here again, this place is so unprofessional.
Really enjoyed my purchase from the sales team here. No pressure and were really nice at showing me everything on the vehicle. Will definitely buy from them again when I trade this in.
Have bought vehicles and have had zero issues. Had my door handle changed out two days ago. The Mechanic manager quoted a price and stuck to it even though it took longer. He kept his word. (Yet, always get everything in writing is my moto.)
If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from these guys, you need to talk with Teddy Graybil. He’s not pushy like most salesmen and he will be straightforward with you through the whole process. I drove 6 hours round trip to buy my truck from them and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
I always love this place. Best dealership around and they will get what you need.
Great service from the folks in the shop. Polite and professional, will absolutely be back in the future!
I just leased a car. Dealt with Philip Garcia. Outstanding customer service. Philip made it painfree and I got exactly what I wanted. We had one small issue and he went above and beyond to help us. I'll never go anywhere else
Todd Roberts is the salesman I went through. He, and everyone else there work to help you save money and get a great car. My parents have gone through their past 3 cars, and this was my first. They don't BS the numbers, and they make sure you're taken care of.
A few weeks ago I went in for my safety recall updates as well as an oil check and some annual work. They did great. It took two hours and the receptionist with the service area was worried that I wouldn't be happy being stuck in the waiting room and offered a few times to set me up with a loaner car while the work was being done. While greatly appreciated it was unnecessary, but you can tell she and everyone else are dedicated to great customer service!
My fiancé and I were in town over the holiday weekend while on the search for a new car. Jimmy Bonofede and his team were generous with their time and took great care to share many options with us. We were able to buy the right car with no hassle and feel great about our experience. We will return to Todd Archer Hyundai for future care buying.
In and out on time with all service done.
I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing from Todd Archer Hyundai! Would recommend to anyone. Their customer service can’t be beat!
I was greeted by Mike Gold who was very courteous and knowledgeable. Truck was there waiting for me...ready to drive. Paperwork etc was done in a relatively short period. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions (I am not at all mechanically inclined ). My experience at Todd Archer Hyundai was very good. I would highly recommend speaking with Mr Gold if you are in need of a new or used vehicle. Mike Gold...if you are reading this, thank you very much. I am beyond satisfied. Bob...thank you too!!!
Had a great experience at Todd Archer Hyundai, from the sales staff to service everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality product.
I had a great experience. Walked in there, told them what I was looking for and they were able to help me out a lot on finding the right car for my needs. I want to give a great thanks to Michael for helping me and being a great car salesman. I would recommend this car dealership because they are easy to work and try to find the best fitting car in your price range.
Thank you Darrell for helping us with our '08 Elantra. We are from out of state and had a short window to get the car in for some necessary maintenance and Darrell and team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thanks so much, we will be back!
Best car buying experience ever! Every person there helped me pick the best car for me! Most people I know dreaded the hours spent at the dealership but I actually enjoyed mine. Great deal, great car, and great people! Definitely where I will buy my next car.
When I bought my car 34 days ago I would have given them 5 stars but since I have not been able to license my car and am driving on expired in transits they get a 1. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now to find out about the title and they seem to have no urgency to get that paperwork done. The DMV told me it is illegal to sell a car without a title but Todd Archer does it all the time. Now that the in transit is expired they sent me a letter to show the police if I were to get stopped that states it is not my fault the car I not licensed so far I haven’t had to test if that will work. In the mean time as of today i have $30 in late fees for my license. Today I will be calling and hoping I can get a manager instead of the “title girl” and see if maybe the manager might understand that this has gone on to long.
Love my car, hate that I'm now driving around on expired in transits with a "late title letter". I've probably bought 7 cars in 20 years in Omaha and NEVER been turned away at the DMV because the paperwork isn't there from the dealership. Also, when I bought my car it would have been nice to know what kind of gas to use, how many miles til an oil change AND a tutorial on the screen in the car. Oh well. **Update - it's been nearly 3 months and I just got a call that my title was in. I was out of town so unable to get to DMV. During this 3 months, I have been pulled over twice and had to talk my way out of tickets (showed the police late title letter and explained what was going on!) This is not only frustrating but unnecessary. I asked what the dealership would do for me for the trouble and I was told "sorry" and offered a free oil change. So, I've filed a complaint with Hyundai and the state DMV office. Now, as far as service they are top notch and bend over backwards for the customer. Too bad the rest of the dealership is a blight.
Had to get a new car since mine died. Dana Larson was super he explained everything without talking above what I know. Would Definatly buy another vehicle for here and from him.
not worth the drive, nothing special. if u decide to go make sure to watch out for the huge bump on the entrance to their car lot.
I had a vehicle in for service related to possible pothole damage. The service guys apparently didn’t want to check it out carefully, because they said it was a bent strut. They said to take it to Woodhouse, where all the issue was, was some loose bolts. Glad there wasn’t an accident from the bolts coming out completely. Thanks Woodhouse for actually caring, and fixing the car.
High pressure sales tactics. Sales manager is a jerk. Paul garcia I think? Insulted me to my face. Deffinalty a "coffee is for closers" kinda place
Bought a used car from them. Sales man was nice. he showed me the mechanical inspection sheet from the service center and everything was in good condition. found out with in the first week that all they did was reset the codes. Tire had a slow leak and had to be filled every couple of days. No big deal then I found out the brake rotors are warped the check engine light came on and I found out that the car needs O2 sensor replaced. they new about all these things and hid them. if this was Bob's used cars I could understand the deseption. But I expect better from a dealer.
Customer service is horrible in the service department, definitely not about customers first, they are not helpful and denied a clear and cut warranty issue and then became rude when questioned about it!
Just recently purchased a vehicle from Todd Archer Hyundai . The staff was very friendly and I told the gentlemen helping me exactly what I wanted and needed and he helped me find the right vehicle at my budget. Will be buying from here for years to come !
******* DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ************* Family member bought a car here and 7 hrs later THE CAR WOULDN'T START! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! HAD TO FORCE THEM TO FIX IT AND THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE TOW. ALSO THEY SAID THEY HAD IT INSPECTED BUT THE ALTERNATOR WAS BAD --- SO SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB! ****** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ******
Outstanding in all aspects of the purchase process. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Philip was great. He was straight forward and honest. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. I got a good deal that I can be happy with. The car is awesome. There may not be a better value today than the Sonata. Bob got me great financing. He was very professional and above board. We have been back once since we bought it to have the car washed. Again, everyone was very helpful and attentive. The service area is very nice. My daughter says they are great. Everything about Todd Archer Hyundai has been first rate. I highly recommend asking for Philip at Todd Archer Hyundai next time you are looking for a car.
I have serviced my car here four times. Three out of the four times I had to bring it back because it was not fixed properly or the problem still remained. The first time I had my coolant flushed. Then I had to go back because my radiator was leaking anti freeze because they did not put it back together properly. The second time I got new tires and then had to return because one of the tires kept going flat. Turns out they did not repair that correctly either. And this time my check engine light came on. I TOOK it in and was told it was 125.00 for them to diagnose the problem. I ended up needing a new timing belt. So 700.00 later I got my car back and 30 min after I picked it up the check engine light came on again. Took it back AGAIN to be told it could be an O2 censored but they weren't quite sure. But I still paid 125. The day before to diagnose the problem and I still don't have a solution. I could replace the O2 censored for another 300.00 or just leave it. Well I am just leaving and and going somewhere else that I feel confident with. Very disappointed in this place. I will not return nor would I recommend anyone to come here.
One star only cause the salesman was nice, but the contest that brought me in was bogus. I got the flyer in the mail. The pull tab one. I pulled all the tabs and according to that I had matched 3 symbols which meant I won 1,000 dollars. Well, according to the salesman who assisted me, it was a mistake. A misprint??? I was guaranteed to win one of many prizes after I gave all my info etc. to him. Then I got the chance to "spin"( like a slot machine) on a computer desktop. and see what I won. I walked out of there with a $5.00 Walmart gift card. Even the salesman agreed with me "if something looks to good to be true, it probably is" While I was there an older gentleman became very upset because he thought he had won something too. They very nicely told him he had to go. He said he was a Vietnam vet and he didn't deserve to be treated like he was being treated. The salesman that was with me went to help make him leave and then came back and made a disparaging remark about this gentleman. I say this Todd Archer Hyundai Pull Tab Prize Mailing is a scam and don't bother unless you actually want to purchase a vehicle and have the credit to do so. It did turn out to be "too good to be true." I did not win $1,000.00 dollars. I won a $5.00 Walmart gift Card for an hour of my time so Wow! Did anyone win the cars or the cash. I bet not!
I did not have a good experience here. I wish I'd been given the opportunity to take home overnight. It would have made a difference and I would have gone elsewhere. I was treated rudely after the sale. I might buy Hyundai again but not at Todd Archer. I went to get tags on my car last Friday and No Title from this Dealership. Another bad experience dealing with Todd Archer...
I bought a car from them and am not that satisfied. They claimed it was certified but found a lot worn when took it to the dealership for a recall. I never get calls back now that the sale is done. They took forever to get the service work done. I had to go to the general manager to get any help. That was even difficult. It wasn't the way I wanted my car buying to go. They do have good sales. The salesman ran my credit way more than he was allowed and when confronted about it made excuses and said it didn't happen the way it showed on my credit.
What a great place to buy a car
Service Manager Chris took great care of us and we are very appreciative! Chris and Daryl in Service are the reason we’ll keep coming back. Thank you!
Great customer service!
Todd Archer and his team are always so friendly and amazing with all my auto needs. I have went through Todd for years now and he is always been so friendly and gracious. Todd helps to find the best car for your needs and make it work in your budget. Will always go to Todd Archer hyundai
We just purchased our 3rd car from them and its been over 45 days and they still haven't paid off our vehicle that we traded in. We have already made the payment on the new vehicle we bought plus had to pay on a car that is sitting on the lot at Todd Archer as it was going to report 30 days late on our credit. No one will ever call you back they just keep giving us the run around that it has been paid. We will NEVER buy another car here as the new car also has a rattle in the headliner that they say they can't hear.
Best experience ever buying a new car!! In fact it was so good that we bought two!! The entire team we worked with was Awesome!! Well worth our drive from Iowa to go to Bellevue.
Horrible experience! Bought a Sonata in 2012, started acting up a couple years later. Service department ignored my concerns. After the major recall for metal shavings was published I took it back and said that all of the issues I was having match the symptoms of that issue. Yet again the service department ignored it, said they couldn't reproduce the issue each time I took it in. I started recording the sounds and rpms, said they have to see it themselves. Finally started to admit there was an issue that was caused by the recall in 2017, but refused to address it. I was told to wait until it got worse. Finally the motor gave up, lost all power and left my husband stranded. They are lucky it did not happen with my 3 year old son in the car on the internet, that is how people have died! While I was waiting for weeks for the new motor I fell in love with the Tucson we had as a loner vehicle. I tried to purchase one from Todd Archer. It was listed on their website, Kelly Blue Book, and Truecar for $24,000 after rebates. Got there to buy it and it was a bait and switch. They now wanted $34,000. They told me it was an issue with all the Hyundai websites and they refused to honor the price. They told me depending on the purchase price they would offer anywhere from $1500 to $9500 for my trade in. Final straw was going to get my belongings out of the sonata in their service department only to see oil covered parts stacked on my stuff in the trunk, and oil prints from shoes on my floor mats( apparently didn't use the paper floor liners). In summary, dont buy from Todd Archer!!!! I went to woodhouse and they said the rebates on new Tucsons are real and I bought one for an awesome deal. Woodhouse loyal!!!!!
Just bought my first brand new car ever and I really happy so far. I did my research for a couple of months and I knew exactly what i wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Thank God, I ran across Layton who helped me through out the whole process and made it as smooth as possible. He is the guy you want on your side. He will work with you and give you realistic expectations. Make sure you ask for him when you get there. Hurry up to Todd Archer Hyundai! Time is running out!
