Took my pickup in to have noisy heater fan repaired they claimed to have made repairs charged the warranty company $100 and change when I picked the vehicle up it still made the same noise had to file a case with the BBB to get results wouldn't recommend and have never went back.

Talked the night before with a salesman and had him send photos to my personal phone number. Told him I was driving from another city and would be out first thing in the morning. There was no deposit on the truck so I can't be upset the vehicle was gone but a text before I drove an hour and a half would have been curtious.

They were suppose to fix a recall on my escape fuel pump. Completely botched the job. Had slow starts after. Worst of all they did not hook the gas gauge up right. Ran out of gas on the highway. I would not ever go back there.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They sold me a car they said had remote start and didn’t then also which had all kinds of problems they said were fixed but were not. Finally got them to get my car in and replace the defective parts it took them over 4 weeks to just replace the driver side seat bracket, and they didn’t have the remote start so they gave the car back and told me they would have the new remote start in 3 weeks, it has been three months now and they still haven’t received it. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they never had it ordered and have to reorder it. They are lazy not for the customers and con artists. You’re better off going to literally anywhere else besides this dealership.

I purchased a 2016 vehicle from Meyer Automotive. After the sale was complete I found out there was no keyfob or second key with the vehicle. In all the years I have purchased a vehicle there has always been a second key and any newer model always came with a keyfob. For this particular model a keyfob is needed to unlock or the alarm will sound if you use only the key. I tried discussing this with my salesperson and with the person I was told was in charge and they refused to help resolve the issue. They either knew it did not have a keyfob and deliberately withheld this information during the negotiation or did not know enough about the vehicle they were selling. Either one should be unacceptable from a dealer. They claim "no bull" but that is exactly what you get. Any person buying a vehicle would have a reasonable expectation to receive a second key and keyfob for models that require it. I will never work with this organization again and recommend that no one else does either. Complete disregard for the customers best interest. They then wanted to charge me over $150 and make me drive back to them (over 75 miles) for a $50 fob that took less than 5 minutes for a local locksmith to program. Eventually they agreed to send me a second key and two fobs with a voucher to have them programmed for $50. Regardless it was not a good experience and highly doubtful one they have learned from. I fully see them doing the same thing in the future. I was also informed after purchase that the vehicle may have been a repo meaning they more than likely got it through auction and made a lot of money on it yet wanted to hassle me for the keyfob issue. I also asked to speak with the owner on three separate occasions and was never allowed that opportunity. Meaning either the owner condones this type of behavior or is oblivious to it and neither of those are acceptable as well. I have grown to hate even looking at my vehicle because it reminds me of this experience and hope to sell it as soon as possible.

AVOID. Go to Lincoln if you want to buy a car. This place is trash, Staff is rude and arrogant. They treat their customers like they’re stupid. The repairs service will never call you first, even if you tell them to call you... you have to call them first if you want to know the status of your car. They seem like a typical corporate auto place... just want your money. They are not honest about what’s wrong with your car, and will try to sell you unnecessary expensive repairs. They also dinged up the front of my car, and said they know nothing about it, which should be a major red flag to anyone out there. They are not honest, rude, and seem to lack integrity. Definitely AVOID

Price for the vehicle was better than any other place we shopped (been looking at this type of vehicle for 6 months & was very informed on what the cost should be) - price was such I didn't even try to negotiate a lower cost. I felt no pressure to buy from the sales assistant (Bobby Rango) (I turned down an earlier vehicle we were looking at). I also appreciated Trent taking his time on the financial end as we were struggling with making financial decisions. In the end it wasn't an overly painful experience (I hate buying cars!). Will I return to buy - the purchasing and financial part went really well - we will see what time tells regarding the vehicle. So I'm posting 5 stars based on my knowledge today.

Meyer "no bull"? More like Meyer complete bull! Staff is a joke. Selling now days is relationship base. These salesmen only care about the sell. Bought a brand new Polaris razor from them a while back with 1 hour on it. The rzr looked nice, but had some American flag and "no bull" stickers on the side. Never been a huge fan of stickers so I decided to take them off. To find out there was huge scratches and chipping paint underneath them. Looked a little bit harder and there was touch up paint on top of the roll cage. I went back to the dealership very unhappy and felt like I was taken advantage of. I asked the staff what is up with this, you guys advertised this as new. They admitted an employee rolled it and refused to give me my money back. Couldn't even get a sorry out of them. They were rude and treated me like I was an idiot. Change your slogan, because you guys can't live up to it. It should be "Meyer full of Bull"! fyi this was back in 2011. I hope the staff have changed.

If I could be able to give them 0 star I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Today I went to see an SUV that I’ve seen advertised in their website, facebook and other sites. They had the SUV but when I got there and took the car for a test drive, the SUV didn’t have what they were advertising. Plus it had so many things that have to be repaired which they did not mention in any of those sites or on the phone when I talked to them. On top of that the guy said that they can fix everything but I have to pay almost $1200- $1400more. What a big disappointment, waste of time and gas because I traveled 1 hour and 45 minuets to get there. They should have told me what was wrong with it when I gave them a call asking if the car was available and if everything was good with it. SMH!
