Drove to the dealership on Saturday and made an appointment for Thursday to get a part changed on my vehicle, and also asked for an estimate. I drop the car off on Wednesday night, for the 8 am appointment on Thursday. It is 5 o'clock on Thursday and I haven't received a call for the estimate or an update on my vehicle, mind you the service department closes at 6. So I drive to the dealership to find out what is going on. Come to find out, they never ordered the part, and they wouldn't be able to get the part in until Tuesday the following week. So I guess they were going to let my car sit there for almost a week and never let me know. Spoke with 2 different service reps over this five day affair and still wasn't able to get an estimate. First time coming to this dealership, and it is definitely the last.

Bought the car about a month ago. Lied about the tires. 4 bad tires later.... Said the tires were NEVER removed from the vehicle and only visually inspected, then I asked to see proof of that inspection and they produced a checklist that indicated they were removed and brakes were replaced.... No return calls. Week #5. I was willing to suffice with splitting the cost of the 200 a pop tires, now I'm offended at having been patronized in such a way. Think twice and seek others that have left reviews, you'll see the writing on the wall then. They take great care manufacturing reviews

Just bought a car from the flint location for my son, and I should have known better than to buy it because they had to jump start the car and the salesman said it was only because the car had been sitting for a week. They called me to ask how the car was and I told them the cars been dead for a week and need a possible battery change and never received a call back for that. Will never go back to this place. Will not and would not recommend anyone to buy a car here.

Been waiting for my vehicle to get warrantied for 3 months now, was told I would have my vehicle by last Friday, then Monday, and finally it's been pushed off again. WORST service department in history. When I call they tell me they have another vehicle that's been waiting for 5 months as if that should make me feel better. The service manager Dave can't seem to give me or anyone that he manages any straight answer on my vehicle. This would be a 0 star review if it were an option. Buy your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE and have it serviced by your local crack head, it'll be done in a more efficient manner.

The Service Department ran by Dave Lucas is the best experience I've ever had! Tim, Cody, and Sherri Wiselogle are some of the friendliest and professional people I have ever encountered in my vehicle ownership. I can't think of one negative thing to say about my experience there. Went here for an oil change, after I left I noticed the tech wrote up a bunch of BS on the service sheet like "Customer brought vehicle in for light drive-ability problems", and HE determined it needed an oil change... HUH?!? This feels A LOT like they're scamming the manufactures for warranty work or some weird fraud is going on here.

As a rule of thumb, I do not write reviews, I need to have a really good reason to do so. I recently took my son to purchase a car for the first time (his not mine). We had the pleasure of meeting Jim Johnson-Car Guy. What an amazing experience. Jim worked very well with my son and walked him through every step of the process. He taught my son what the process was, how it would take place, what type of credit he has and then found him an excellent new (to him) car. What was more amazing was what happened when the deal was about to be closed. There was an issue and we could not sign the paperwork that day. My son and I both work full time during the day. It was really not easy for us to get back to the dealership. Jim Johnson brought the papers to my office then to my son's office (in another town). Then Jim realized that the car was due for an oil change. He came to our house in the evening to give my son a loaner and took his car to the dealership so the oil could be changed first thing in the morning. He then delivered the car with the oil change to my son at his office. Jim Johnson-Car Guy made the experience the most easy, accommodating, care-free experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would not recommend anyone else to help you get the vehicle you are looking for. Thank you Jim!!!!

Really cool dealership. My 2013 hyundai elantra would not go over 55 mph. I thought it was my struts but they found out it was snow and ice built up. They took off the tires and washed off the struts with hot pressure wash which fixed the problem! Plus they did not charge me any money! Big, clean facility and a very friendly staff. We contacted Jim Johnson to inquire about getting my husband a Ford F-150. We were concerned about payment and cash down, as we weren't sure what to expect with such an expensive vehicle and we were pretty set on what we wanted to pay. Worst service ever. Told them specifically not to run my credit through several banks only Hyundai but they did anyways and it was written on paper work. Salesman did not know any incentives or rebates or anything on the vehicle, management never calls back in regards to issue. Worst place ever. Never buy a car from this place.

I have worked for the GM brand for 17 years, it appeared that my rusty but trusty, was no longer trusty. I started inquiring through facebook posts, when I came upon a posting for a equinox. I instantly wanted to know more, thru email and text contact Randy Wise Hyundai, answered quickly and very professionally. I was very impressed at the top notch customer service I received. What started as a simple question, turned into a awesome buying experience for me. I was referred to jim Johnson, who, as I entered the dealership and was approached by a greeter, was instantly redirected to jim, who in turn greeted me eagerly, and very professionally. I sat with him, told him what I was wanting and he built me a loan I could afford with a vehicle i'm in love with! Yessss, I bought an equinox! Jim kept me informed throughout the entire buying experience, although i'm a GM employee, I didn't make that very known, as I just wanted to be like the average jo experience. Jim surpassed my highest expectations! What a guy.. he treated me like I was the only customer and I had his full focused attention.. I walked in on December 29 th at approximately 1:30pm and at 5 p.m. I was walking out with a new vehicle. It was overall the best buying experience i've ever had, from my salesman to F&I to going home a new vehicle owner. Not impressed with this car dealership. The car we bought was used and definitely not in the best shape, but that was not the biggest issue. I am writing to inform the rest of the public to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH REGARDING FINANCING!!! I was told by the Finance Manager and the Salesman that the best interest rate that my fiancé and I could get was 7.4%. I was shocked at first and right away mentioned that I could get half that through my Credit Union based on some emails I had received in the past. After a few minutes of the staff talking in private, I was informed by the Salesman that my Credit Union ONLY gave the best rate to new cars.....I should have know better and I stupidly believed them. A few days later I thought I would just give it a shot and call my Credit Union to find out what we were able to get. To my surprise I found out that I was able to get the best rate that they offered AND for a used car. Obviously the Finance Manager was thinking about the commissions that he was going to make and not about the best interest of his customer, which I guess shouldn't shock me. Luckily I was smart and didn't listen to these certain individuals and I was able to get a interest rate for 3.5% which will save us thousands of dollars in interest. I personally will never buy from this dealership again or refer to anyone, but for those that do, PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THE EMPLOYEES TO MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS FOR YOU REGARDING YOUR MONEY.

Derek was professional, friendly, personable and most important - knowledgeable. He explained all the important stuff and any questions he wasn't sure about he went and found out. Not only was I not satisfied with the outcome but I felt you all should know the they sold me a cat with out within three weeks of owning the transmission was going. They were only willing to pay for half. When I get it to my mechanic he was blown away about how bad my ball joints were and the fact that they only paid for half. I am a single mom on a fixed income they did not care for that fact so they asked me to lie about help that I receive to get the car loan. Now I am at 150$ car payment that I have to come up with on top of car repair bill as well. Beware Then you say that you don't even show I bought one in your dealership just be another cope out check your records better

I went to Randy Wise for an interior detailing because my car had guacamole stains in the seats I could never fully get out and makeup that had permanently set into every crack imaginable.
