If you want your Toyota repaired properly the first time take it to Gray Daniel's! You will pay more initially but it beats having to pay twice when a independent shop does an improper repair. It's hard to find an independent shop that knows how to repair your Toyota. Believe me I found out the hard way!

The service and accommodations while I waited were great. But there was a $43 gotcha-difference of coolant quoted and coolant used. They were still less than Herrin-Gear, but I do not like inaccurate quotes. A better customer service action would have been to split the diff with me.

Experience was ok with bringing 19 tacoma trd pro in for the 5k toyota care but 1 major issue I told them about they were quickly to say nothing was wrong with it ,so I told them about the jdl radio head unit muting everyday going to work and me having to turn radio off just for radio volume to reset to work ,but all they had to say was nothing wrong with it ,I said really ,a 45k truck i just gonna lie about the radio volume turning off for no reason ,under toyota warranty, I stated to just order another head unit to solve the problem ,also it's still under the 3 year-36,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper ,so this means ANY PROBLEMS I HAVE THEY SHOULD REPLACE REGARRDLESS BY DEALERSHIP and basically still a brand new truck so I'm still debating to get in touch with toyota motor corp to report my issue that wasn't fixed under the new car wartanty,which I know dealerships get money or what for good reviews but not on this review cause my issue wasnt fixed ! Just swept under the radar like most dealerships do till the warranty runs out then there is nothing that i can be do about it ,this is problems i have with dealerships and there services.

I miss my Honda car service. They were always very attentive and would clean my car every time I took it for service. Toyota service does the minimum. I’ve asked both times I’ve taken it to put air in my tires and they never do. I wonder if they are really taking care of my car.

I bought my truck almost 3 months ago... My bank is calling me and sending me letters weekly asking about the title. It's taken Gray-Daniels 3 months to get the title to the state!! I've called and left messages but the title department won't ever answer the phone or return my call. You want to make the sale but you don't want to take care of the subsequent work involved? I had scheduled the 7am appointment but was told by the manager that the service tech was at times split between working on my car and another who either didn’t have an appointment or had one later than mine. All in all, the service took a little longer than I expected but the manager kept me informed and apologized for the wait.

Let me just start by saying, that if you have an issue, give them time, to figure out what needs to be done. I was a little impatient, and possibly made things more difficult to resolve, than they needed to be. I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla,my girlfriend and I love the car! It’s fun to drive, has excellent gas mileage, and it looks really cool. The sales representative was very polite and a pleasure to deal with, he was not overbearing, he did not push us, or try to lead us in any direction, that we did not want to go, like I have experienced at other dealerships. I wound up having an issue with the car, a few days after the purchase, it was something that nobody was aware of . I did meet some people, who were unable to assist me with the issue, or offer a resolution that was sufficient. Once Jody Archer, and another gentleman by the name of Max got involved in the situation, things improved by 100%. They made every effort to satisfy me, as a Toyota customer, The issue was addressed, and resolved, the way that I was hoping. Overall I am pleased with the results, I am happy that I bought this car, I am appreciative, that they have staff, who are able to deal with issues, big or small. I could tell, that they wanted to make sure, that I did not drive away from there, with any regrets or disappointment. I want to say, to the whole Gray-Daniels Team, you guys nailed it, thank you for the car, thank you for being there for me and my car! I would recommend, that anybody buy from them, Toyota’s are in the lead, for reliability and the team at this store is A++

I managed to ruin a tire. Jerry Brister assisted me while in the service department. My size and brand of tire was in stock as well as the tire sensor. The staff in the tire area noticed my tires were wearing and suggested a front end alignment which I approved. I am thankful that they suggested this to extend the life of my tires. The entire staff at the service department managed to make a large mistake on my part a lot less painful.

In ref to sales dept. Wife called about an auto online. She was told vehicle still there 11am. Drove 30 miles to look at vehicle. Get there 12:10pm nobody wants to wait on me. Sales rep looking for a vehicle at other dealerships, because a customer came in to buy one and it was gone. Wife asked that I go back by and double check. Wandered around in front of building. 2 people setting inside watching me. Left mad. Don't waste your time trying to buy here. Now they have two mad customers.