Not a good experience. Be careful and make sure you're not getting a manufacturer's buyback
Have been dealing with Todd Archer since we moved to Nebraska about 5 years ago. Service is always excellent and fast. Purchased replacement car from them and what a fantastic experience. Great company that strives to deliver more than what a customer would expect.
Wonderful experience. They worked real hard to help me get a great deal.
This is the last time I will go to Todd Archer. Even though I bought two cars from them already. I simply wanted to get some accessories for my car and it was like pulling teeth with them. I went in today (11/09/2015) to purchase some mud guards, a first aid kit, and to have my passenger mirror replaced. When I walk in to pay for my parts, I asked if they accepted the car care one card and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Once I explained what the card was and showed him a poster 3ft away, he said that I had to spend $200 in order to use it. I told him that was for the first 6 months and it would be interest free if I spent more than $200 and he got an attitude and said ugh well we can try to run it I guess. I asked if he could look up my information and he said he needed the physical card so I just walked out. All I'm trying to do is give them some business and they don't even want to help me out. I will never go back to Todd Archer again for anything.
Service is top rated and buying is great so far...Zach is awesome!
Oh so let me start my adventure at I bought a cash car from Todd Archer about 3 months ago well the motor blew in it to nothing to my doing or anything the motor had a bunch of warranty work performed on it and whenever I took the car back out to Woodhouse of Hyundai they performed the poorest service I ever received in my entire life they told me they worked on my car without working on the car they told me they submitted claims to Hyundai company USA whenever they really never did and they told me that claims got denied so I called down to where I purchased the car Todd Archer Hyundai and which I talked to Chris the supervisor of service down there and what he told me just to get the car back down there at my earliest convenience and after sent it to them to perform work as I couldn't trust Woodhouse of Hyundai at that time anymore so at that point I got the car down to them and I let them perform the service and as they told me so I did and at this point the car is under warranty and the new motor will be there within 7 days so I give it to Chris he knows his stuff and that's why he's a professional and at his job compared to other service at other Hyundai dealerships they didn't really know what the hell they're talking about I mention one word and Chris immediately knew what he was talking about so that should say something about the service he provided that's why I am mentioning his name like a lot and I rate them highly to buy a car they do take care of you Update motor was in within a day I got my car back with 5 days total but it was a long 2 weeks dealing with both dealerships am I'm kinda mad I had to tow it twice and only got reimbursement on one tow update went in to get a recall for air bag done they say work is done i still have a air bag light on whats the point of the recall is my air bag fixed? second quoted 2 tires for 350 which was iffy they went to put air in my tire broke my tire senor put a rubber value stem in with no senser they said come back buy the 2 tires they would putproper sensor in so i ended up finding and buying 4 new tires goodyear assureances and road hassard protection for 386$ better deal point being i took car in to todd archer i felt like the were trying to pull a fast one on me and the car come in with one light on and left their lot with 2 on.. 1 air bag recall that was done should have prompt a reset which didnt happen i dont think and was never stated from dealer and the tmps light was on since the sensor was ripped out after they attemted to put air in my tire without my consent to air i knew i had a cracked stem but it was handled with care by me when airing tire up it seemed like they broke it on purpose to make me buy them 2 tires from there for 328$
Went looking for one specific vehicle that they have advertised across a variety of websites including their own. Once there, I could not even find the vehicle I was looking for. When asking for help locations and vehicle on the lot, the salesman, who was was polite, wanted all of my information just to look at the vehicle with no test drive. Salesman looked up the vehicle I was looking for and went to find the keys and where it was located. I was then told by the salesman it was on his cash car lot. After speaking with the sales rep up there, I was told that they have never had any of that particular make or model vehicle at that lot and that it should be down at the lower lot. He called down while I was getting into my vehicle to head back down there and caught me to let me know that it had already sold. Upon examining the pictures of the vehicle, it looks like it has been on there since fall based on the color of the grass and trees in the background. Seems like a bait-and-switch ad to me, just to get people in to try and sell them some different vehicle. I find it very hard to believe that with how much electronic advertising is done and with modern inventory systems, you can't be sure if you have a thousands of dollars piece of inventory on hand, and that your own in-house inventory system shows a vehicle as still being in stock when in fact it's not. The two sales reps I dealt with were very nice and polite. The rest was a total waste of time.
I went in for their liquidation sale with my flyer. I was shown a really nice car and test drive it. I talked to my S.O. who wanted to think about it more before getting a new car. I told the salesman I couldn't buy today and felt very pressured. After being there a total of 2 hours I finally got my car keys back and was going to turn in my flyer for my prize and it was conveniently not on his desk and just gone. So I wasted my time, got pressured and didn't even get the prize I was supposed to get.
Bought a car. Was pretty good deal and they weren't crazy pushy or mean like other places.
Service department is great. Sales people have been good both times I've bought a car from them.
Recently purchased a Genesis from Todd Archer Hyundai. Phillip Garcia was outstanding to work with in closing the deal. The whole group were friendly and professional. Thanks Again.
They were great and took care of me. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back!
Just wasted my time and did nothing for me. My car still has factory warranty and the airbag light came on. I first took my car to a Hyundai dealership in Lincoln and they said the problem is due to a sensor that had been replaced by Todd Archer in the past due to a minor accident and asked me to take the car to Todd Archer to solve the issue. But when I did, they told me they don't trust the dealership in Lincoln unless they do their own diagnosis and I have to pay for the diagnosis. Finally, they said that the warranty of the part is not transferred to the second owner and I have to pay for everything if I want to fix it! At least they could have said that on the phone when I was making an appointment not to make me come to Omaha. Their staff were aggressive too. Sounds like a typical dealership making every excuses to avoid fixing the issue without charging the customer. I'm totally disappointed by Hyundai factory warranty.
Would NOT purchase a vehicle here. Upon arrival, I was passed off to a salesman who the first thing he asked me was was I interested in buying TODAY. When I said no, he said, "It's Saturday, ma'am." Did not ask me what features I wanted or anything, recommended and directed me to a car to drive, and only took us around the block. When I shared my concerns with the sales manager, he did not seem to care either.
