Worst car buying experience I have ever had! My wife and I have recently signed a single payment lease agreement with Lexus of omaha for a is300 f sport. We also upgraded a few features to the vehicle such as a rear spoiler and body side moldings. Lexus received a one time payment in full for a 3 year lease agreement. We received lies, disrespect, and a new car with over $1,700.00 worth of damage. Jason Fredrick's assured me that the accessories would be professionally installed at baxter autobody, their shop "right up the road" he said. That was not the case. We arrived at Lexus excited to see and drive away in our new car. What they did not tell us was the accessories we installed on site by a service tech? Detail kid? Or thier barista?. Every body side moldings was crooked. There was a huge gouge on the rear deck lid from the drill slipping while attempting to drill holes for the new spoiler. As you could imagine after being lied to I do not trust Jason or anyone at Lexus of omaha. I also tried to reach out to the GM/VP Rob mueting to talk to him about what was going and some of my concerns. I left a voicemail with him to please call me back. I still have not received a phone call! But I'm sure your secretary will be sure to reply to my review on your behalf. Our new vehicle finally made it to a real body shop. The car had to receive a new deck lid because Lexus mis-drilled the holes for the spoiler. So instead of 4 holes there was now 8! No corrosion protection was added after drilling the holes. They must have been fine with my my car rusting after my first car wash! I have purchased 4 new cars in the last 4 years from a baxter dealer. I am happy to say that I will no longer be doing business with your company.

Tells people to call there aaa to have there trade ins towed to them aaa is a roadside emergency service. That instills there services in the effort to assist people with getting there cars off the road in a safr and efficient time. As well as getting them to the proper repair facility. We do not cover trade ins we do not cover selling and transport of cars. And we do not cover to take the vehicle to the junk yard to scrap or crush. These will result in a high cash price for the tow if found out and or yohr car impounded until it can be paid for. Anf your services canceled with aaa. Thanks have a nice day.

We bought a used Honda CR-V here in December. After agreeing on a price through email with Rusty Russell, we went in and purchased it for that exact amount. We were inside the dealership for a total of less than two hours, and it was a very relaxing, pressure free environment. Every aspect of my contact with Lexus of Omaha was excellent from start to finish. Pat Wallace the salesperson made buying a Lexus very easy and my usual distaste for "car salesmen" didn't happen. Everything was straight forward with no feeling I was being manipulated or lied to at all. One of the best parts of the experience was the way the features of the new car were shown to us by "G", I had to chuckle later when I started reading the Owner's manual and found everything had been covered and explained to us so well I was amazed we covered it all while having a delightful conversation with "G". Lexus has the best service imaginable. I had a tire with a nail in it leaking. I was able to keep it inflated just enough to get to Lexus at 7 in the morning (without an appointment) and they fixed the tire and had me back on the road by 7:35. Charge, $40. Very accommodating