When they brought my van around to me they left the driver front tire loose and it was wobbling. I came right back in as soon as I put the van in drive and they took it back and tightened the lug nuts. This fixed the problem of the wobbling. I brought the van in originally for routine service and a poping in the front end driver side from hitting a pot hole on hwy 49 construction. They told me that the van needed a shock on the front that it was in bad shape. The van is a 2017, but after they lifted it and set it back down the poping has stopped. I took van to another mechanic and he said that he saw nothing wrong with the shock. Toyota was about to charge me $851.00 for the new shock and $80.00 for alignment when the car did not need it.... Thanks for what you do for me TOYOTA....

After being emailed a coupon for a 19.99 synthetic blend oil change with appointment only. Made my appointment and arrived 30 minutes early and informed them at check in of my coupon. Once they were finished they pulled my vehicle around and told me I would not be able to use the coupon and that my total was 93$. I asked why i couldnt use it and i was told that it was for Toyota Cars ONLY. So I pulled up my Email and read it out loud down to the fine print and no where on this coupon did it state that. Even still i left paying 40$ as i was still informed i could not use the coupon but they would give me a discount. I have use these same 19.99 oil change coupons you all have sent to ME plenty of time with no problem! I will no return to do business with you all anymore nor will my family.

I came in for four new tires. Ask for a specific price to fit my budget was quoted a price. Exactly 1 hour 15 minutes later I was told it would no longer be possible to get the tires at the price I was quoted. The service tech made a phone call got me a set at the price within my budget. I then asked how much longer it would be and was told another 1 and 30 minutes, I came in at 2 and am looking at maybe leaving by 5, hopefully!! I am here now and still haven’t paid so who knows what my out the door price will be! I feel like I am not getting good customer service at all. The service tech is nice however the wait and price seem suspicious.

The sales people up there seem nice and were helpful right up until the end. I had found a 2016 Toyota Rav4 I liked and had shown my wife. After we were done test driving the car, we made an offer. The sales member laughed and said, "Oh you're being serious." I figured they at least would negotiate with us, but they were not willing to negotiate at all. What car dealership, besides CarMax is not willing to Negotiate at all?? I'm hoping they will call me willing to negotiate, but I do not have high hopes. I will keep you posted! :(

I made an appointment specifically to get my airbag recall done. I added an oil change and tire rotation to get done while I was there only for convenience. I knew it would take several hours and decided to wait. After about an hour they said I was done. It was only then that they told me the parts for the recall were on back order and I’d have to come back when they came in. I feel like that should have been told to me when I originally called to make the appointment for the airbag recall. It would make more sense to me to check and see if you had the necessary parts before scheduling a service.

My wife and I just bought a Toyota Highlander, and our experience was awesome! Zach was our salesman, and we couldn’t be more pleased with him, and all of his help! He made the process so easy! The only complaint I have is with the guy we signed our final paperwork with. It was at the end of the day, and he was clearly ready to go home, because he was completely rude. While waiting to sign our papers (after hours) we could hear him from the desk we were sitting at, while he was on the phone saying ,”They threw one in on me last minute, I’ll call you back when I’m leaving”. It was just completely unprofessional on his part. We could also hear him yelling at our salesman about our transaction, and at one point he was on the phone with someone, and asked, “Did you make this deal with Zach? Last name Duell”. Once we went in to sign our paper work, he told us about an extra warranty we could take out, and we politely declined, and his words were, “I’m not gonna argue with you tonight, no matter how misguided I think you are, I’ve made 5 sales tonight and made money off of every one”. When he said that I was kinda in shock, and just looked at my wife, and I could feel she was in shock to. He basically called us stupid. Overall we had a great experience with our salesman, Zach! We give him 5 stars!!

My experience was fantastic! Kevin and James of Gray-Daniels Toyota (Brandon, MS) assisted me and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner Limited. The night before, my truck would barely come to a stop without consistently pumping the brakes to the point of being a safety concern. After calling around and not getting any assistance from a few sources (even the non-Toyota dealership I purchased it from), I was advised to call Gray-D Toyota. Kevin picked up the phone and actually listened/inquired about the braking issue I was having. I could tell that his mechanical knowledge and customer svc was proficient based off his feedback. So I brought it in immediately as he recommended.. Long story short, after an hour or so, Kevin told me it was ready and introduced me to James (mechanic/technician). James took me around for a test drive and the issue was resolved. I can honestly say that Gray Daniels Toyota has ensured the safety of driving my 4 Runner again. I just had a really disappointing experience given the amount of great reviews for Gray-Daniels Service. I am an out of state buyer of a car and was looking for a reputable dealer to do a pre-purchase inspection and compression check of a Toyota Land Cruiser. I called three dealerships and on the phone Gray-Daniels was the nicest and professional. I was able to confirm with TWO different representatives, the Service Advisor and the Customer Service Rep, what the price and time was going to be for this inspection. Around two hours of tech time and $250. That great experience stopped when I hung up the phone. Once the seller got to the dealership to drop the car off for inspection that same service advisor said the compression check alone was going to take 4-5 Hours, I talked to the Service Advisor over the phone to confirm the quote he AND the CSR had given me and the timing of the service, he was silent. They didn't care. What a horrible experience from a certified dealership of Toyota. I will be contacting Toyota as well. If my hometown dealership treated customers like this they wouldn't be in business.