I am extremely pleased with the help i got from Steven Rodgers. He was very up front with me about all the Suv’s i was looking at, he is Exceptionally Knowable! about all the cars. He really did treat looking for a car for me like he was the buying it. In other words like one of his family members looking to purchase. He even stayed later than he was intened to make i got a decent chance to look at everything and make a vaild decesion on a vehicle. I highly recomend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to stop check Todd Archer Hyundai. Thanks Again Steve! looking forward to more business with you in the future. -Larry
Great experience with a awesome staff! Would definitely recommend!
Love buying my car here. Randy was amazing and so helpful. Financing was great here and so helpful. I take my car here for all of it's servicing, and they do an amazing job and are always professional and provide excellent service.
I would give this place 10 stars if possible! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff top to bottom from salesmen to managers that helped with my purchase. All in all a great buying experience!
Worked with Todd's daughter Lauren (just home from College for the summer) and Derek. The vehicle purchased by my daughter was priced fairly, they were more than reasonable in valuing our trade-in. I had remembered the negative reviews that was posted prior to us entering the dealership, but I honestly have to admit the whole staff went out of their way providing a friendly atmosphere and excellent experience with the purchase of the car. Lastly, had the opportunity to meet Todd so it was a win, win experience all around..
Very unpleasant experience with their service department would not recommend them. I will be going to Woodhouse for now on.
I honestly wouldn't give this place a star. The visiting staff was amazing, they were friendly, energetic, and caring. They were worth making the trip. The manager, however, was none of the above. He continually insulted my intelligence and choices and blatantly said I was an idiot for not selling my owned, previously used vehicles, for several years of payments, part of which is interest not even principal. I don't care what situation you are in, as a salesperson, insulting a customer's intelligence is not a good move, especially someone who may have been a future potential customer. I feel for the staff members who have to work with this excuse of a human being and for other customers who were insulted. You sir should take a look at yourself, people deserve a salesperson who is understanding and willing to listen, not someone who says "I'm right, you're an idiot. " Tell two bachelor's degrees that I'm an idiot would you please?
Love this dealership and service center. Always get taken care of!
We've purchased more than one car here and recommend them
Jared was very helpful when I was looking for a vehicle! I was looking at a couple of different dealerships and he was able to show me the similarities and differences between the vehicles, not just Hyundai's, that I was looking at. Eventually he was able to show me an amazing vehicle that had everything that I wanted. This place is amazing!
Friendly staff , fair prices and great prices all done in a reasonable time!!!
Great place under new management however if you ask for Steve Rogers he will make sure you have the best deal you could possibly get he really is a man that is trying to help anyone get an affordable car with a loan he knows you can handle :)!
Not a good experience.
My wife and I went in to lease 2 new vehicles over the weekend and we were taken care of the minute we spoke to Phil Garcia. He made us a priority the entire time even though he was swamped with other customers. He made sure that we left the dealership happy that day even though we had to wait for the vehicles to be shipped from other states. His guidance, knowledge, personality, and overall friendliness made the car buying experience fun and exciting. I would, and will, recommend all my friends and family to Phil and anyone else that is looking for a new car. He's the real deal and I appreciate all the hard work he did getting us both into great vehicles. Thank you so much, Phil!
I recently had my car in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The service manager looked up my history and mentioned that I may be due for a tire rotation. I told him to go ahead and do the rotation along with the standard service. Within 30-45 minutes the service manager came to me and mentioned that the service technician recommended to NOT rotate the tires; just leave them alone until the next scheduled service and they would re-evaluate. That just blew me away. Here was a chance to get a few more dollars out of me and I would have been no wiser to the fact. However, a stand-up service technician went out of his way and saved me money and time. I will go no other place now for service and I will definitely ask for that particular service technician to service my car. Outstanding service and a testament to the culture at Todd Archer... Jim
Had a great experience. Top quality staff was quick, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and got us a great deal on exactly what we were looking for. This is the only Hyundai deal in the Omaha area you need to visit. Best experience and best price.
As usual oil change was done promptly. Noticed the inside had been vacuumed. I appreciate that. Did not get a wash due to the nasty weather that day, but that is not a problem to me. The guys are always helpful and will answer questions if I have any.
I left crying. But not the bad cry. The happy cry. Service department rep I didn't catch your name. You know who you are. Thank you for paying it forward. Being a caring loving human being isn't always easy with all you go through, and times aren't easy. Car problems suck, life you survive and thrive how you can. Showing the care for a complete stranger. That's rare. I truly appreciate you. Thank you doesn't make it to the top of the list of how powerful of an experience this was. The service department here is incredible. Day made! Much love. L-
So first I want to say that I was a little discourage when I found out about the documentation fees. I know how much these fees actually cost for the dealerships. I had already walked away from a company because of their fees.I almost did not go to Todd Archer to buy my new car because of these fees. $399 for documentation fees are outrageous, especially since we had just bought my brothers car in Omaha, and he only spent $99. I found a used car that I was completely in love with, but in the back of my mind those fees were a huge concern. I was so lucky that I got Derek as a sales person. He was a amazing to work with. He was extremely engaging, honest, and just all around had a great professional attitude. There was some tint that got scratched off, and Derek made sure I was taken care of and had it fixed within two weeks. (Two weeks because of our schedule). If I did not have Derek, more than likely I would have walked away and kept looking for a company that was fair in extra fees. I highly recommend asking for Derek if you are looking at Todd Archer when it comes to buying a new car.
My boyfriend and I were looking for a commuter car, and the staff helped us find something to fit our needs and price range. Josh went above and beyond to help us, and tirelessly put up with us and our pickiness. His hospitality was exceptional. He and his boss (sorry, I don't remember his name) helped us find a great deal on an Elantra. Bob in finance helped us get warranties and loan payments straightened out, and made the process simple and easy. He was very friendly and helpful through all of our questions and curiosities. Overall a great experience, I definitely feel satisfied with our purchase knowing that we will be met with the same friendly faces should we need any work on our car!
