On our way home to Indiana from Alaska, via Michigan, the outside bearing on our fifth wheel RV disintegrated, destroying the spindle on the axle. We were escorted to Manistee Ford, where we were told that they would take care of us. It took two weeks to receive our new axle, and, when the axle arrived, they got us in and replaced the axle, and we were on our way! They allowed us to park our RV on their lot, and "camp" while we waited! They made a bad situation a little easier to deal with. Thank you, Manistee Ford, especially Tim, Paul, and Doug!!!

At 72 years old I must say that I've had many car purchases experiences. I also must say that my experience at Manistee Ford was the best experience I've had bar none. The star salesman that made this great experience possible is Jay Waltrip. He listens.... yes he pays attention to what your needs are, a rare quality with sales people. Jay is relatively new at Manistee Ford and when he didn't know the answer to our question, he would say "I don't know, let me find out" and he would do just that. He never once tried to fake an answer. From my wife and I...... 2 thumbs up
