I had kind of been dreading bringing my car in for service, but it went great. They didn't make me feel dumb despite clearly being out of my depth. Fortunately, the repair is under warranty. I may have felt differently if I'd had to pay out of pocket.

The sales manager there is terrible! (The shorter fat guy) Didnt care to remember his name after I bought a car from him a year and a half ago and he tried to hammer me for 7k right off the bat for my trade in! Despicable!!!

While buying an automobile can be stressful and cause anxiety in many people our experience at Sid Dillon was Wonderful. Chris our salesperson was knowledgeable , polite, not pushy and oh so patient. Thanks!! He led us through the process and made it fun and special. Bill the sales manager was honest, open, upfront and made the negotiating a lot of fun, yeah go figure right?? Ryan in finance was prepared, organized and again not pushy. He gave us the information needed and let us make an informed decision. All in all it was a very nice experience with the guys at Sid Dillon and we will be back! Thanks again Chris, Bill and Ryan. You guys are the Best.

Came in to look at a CPO vehicle today. Salesman was less than helpful, didn’t offer to show us any of the cars we were looking for & it felt like he was rushing us out the door rather than helping us purchase a vehicle. Certainly felt like our $28,000 car we were looking for wasn’t worth his time or effort. Also - I certainly appreciate when salesmen shake my hand and talk to me as well. My husband isn’t the only one purchasing this vehicle. I’ll happily take my big purchases to another dealership.