But the true test of a Lexus dealership is the people. Pat Wallace at Lexus of Omaha is the kind of guy who helps Lexus maintain their reputation for genuine quality. Pat is a true sales professional; personable, knowledgeable and without any of the usual gotta-buy-it-now-pressure. I found a used Lexus GS online at Lexus of Omaha. After talking with Pat, and him providing me with answers to all my questions, he gave me the confidence to travel cross-country to buy the car. My wife and I flew from Seattle to Omaha, bought the car (at a very fair price) and drove it home. Pat even took the time to outline a scenic route. He helped turn what could have been a boring interstate drive, into an off-the-beaten path adventure. We experienced places in America that we would have never seen, if it weren't for Pat Wallace. I just recently purchased RX350. During the whole process, I feel that, at the beginning the sale person (Bill Spence) was trying everything to sale the car to me but after i signed, he does not really respect my opinion/concern. After he got my signature (well, the deal is done, right?), I feel he does not have time to talk to me at all. This afternoon was a totally worst experience when I visited the shop again to take the rubber mat that Bill helped me to order last week. - The bill/invoice from Lexus is showing $139 total and there is a break down that clearly says Sale tax = 0. Bill took the calculator and told me about additional 7% sale tax. I disagree b/c the bill/invoice clearly say $139 in total. Bill came out of the office to ask the financial manager (Sky): Do we charge sale tax for this rubber? I heard Sky told him: Yes and Bill let the receptionist go ahead to charge to my credit card the additional 7% which is $148.73. I told Bill: you did not ask the manager my concern, in stead you asked him charge or no charge, did you care about my concern. Bill told me: "sign or not sign. Sign and take the rubber. Not sign, I will return. We don't have time. This is Saturday, I would make more money than spend time to argue on this." I look at the bill/invoice and I saw they hand write the additional 9.73 with the mark: sale tax. I said: This is wrong way of doing business but I'm still going to sign to take the rubber. Bill turn away to go to do a copy. - I was alone, wonder around and eventually ended up at Jay's office which is another financial manager. I talked to Jay about that manual, hand writing added sale tax ($9.73) and Jay's manager (the general Manager) who is seating next to him open his wallet and gave me $10 cash. This insulted me, the person who just spent $56k for a new 2017 RX 350 car. What I expected when talking to Jay is the fix of the invoice, the admit that way of doing hand writing is incorrect, that my concern was not paid attention by Bill Spence. But I got $10 cash, what a insult to me. I was happy myself that I was able to control myself not to shred that $10 bill in front of them. This is the only positive thing I took out of the shop. Another instance, when received an email from Bill about if I have any concerns, what he can do to earn my 100% satisfaction, I sent him and email say I wish to have the free rubber mat, that will help to make me feel 100% satisfaction/happy. Bill just replied me: "$139 + tax, I have them at my desk." Bottom line, I feel that my concerns is not listened. I am Okay to let that instance go but I feel irritate when receiving a letter saying you guys strike for 100% customer satisfaction. It's Okay you do business like that, but don't act call slogan as if you are really trying for 100% customer satisfaction. "Dear Tung, It has been my pleasure to assist you in purchasing your Lexus RX 350. If there is anything that would keep you from rating my service to you as excellent, please contact me right away and give me further opportunity to provide you with best service possible. Referrals from clients are not something that you can buy they are something that you earn. I want you to be 100% confident in referring me to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Always at your service," No, you don't get my 100% my satisfaction with what I've got this afternoon, not even close. I still give 3 stars because I like the car, I like the rubber mat and I like what you was trying to work to earn the business from me.

I just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Lexus of Omaha. I live in Lincoln and Jennifer drove the car to my home to look at and test drive. They gave me a great deal and took the car to the Lexus in Lincoln dealer for detailing that same afternoon for me to pick up later. Tommy came to my house the next day for me to complete the paperwork as well as coming back this weekend to deliver my second key fob AND the CD's I had left in the player of my previous car. My wife bought a car two months ago and it gave us problems since we got it! Wheel bearings were bad, the front dash is cracking, the back light goes off and on, and there is two separate noises coming from the front by the air vents. We tried to trade it, but I would have lost $2,800! Ski Mcglown( the used car manager) told us "to take our business elsewhere" that he knew we would come back. His tone was disrespectful and not worthy of his title. Horrible service and definitely would not recommend Lexus of Omaha to anyone.

Long review, but I want to get my point across. This was my very first "real" car (not one of the cheap little cars I had purchased off Craigslist to get me through high school and nursing school). Originally, I had seen an Audi online that I really liked. When my friend and I walked into the dealership to take it for a test drive, all of the employees that were standing around looked at us and went back to whatever they were doing. When a sales man finally helped us, it was the most fake "nice" that I had ever seen. He even made a comment to my friend (who previously test drove an Audi and said her sales guy was really nice) "Of course the sales guy was nice, we're all trying to sell you something!" When I went back a few days later with my dad to test drive again, my dad didn't really care for the attitude of the sales guy, and suggested we go look around at other dealers before officially buying the Audi. I couldn't find anything I liked, so we were on our way back to buy the Audi, but my dad suggested we stop at Lexus just to look. It turned out to be the best experience I had. From the very beginning Bill Spence was extremely kind, and seemed to truly care that I was happy with the car I was getting. Once we went inside to sign for the car, everyone that I came in contact with was extremely friendly, which I hadn't experienced at the other dealerships. Since this was my first time financing a car, I had a lot of questions and was probably pretty annoying. Bill was very patient the entire time. A few days later I had my technology review with Tommy Missel, which was also a great experience. I'm really bad with technology, but Tommy was extremely patient and kind the entire time. He made sure that I knew how to work everything on my new car before I left. Along with the experience at the dealership, my IS 250 is absolutely perfect and is everything I wanted in a car. It takes a lot to please my dad, but he was also extremely happy with the car and overall experience that we had with Lexus.