At least a 6 hour wait on weekends from start to finish also be careful they love to sell lemons and stiff people
Was helping my girlfriend buy a car. Trying to get the best price possible. Went to multiple dealerships. Not even "the great woodhouse" would bother negotiating. But, here at Todd Archer they did. They even added extra that woodhouse wouldn't. Like brake pads, or larger sized rims. Good personal feel, had fun haggeling unlike at woodhouse. Not sure I even want to buy from that woodhouse anymore.
Very Pleased. Was and excellent experience. Highly recommend. After visiting Todd Archer Hyundai we knew where we wanted to purchase our vehicle. Very friendly service, felt like we were one of their family. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
in 50 years of owning various new cars this is the only dealership that I have continued to go back to even when the car was out of warranty. the service department makes me feel comfortable in their honest assessments and work performed.
The only bright spot is the salesman Dana. He was the only one who cared at all. Unfortunately that wasn't enough for me to buy there. It's ran like a 2nd hand used car lot.
NOTHING BUT CON ARTIST!!!! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.... THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, AND HAVE 0 RESPECT. THEY WILL LIE AND HIDE INFORMATION FROM YOU.... WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION ABOUT A CAR BEING WRECKED, THEY TELL YOU ITS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. THEY ARE SIMPLY RIDICULOUS... AVOID AT ALL COST....
Typical car buying experience with salesman, finance, manager, etc. Very high document fees (all profit). They are in disarray in the back office, be prepared to be frustrated. Customer service is at their leisure, especially after they have been paid. The BAD= Getting paperwork from them for titling was a joke. Finance manager called me wanting to know where my check was, told him it was cashed 5 days earlier by them. Still don't have my title after 4 weeks, first lady claims it takes a month which is pure BS. Next call 2 weeks later, a new lady says they have all new staff and she will immediately overnight it to me. They didn't send it, told me it fell off her list and she is swamped. Had to make 2 trips to the dealer to get the paperwork after they forgot documents. I had to initiate all the contact, no follow up by anyone except finance guy when they thought they hadn't been paid.
After visiting with Jared (sales manager)over the phone and in person, I believed him. Only to find very quickly that he is a LIAR AND CON. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!
EVERYONE was so helpful and amazing to work with! Thank you so much, Kamal Habhab, for working so hard to help us out! We love our new car!
Philip Garcia was awesome and worked hard to get me a great deal. Everyone was pleasant and helped to get this deal done I would recommend this dealership to everybody and anyone great service thank you so much love my car.
Visited sevaral different dealerships around omaha looking for a lightly used car. This was by the most unpleasant dealership i found. They don’t respect their customers and aren’t afraid to show it.
GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT, ANDCARE, THEY DO NOT NICKEL AND DIME U. THEY DO THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE (NOTHING MORE)
Customer service is not the best! You have to be buying with them to receive a professional and kind service. If you are looking for car, test driving and planning for your future drive... they are rude: making you feel like you are wasting their time.
My husband Clay posted exactly what happened. Thanks for the hard inquiry's on our credit when you knew full well you shouldn't have. Also, if what you are saying in reply to my husband is true, then your salesmen SHOULD have contacted me the next day with a loan offer. Instead, I received no phone call from the salesmen and this is why your dealership looks shady. You looked up our credit, sent us on our way saying you would ship the vehicle to us and would bring the paperwork to us JUST to get out of the door. That is shady.
Terrible customer service. Worse than horrible You are definitely not getting my business now. Called a salesman, Philip Garcia, and went on the same evening to look at the car. He couldn't care less. Didn't care to answer our questions or even pretend to have some life in him. Called back the next day to talk to Jared, who gave a quote, and disappeared. And then came the third person Todd, who sounded like a human at least and was considerate. But the manager Roger, omg, he made me make my decision of never stepping foot in there ever again. Never. Nor will I let my friends go there now. He had the audacity to quote a price higher than the actual price. Terrible place.
We visited Todd Archerand everyone we dealt with was very helpful and really made us feel so at ease. JImmy Bonofede, Emily (our salesperson), and Bob in finance. Jim and I are very happy with our experience and our purchase. Thank you all for everything.
Zach sold my husband and I a car. Not only did he spend 5 hours and several test drives with us, he was not pushy like a vulcher, he took notes of what I wanted most in a vehicle, when I was just talking to my husband. I really felt like he listened to what I wanted, in order to get me into the right vehicle within our specified price range. Zach, and Travis, the finance guy stayed an hour and half after closing to get the paperwork done so we could take the car home. The next day, the finalized paperwork and loan info had to be done, and Travis gave us all the extra insurance and warranty packages offered without any extra cost. These guys are AMAZING!!!!!
This dealership is by far the number one place that I'll always go for my cars. Mike Gold the salesman there was great and explain a lot of things about my new car I didn't know. He's a fantastic salesman. Ryan had me approved in 45 mins after coming in to there dealership. Thanks all of you gentlemen for helping me thru this buying process.
All the service members are great and friendly. Went in for an oil change, also they washed the car. In and out in less than hours time. Will return for the price and the service!!
Ken was very helpful. He made sure I was happy with my selection and then made sure it fit in to my budget. Enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent service department. So glad I chose Todd Archer to buy my car from and have the service performed. Quick and efficient work. Personnel are very cheerful and helpful.
Good sales people they work with you
The customer service was great, which is unfortunately difficult to find nowadays.
It was fine
We had FANTASTIC service at this place today! They treated us like family and bent over backwards to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we wanted! I couldn’t be happier with the service I got here today!
Zach was very helpful and worked so hard to get me into a brand new car with a recent bankruptcy and minimal credit history. The entire staff was extra friendly and made you feel welcome!