I had a lot of service work done at the cost of $1500. I have bought several cars from GD Toyota both personally and through my company. However, after the service my external temp reading on the interior display is way off. Google search suggests ambient temperature sensor. I was told the cost to replace was $330. It was working when I brought it in. The ticket writer - Doug said he could improve on that price a great deal. It was working when I brought it in and now it is not. I should not have to pay for it or be further inconvenienced by another trip to the dealership. It is one thing in business to make a mistake; it is how you handle it that matters to the customer.

Everything went smoothly. The add'l items found by the technician were easily seen by me as within a legitimate scope of analysis. By both my perception of the lack of smoothness of operation and apparent physical wear (wiper blades) and reported appearance of air intake and A/C filters (sooty appearance), it was evident that these items indeed required replacing. In the former case, I could "kind of tell", thus corroborating the technician's finding, and in the latter case, i was easily persuaded of his veracity in that it seemed possible, even likely, that these items had not been replaced since factory install. Either they *were* original equipment OR they had not been replaced in many years. All in all, an excellent experience. I was and remain very satisfied.

I brought my truck in at 8 a.m. for oil change, tire rotation with balance, and also check my power steering because it was hard to turn the wheel. I called at 4 p.m. to get a status on my service and I was transferred to several different people who had no knowledge of my truck. The last phone call that I made to them was very upsetting to me because the service guy laughed at me when I asked him about the status of my vehicle. I immediately went there and the service guy that wrote my ticket up that morning wasn't anywhere to be found. I spoke with a manager (not the service manager, because he wasn't there) and he found my service guy. My service guy told me that the technician wasn't able to get to my vehicle. I immediately told him to get my keys and that I will NEVER come back to that dealership for ANYTHING!!! Highly dissatisfied and poor customer service!!! Both of the individuals that I had issues with were named Doug.

Wilson and mechanic came together to tell me what and why I need some additional service, which I approved and had done same day. All work was performed in a very timely manner. May I also add that the waiting area was clean and pleasant to wait on my vehicle. The rest rooms were spotless and smelled good. Your business is where I purchased my vehicle and is the only place that I have taken for service/repairs. From my first visit until now, you guys have definitely up your game and from a 1 to 10 when I first started getting service I would rate your company a 5 to 6. Now,it is definitely a 10. My initial visit when i bought my car: Toshia Boulton was my salesperson. She is AMAZING! I highly recommend her! Justin did my financing. He made sure I knew what I was signing and did a great job explaining what it each document meant. Good general manager as well! Brandon took time to come talk with us and made sure that we were being taken care of. A month after i bought my car: I had to resign paperwork with a different financing company because of issues with proof of residence even though my credit is great. Now i have a slightly higher interest rate and higher financing charge.

I brought a 2001 Toyota Tacoma in to get a new battery, oil change, tune up, etc. for my high school son to start driving. It was his grandfather's truck, who passed away 3 years ago. My older son drove it during his high school years as well. The truck had been sitting up for over a year awaiting passing the driving test...so it needed some attention. Many other things were suggested to get done to the truck, but I only could afford a few of them at this time. Jerry Brister was very helpful and explained all of what needed to be done. He even had a technician, Vernon, come in to talk to me about certain things. At some point all of the suggestions will be done, I just couldn't get it all done at once due to funds. The truck was worked on and completed in a timely fashion and we are 100% satisfied! I have been taking my vehicles to Gray-Daniels Toyota since they were "on the hill" (1985). Jerry Brister and Vernon deserve recognition for their service.

Bought a used toyota tacoma from an individual and it had a check light on so I took it to Gray Daniels Toyota to have a diagnostic done. Within 15 minutes they come back to me with 5 recalls on the truck and ordered the parts. They didn't get to finish the diagnostic because I had to go to work. The service department has a high standard that is gonna be hard to beat from other dealers. I'm glad I bought a Toyota .