When it comes to the building they did not seem to cut corners on at all, it is crafted just as nicely as the luxury vehicles they sell. Bill Spence was phenomenal to work with and the relaxing atmosphere this Lexus dealership creates is fantastic. It was great knowing we were getting top notch service while buying a vehicle, the Lexus Plus no-haggle and best price upfront pricing for both buying and trading in makes the experience that much better. Mike Kraft and Gerardo were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. The experience I had at Lexus of Omaha was one of the better ones compared to my past visits to BMW and Baxter Dodge. We bought a 2016 Lexus RX350 in 2017. It is such an awseome car! You really get what you pay for and a person can definitely tell the quality of the car by the looks and the feel of it’s handling. It’s like sitting in your livingroom driving! Every detail is so well thought out and there are so many incredible bells and whistles. The dealership has really friendly staff from the sales floor to the service department. Lexus of Omaha will even come pick my car up and bring it back for service, which is super for me, since I despise driving in Omaha. Each time my car is serviced, it is gone over with a fine tooth comb.....for instance, it recently went in for a scheduled maintenance and they found a nail in the rear tire! I had no idea that one was even ran over, since the car isn’t driven in snow or rain! The extended warranty we were sold at the time we bought the car is great to have, too, especially because it covers the scheduled maintenance and more! To me, Lexus spells LUXURY, CLASS & QUALITY from the car to the dealership. It’s difficult to be disappointed. The dealership itself is super clean, and super classy. I loved how they deliver a new or used purchase to you. They detail the car, then park it in a private area with a huge LEXUS curtain in front of the car. It’s at this point that your sales person teaches you all about your Lexus. It is a one-of-a-kind experience and something you will not get with another brand. My husband, who is a mechanical engineer, went and bought new brakes and when he took off the old ones they were in PERFECT CONDITION!!! Purchased a Lexus LS460L The car is great. Asked the dealership to tint the glass. First, they used the wrong tint. They used mirror tint instead of charcoal. I discovered burn marks on the glass from a torch! The LS460 has two layers of glass glued together they completely compromised the integrity of the glass. When I brought the problem to their attention they first lied about the torch, then I showed them the burn marks and pointed out they were not there before they installed the wrong tint. The service manager was very rude and refused to fix the damage they did to the vehicle. Unfortunately, I already had all of the paperwork done and have a hectic schedule and will have to live with it. I have owned more than 60 cars over the years, and by far this is the most comfortable and the one I prefer to drive in good weather. Now every time I roll the windows down I have to be reminded of their lies I see the burn marks. Now I will have to find another Lexus dealer. When you go to purchase a new vehicle, you can find a better price just as easy as you see this review online. Don't be afraid to transport a new car from another state. A lot of these dealerships think they have the area locked down and they don't. You can transport anything for 800-1200 from anywhere in the US. When purchasing a vehicle that costs nearly 100,000, I would like to find the best dealership. Lexus of Omaha is no longer an option.

He concentrated too much on the features and seemed way too pompous and over confident in their product. If he had taken the time to get to know me, find out what exactly I was looking for, and possibly let me take the car for a ride without him or offer to let me take it home for a night he could have had a sale. He knew I was on the fence about what model to get and just kept pushing features. We ended up buying a new Cadillac instead and we had a great service experience. The whole team has been amazing to work with. Take note and get to know your customers needs and wants....there are plenty of good luxury cars out there to buy and your dealership needs to do some training with your sales team and focus more on relationship selling.