This place in an absolute joke! If your looking for a vehicle to purchase I would suggest going elsewhere. Purchased a vehicle from them with a in house loan set up on auto payments and have had to call them and tell them to take THIER payment out for the last 5 months because they arent being automatically taken out. Called to discuss the issue today and notify them that they currently need to take out 2 payments because they never took the last one out either, staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and made excuses once again as to why the payments were missed.....OH and when I asked the staff to not cut me off while I was EXPLAINING the situation and our CONCERNS because it's really quite rude she preceded to tell ME that she feels I'm rude as well!!!!
I can't say enough about the whole team at Todd Archer Hyundai!! My significant other and I had been trying for a week to get me in a vehicle that was extremely needed, and we were turned down at every turn. From the minute we put an app in until we drove away with our brand new car was an awesome experience. We give special thanks to our salesman Steven Rogers. He was EXCELLENT!!! He worked extremely hard to get us approved for a car from the moment we walked through the doors and he was successful. We drove away with a brand new 2018 Hyuandi Elantra. I initially applied for a 2012 car not even for one second thinking we'd be leaving with a brand new car. We are forever grratful to Steve and the rest of the Todd Archer team. If you're looking for a place to buy a car, Todd Archer is the place. We won't be doing business anywhere else.
Ryan Peckham is very patient and accommodating. Very professional
I had a great experience at Todd Archer. If you ever need a specific person to work with you, find Teddy Graybill. He was nice and understanding and wasn't a pushover. He takes the time to understand what you need by asking questions and go off of your information and finds the best car that will work with you. He has a team of people that he works with who helps and they are all nice. Most salesmen would try to push you to get a car but not Teddy G. He gives options for you and gives you time to think before you buy which was great. He was awesome and I thank God so much for him helping me especially since I was a first time buyer.
Great experience at Todd Archer I worked with both Kamal and Steven, both have gone above and beyond to make the car buying experience simple, easy and outstanding.
We currently have two Hyundai Vehicles 2010 & 2014. To date all our service experiences have been very good. The work that was to be done was done, and other services to anticipate have always been well explained, and left to our discretion. The service folks have been a delight to work with. PS This our 5th Hyundai, and obviously we wouldn't have continued to purchase if we did not think they were quality vehicles.
No pressure, professional, knowledgeable salesman in Phillip Garcia and the staff. They wanted to earn our trust, business and succeeded. First time buyers from Todd Archer and will be back when we are ready. Simply an outstanding buying experience... Doug Branecki
Two weeks ago, I bought my second car from Todd Archer. My previous sales person, Johnny, had been promoted to Sales Manager, so I was helped by Steve Rogers with my most recent purchase. The entire process was so smooth and stress-free! They listened to my concerns, what I was needing out of a car, payment range, etc., and everything was perfect! The entire process to close the deal took about two hours. Very efficient and very attentive. They even found the sunglasses I lost and made sure I got them back. There is no question in my mind where I will go when I'm in the market for another car! Patricia Anderson
I just bought a used car from Todd Archer and it was one of the best experiences I had. The sales man I worked with was Bob Elmore which he went out of his way to put me in a good car. I dont have the greatest credit but I was still able to get financed with no money down. Bob understood my situation and did his best to get me a quality car. If you want good service when buying a new or used car stop at Todd Archer and see bob he will take care of you the best he can
I just purchased a new car from this dealership. I found it online and emailed them after hours. I was contacted within less than 24 hours and was told they were open on Sunday's. I really enjoyed working with Philip and the staff at Todd Archer Hyundai. I'll definitely go back when I need another vehicle!
Very good experience at Todd Archer. Was able to take home overnight the car I was interested and everyone there was nice and respectful. Salesmen were not pushy and made the purchase an easy smooth experience. Also gave a good trade in value for my used car.
Awful experience. The "Showroom" reeked of cigarette smoke and was just cramped and messy. The car we came to look at was no where to be found took 20 plus minuets to find it, then when we got to it the car had a huge dent and scratch that "appeared" (I assume a lot porter hit something or it got hit on the lot) went for a test drive and car was almost out of gas so felt rushed to get it back. The car had been on the lot for months and was priced high but fair. Asked for a low number and he was insulted and gave us attitude and went to ask the "manager" came back with more attitude. So we left, will never go there again or suggest anyone go there.
I worked with two gentlemen here who made my first time buying a car an amazing one. It was fast easy and very friendly and dedicated men there to take care of you. They introduce you to everyone and treat you with the upmost respect. I will give them all of my business going forward.
Easiest place to work with! All the people are great and kind to work with. I was pleased that the purchase of my new car went to well and I got exactly what I wanted!
I just want to say thank you very much for making me think something good was happening this holiday season than slaming me back to the ground. Your cleverly deceptive way of making people believe they have won $1000 and then handing them a $5 Walmart is something any con man would be proud of. You may get new customers in but you have made a great many more people angry with your deceptive false advertising. In the long run you will lose more than you gain. People do not like to be tricked.
Lovely place super nice personal and great cars for good prices and good quality
Got her daughter her first new car you got a real good deal sounds like he's very friendly has the second car my family is bought from Todd Archer
SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AT WOODHOUSE HYUNDAI. Terrible customer service from the first phone call... Tried calling to get a quote for a repair and they wanted to bounce me around from department to department to get the prices I needed??? The customer pays entirely too much money to be treated this way. You do the leg work on finding out prices, not the customer. I tell them that is absurd and that I should not have to do that and they tell me, "that's just the way that it is"... Customer lost! I am your customer and I should be treated as such. Not another employee doing your leg work for you! Absolutely horrible customer service for something so little.
Chet in service was so helpful. He noticed I had a warranty recall I hadn't fixed so he did that when I was there. He helped me with a few other questions too!
03/07/2018 I purchased an Elantra Sport 2018...the guy that helped me his name was Jared. Excellent person, very professional, has empathy and compassion with your needs. Everything that he promised me he gave it to me.(Price, loan approved, monthly payment requested, etc.)Also, he is very veteran friendly. Honestly this guy is great to get deal done.
My service was EXCELLENT!!! I did everything over the phone and on-line right up to signing day. Went to Omaha, test drove the vehicle, signed papers and was on my way!! The customer service with Curly was AMAZING and Ryan couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with financing!! HIGHLY recommend Todd Archer and will definitely be returning for future purchases!! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!!
I agree with the other reviews..I left feeling the need to shower to get stinch of cigarettes and skuz off me.VERY SHADY!! I had a verbal agreement on a price, went to purchase it and low a behold the price went up 10%. "Miscommunication with the sales manager" I was told. All in all, I am releaved this happened as I am sure they would have screwed me over another way. It is amazing the GMs can sleep at night or look their family in their eyes without feeling shame. They are scamming customers and exploiting the ignorant. They are true examples of " used car salesmen". How can they be proud?
Great place to buy my Hyundai. Small town feel with their service. General Mgr and Finance Director are professional and customer focused which is rare for most dealers.
The representatives at Todd Archer made my leasing experience a pleasant one, they were not pushy or in a hurry. I asked quite a few questions and they always did their best to answer them with patience and sensitivity. During the final process of financing everything was explained in detail to make sure I understood and I was frequently given more than one option without feeling like I was being pushed in any one direction. Overall, I felt at ease in what could be a somewhat stressful situation. Thanks again.
I was buying my first brand new car and was nervous how things would go. I was blessed with the most kind and helpful car salesman in the world, Phil Garcia. He truly cared that the color, price, and experience were something I was completely satisfied and comfortable with. I have zero buyers remorse and could not be happier with my Hyaundi! When my friends and family have needed a car, I have referred them to Todd Archer and more importantly Phil. Phil checked every few days during the first week and made sure a got my lifetime complementary car washes. I cannot say enough about Phil and Todd Archer Hyaundi. Perhaps most importantly when my parents old car needed replaced, they treated them like family!
Bought a vehicle and moved out of state. Happy with the car and service but moved north and FWD wasn't cutting it for the wife. Traded in the car but had an extended warranty on the trade in. Contacted Todd Archer 4 times (phone and text box) just trying to get the paperwork to recover the unused part of the warranty but they have failed to send me the necessary paperwork for it. Serverly disappointed with this aspect of their business.
They did what I asked for and did it reasonably as well as quick, but they were really sassy.... I'm usually very strictly to the point because I don't socialize with other human beings but I generally try to at least be polite. You'll probably like it if you're a jock or don't care as long as the job is done though, they do complete the work requested. They really didn't like that the car has never been into a dealership for lovin either.... I've had that engine out on a cherry picker, it gets it's due maintenance.
Quick and easy. No hard pushing, and they made sure to present options to me that wouldn't be bad decisions in the long run. Philip was amazing from the get go. Would definitely recommend working with him to anyone looking for a car.
Had an absolutely amazing experience with Teddy Graybill at Todd Archer Hyundai. He did an excellent job gathering information so that when I came into the dealer, the process of finding the right car for me was quick and painless. His personable demeanor made the experience that much more enjoyable .
Around 40k miles, my 2013 Hyundai Sonata was having issues with the front end (sway bar links). They diagnosed the problem quickly, then set me up for another appointment after the parts came in. I came in for the second appointment, and they got it taken care of a half hour faster than they originally estimated. At the end, I left with a smooth ride and a clean car. Fortunately, that issue was covered under warranty. This is the second time I've brought my car to this dealership for service. The first time was for a voluntary Hyundai recall for the gear stick...another quick, simple fix. I'm normally pretty skeptical about anyone working on my car (and what they tell me), especially as a female. So far, no complaints about this service department. Very respectful, professional, and prompt service.
Mike, Roger and Bob made buying my new Santa Fe a fairly painless experience. Mike was my sales person and was very personable. He returned calls, texts and emails promptly and always addressed all of my questions. I won't lie, I'm probably not the easiest customer in the world, but these gentleman were always courteous and professional. I'll be buying my next car from them as well.
From the time we drove onto the lot looking for the used car we saw online to getting the keys and driving away everything was exceptional! Jamie our salesman was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions! We were able to go look over the car extensively. Took it for a test drive with no problems. And lastly agreeing on price and the ease of their application process for a loan. Would recommend this place if looking for a used or new car!
We visited the lot as our lease for our 2014 Sonata was nearing the end. We had researched the Tuscon online as that is the vehicle we were interested in. We were approached immediately by Ken "Curly" Mason. We told him why we were there. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Tucson. He reviewed what option packages were available. We discussed our financial goal and desired payment on leasing a Tucson. Todd Archer Hyundai was able to meet our expectations and we leased our Tuscon the same day. All Personnel we encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. Have recommended Todd Archer to a few people who complimented us on our new vehicle.
My mother got the red dream car she wanted and at excellent reduced price. Sales staff were very courteous and helpful.
Brought my Hyundai Elantra in to have two front drive axles replaced. Got an exact quote on the work, and told them specifically "No unauthorized repairs" beyond what we agreed on. Sure enough, they took it upon themselves to do a tire rotation and balance for $45.95. The tires are 2 MONTHS OLD! I will not be returning, as I cannot trust them. When you specifically state that you do not want any additional work or charges, and they decide to just steal $45.95 from you, that is dishonest and says a lot about the dealership. I'll go back to doing my own repairs. Most of this isn't that difficult. Edit: I did hear back from the Service Manager, and they are refunding my $49.95. A person should not have to pursue a refund like I did, but in the end this restores some of my faith in the service department. I am satisfied with the end result.
I didn't even think i was going to check the inventory but i am glad i did, Good customer service and they make you feel home right away. Don't let them intimidated you, you're the boss there! Ask for Steve Roggers, tell Ricardo Diaz sent you ;)
Back when they had their "lottery" promo, we had won a $100 Amazon gift card from the dealership. Salesman said he would email it to us because "they didn't have any cards on hand", we never received it. Called multiple times, finally got in touch with the manager who said he would mail it to us, he never did. Total scam, sheds light on the kind of character the people at this dealership have. Wouldn't recommend going to a dealership that doesn't stand true to their word and scams potential customers with such a lazy technique.
The LOT PORTERS in particular NATHAN, TAYLOR, & MATT are some of the hardest attention to detail employees I've seen to date. And they seem to genuinely get along with one another too! Awesome group of guys - I bet the rest of the staff are just as great!! Thanks for providing a great employment opportunity for all!!!
Troy our salesman was terrific in being so nice. Getting back to us in a timely manner. To Bob the manager we have dealt with Hyundai cars since 1999. That is 7. If you buy Hyundai you are getting the best car ever.and then some. We rate the Hyundai with a BIG 5
Great experience working with these folks. Lovely staff and great products definitely recommend to everyone
Our experience at Todd Archer Hyundai was awful. After test-driving and checking over a used vehicle, and asking what maintenance work was put into the car by Todd Archer (we were told no work was done) we purchased it. While waiting to sign documents, we overheard two salesmen privately berating a customer who had just purchased a new car for deciding not to purchase an upgrade that would have pocketed him $1200. We drove the car 45 miles home, and the next day we noticed oil under the car. I immediately called Todd Archer Hyundai to report we had found oil and asked them to call me back. A day went by with no calls. I called back several times the following day, but my call was never returned. Finally my wife called from a different cell phone number and got through immediately to the gentleman who sold us the vehicle. She told him what was going on, and he said there was nothing he could do. She asked to speak to his manager and was told he didn’t have one. She hung up and called back and asked the front desk lady to speak with the site manager and was connected with a gentleman. After explaining what happened and asking if they would stand behind their customer services claim, she was hung up on. She called back and was connected with the site manager. She explained what happened and asked him to speak with me. I called back and we arrived at a solution that involved bringing the car back in and getting refunded full price that could be put towards a different vehicle. I asked how soon the title would be sent so we could get this nightmare behind us and was told it will be there within 15 business days. After several phone calls over several days, the title finally arrived with 1 business day to get it titled to make it legal to drive. We took the car back to Todd Archer Hyundai. The gentleman who originally sold it to us told us said he was sorry--he thought the oil leak was fixed by his mechanic who is no longer with the company (he said nothing was touched by Todd Archer mechanics when we originally purchased it). After spending two hours test driving, we settled on a different one. I went to discuss the purchase and was told that Todd Archer Hyundai never made any deals with us, and that they would only buy it back at used car price. After arguing with him, we ended up leaving with our oil-leaking vehicle. We will never step foot on Todd Archer’s property again. We were deceived during the original purchase, and their highly publicized customer service is nothing more than lip service.
On time - I'm an early riser so getting to Todd Archer at 7 AM isn't a problem for me, but I am glad that the associates were ready for me when I arrived. Clean facility, clean waiting room, and my car came back to me clean (even though they could not wash it due to the rain). Everything was explained to me after they did the initial evaluation of my car. I needed wipers, and made sure it was okay with me before they installed them. Thanks for always going above and beyond.
Best car-buying experience I've ever had. I found the car online (I live in Texas), negotiated the price over the phone in about 15 minutes, and Teddy and the rest of Roger's team took care of everything else. Seriously - I would call and get through immediately. They didn't play games with the price (or anything else.) They were happy to hold off on delivering it while I went on vacation, and they handled all aspects of the inter-state sale process flawlessly. I knew exactly what I needed to do once I got the car down to Texas. Not sure what else I can say - I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys bowled me over. I'll be back when I'm in the market for my next car!
Jerod was very helpful, he was a blast
I have bought several cars through Todd Archer and highly recommend them. They use a car pricing service so the most cars on the lot are priced reasonably for quick sales. Our sales person Derek was very knowledgeable about the car specs and eager to please.
Philip garcia went out of his way to help me get into a new car. He was fair, honest, and extremely helpful. He did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me throughout this process. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Great service department
I would like to thank everyone at Todd Archer Hyundai for making the purchase of my 2016 Tuscon such a pleasant experience. From the salesman to the man who detailed my car, and everyone in between you all worked hard to make me feel valued and met my needs. I look forward to doing business with you again.
Transmission blew up on my malibu and we had little to no money to put down and had bad credit. Steve bent over backwards to get us an affordable but still recent car. Can't thank them enough. Even after I left to go to work and had my wife finish up the paperwork they knocked down the price even more. A lot of car places and mechanics will try to gouge the wife if the husband steps out. They did not.
My husband and I haven't purchased a vehicle in many years as my last suv is a 2001. Our salesman Derek really made our experience pleasant! He was very friendly and easy to work with and could get to a number we were comfortable with. He really went the extra mile and located the suv in the color I really wanted at another dealership in a different state and had it brought here to Omaha. I would recommend working with Derek P and Todd Archer Hyundai!
Going to a car dealership is not on my list of favorite things to do. I have to say coming here was great. I didn't feel pressured, had a personable salesman that wasn't pushy (I think his name was Derrick?), and I was able to test drive a few cars until I eventually found the one. When I can time to talk price it wasn't your typical negotiation. They actually worked with me to get to the price I needed which included an extended warranty. Thanks guys! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
this place deceives you regarding tax. They tell you that tax is included in the price of car u buy however once you purchase they change their words and you will have to pay for your own sales tax. do not believe whatever they tell you.
Always happy with the service provided. Darrell in the service department is always professional and always is looking out for me. I will always take my vehicle to Todd Archer for my service needs.
Looks like I'm not the only one waiting 6 weeks on a title. Crooks. I should have done more research before buying from Todd. I have been in contact with the motor vehicle licensing board in Lincoln.
Our salesman was very nice and informative. We are 3 hours away from the dealership, so we did a lot of our correspondence ahead of time. He was patient and answered all the questions that we had. We would recommend using this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.
Friendly not pushy I am partially biased because the sales manager and one of the finance people are a family friend but when I bring people in for looking for cars they treat them with the utmost respect me and my wife did not buy a car from here this time we found a better deal and went somewhere else and they were completely understanding about it they did make an attempt to try to match the offer but in the end we chose somewhere else but I would highly suggest if you're looking for a new car come take a look and see what they can do for you you never know what deals they have going on
